Very disappointed – misleading information and no accountability I purchased a van from Manheim Auction based on the vehicle report, which clearly stated that the vehicle comes with two ignition keys. When I received the vehicle, there was only one key. I contacted Manheim and requested that they provide the missing second key, as it was explicitly listed in the report, but they refused to resolve the issue. This is unacceptable. If information is stated in the auction report, the buyer should receive exactly what was promised. Creating a new key is not cheap, and this should not be the buyer’s responsibility when the auction report was inaccurate. This experience shows a lack of responsibility and poor customer support. I expected professionalism and honesty from a major auction like Manheim, but instead received excuses and refusal to fix their own mistake. I would advise other buyers to double-check everything and be prepared for issues that Manheim may not stand behind.

This place is an absolute joke. I came to Manheim to load a car and ended up sitting here for over 3 hours because nobody could figure out who had the damn key. Every single person I talked to kept giving me a different excuse: “Come back in 20 minutes.” “Come back in 30 minutes.” “Wait another hour.” It was endless. How does a giant company like Manheim operate with a staff that is this clueless and incompetent? It honestly feels like nobody here knows what they’re doing, and nobody cares either. The level of disorganization is unbelievable. I used to think Manheim was a professional operation. Now I realize it’s run by people who clearly shouldn’t be working in this industry at all. Massive disappointment. Completely unacceptable.

Worst auction ! I'm a dealer and the way they treat their employees and CUSTOMERS, is crazy ! Went this past week and came across a blonde lady. i believe her name is natalie and she has the nastiest attitude. asked a simple question and she looked so miserable. how do you expect dealers to buy from someone unpleasant?? she NEEDS to step away from the sales day or Job Period. cause no one and especially the DEALERS should be dealing with her. that's unacceptable and I will be going to the head to report her cause that's unacceptable.

Excellent restroom maintenance with quality materials for hygienic self maintenance. I'd say it'd rate two thumbs up ?, if Siskel and Ebert were here...and I'm sure that this saying dates me; as I've heard it said also for a while now, haha.

One of the best auctions in the DFW area. The inventory are miscellaneous, the dealer service is outstanding, professional and courteous. Patty and Sharonna at the dealer service save nothing to satisfy the requested assistance. Alex, dealer yard services is amazing and helpful.

Watch for that extra fees. Upon calling, It was as simple as it was a system glitch and I’ve credited the fees back. I wonder why the glitch always charges extra and not lessor.

The ABSOLUTE WORST NIGHTMARE of an arbitration department I have ever seen. We purchase thousands of vehicles from manheim each year and arbitration at this auction is a JOKE. They will take a picture of a vehicle from a 45 degree angle and expect you to know the vehicle has rust, multiple body damages, and a check engine light that turns out to be an inoperable vehicle. Selling frame damage cars and when you try to arbitrate it they don't allow it. If you sell a car with low air in the tires you will buy it back a month later. Manheim needs to be sued for their fraudulent practices. Even though they sold it GREEN LIGHT. Nobody here knows the rules or NAAA policy. It is a joke of an arbitration department. Will move my business elsewhere.

This place has great vehicles and great office staff. Often great food also. Yet I find it deeply disheartening when these men on golf carts resort to mean-spirited behavior, as it reflects a lack of empathy and emotional maturity. Mommy didn't love them

09/09/24- We were told by the lender that our truck was here so I went to redeem my property from it. Mind you I have 2 transmissions an engine block and a driveshaft in the bed of the truck that I am coming to redeem. I go to the gate, the security guard is chilling doesn’t even see us. The two ladies were sitting in their chairs staring at us. I ask the ladies where I go or who I speak to, and they continued to sit and stare at us while one of them munches down on a bag of chips and the other stared out the side of her eyes like she’s in disgust or something. Then we just walk up to security window and speak to him. Security was nice and straight forward. It was then, after beginning to speak to the security guy, the two girls begin to giggle and the heavy set woman “mumbled” that she was gonna ask me what I needed. Jump to redeeming property; we are taken to the truck inside the gate by the office lady and I asked if there was a way to pull truck in to get the two 300 pound transmissions and the 200 pound engine block, they said no it’s against policy. Therefore I ask if we could get assistance with a truck or dolly they declined. Said no one was available, meanwhile every single employee in sight was sitting around on their phones including the office ladies sitting on the golf cart that were “helping” us. Every single company truck that drove by the driver was chillin cruising on their phone. “No one’s available” After my husband had already carried the transmissions and engine block all the way outside the gate, then does an office lady offer a manager to figure out a solution to moving these things. What the hell do you mean? It’s too late by that point the stuff has already been moved. The process is so easy to have your car repo’d or towed or have your things taken from you. But when it comes to getting your things back the process is way more difficult then it has to be.

I have been buying car here at Manheim Dallas and in Fort Worth besides my online buys I have always thought of everyone as fair till today it is funny how I was followed by the front seat security hard because of a scan tool witch I know for a fact others use yet I’m asked not ply to give it up but to id yet it has ent been fist time this has been done when you bring it to there attention they deny the discrimination of his white pals

I go to nearly all Manheim locations, this one is really bad. More dead cars than normal, no one to help, cars not where they are supposed to be, or just flat out missing and staff can’t find them.

No real help at this facility maybe 3 older helpers I'm not being fare to because I've gotten help from the immediately. But the majority including the Forklift driver with the cigar seem unhappy to work and it shows. If you need a jump gas or a car moved it's like pulling teeth

Guard was awesome. Very good personality and worked with us to make the check in process as smooth as possible. Being it was almost 10:00pm she still treated us great.

These security guys are jokes that check the cars out the gate! 5 guys standing doing nothing on their phones when I asked them for a jump box around 7:20AM they said 8 AM we can give you jump box. What’s the difference if you have the jump box. I asked for help from the gas guy he said they have it and they are obligated to give it to you. When I went back asked they refused again. So I did couple trips back to them and finally the person that fills up the gas he was helpful he called the person with the jump box. These security guys at the gate they were to lazy to get a radio and call the person with jump box. Finally got the vehicle started checking the car out at the gate. I asked them was it that hard ask for a jump box through the radio. So me and the security guy talked shiiit to each other then the security guy ordered me to “ come out my car and fight him” there were 6 other secure guys were standing doing nothing. They were literally were on their phones for 50 min did nothing only checked one car out and that was me. Never ever going back there again!!!

Customer service is horrible. Fees are far too high to not have any lot help to locate cars, air up flat tires, etc. Why pay for lotvision devices if they are going to be thrown into the center console and unplugged. My drivers won’t even go here to pick up cars anymore and after today I completely understand why. The whole staff needs to take a class on customer service. Pathetic

Definitely terrible customer service in regards to vehicle drop off. Wouldn’t let me sit in the open portable that houses security by the drop off. Made me stand outside in the heat with 15 empty chairs inside and no foot traffic. Good power trip to the woman from allied universal!

My husband picks up and delivers vehicles here. I go with him from time to time. Never had an issue with anything really except for the cars being on empty alot but they have designated spots for you to get fuel at...if need be. Employees have always been polite and courteous too. Also it's easy finding the cars, when in doubt, just download the "lot vision app" or Google "Lot Vision", it's easy to maneuver on and u will find what you're looking for.

Nice place, I was very impressed with the professionalism of the two officers. They were very courteous and polite. The front desk lady that processed my card was great as well, and very knowledgeable. However, some essential amenities were conspicuously absent e.g water, popcorn etc. Please try and provide these items for your esteemed customers. Thanks Gab

As a dealer when we purchase a card we depend on so many thing for example PSI we pay to them to checking the vehicle make sure the seller did not do anything wrong make sure frame make sure everything is being announced it correctly make sure everything is good for the vehicle which they charge for 7 days fortunately they do not check the vehicle!!! play they charge us I did bring that to arbitration and management level after we even drive the car just about 10 miles away car die we have a full tank gas on it unfortunately when we check the scanner there was a 7 to 9 code show on the system look like nobody even touched,?!!! But we was paying for that for trying to return a vehicle arbitration give us a hard time when we exception coming from the GM assistant manager they not trying to pay what we pay for the towing what we paying for the gas was in the car what you paying for services this is ridiculous please dealers open there I make sure do not pay for that PSI Unfortunately they are not do what they supposed to do you just pay for something you can do before depending cuz somebody doesn't do for you I don't like this location but I'll be getting used to it for a long time!!!!!!!!!!!???? And the last things arbitration asking you why you put the gas in the car I do not know they were probably selling the car using a water as well as going to ask him to after the accepted vehicle return they supposed to pay that bag amount of almost $70 gases which is like provide the receipt for them the funny part is if we as a dealer or anyone need gas inside this location guess how much they charge you$10 per gallon I don't know maybe they have a special guest coming from the moon or somebody in the Earth with no one knows about it anyway this location is terrible ??????
