I've had to use them twice for two cars of mine to get picked up which I hated to have to get rid of but I had to and they were the most courteous drivers that came and picked up my vehicles It was two different men and both of them I would highly recommend as a person that would take care of you. He was very thoughtful we kept in touch with each other on the way about getting this taken care of and I was very happy that he didn't seem to be upset with me about anything nor me with him It was all good enjoyed having somebody around to do business with it was so courteous I didn't have anything towed I had sold my car to him My broken down car I have sold two of them to him I didn't call around trying to find anybody cuz after the first time when they picked up the car I had like last year They were so courteous and nice that there wouldn't no reason for me to look anywhere else so when you get help and you get the service that you get like I've been given you don't need to look else where. I didn't pay them They paid me when they picked up my car cuz I sold it to him and I guess it was fair because God's not been running for a long time like I said I'm very happy with the service I get from them

The driver was inexperienced and he kept asking me to hold onto the towing wire, kept asking me to help him PUSH! I’m 5ft I’m small! kept asking me to do so many things for him lied to his company saying he had to move metal pieces when I removed them myself and he broke my car light and nobody wants to help me or call me back! How can yu not tow a car in an empty driveway??????

The driver was very professional. It was my wife's first car, and it was the car we used to drive our first child home from the hospital, so there were a lot of emotional attachments. The driver let her take goodbye pictures, and as silly as it seems, it helped in closing that chapter.
