I stopped by this location about two weeks ago to get a license plate light bulb and a tail light bulb. Two employees were extremely kind and helpful. One of them if I remember his name is Christopher, helped me find the bulbs and replaced them while I was at the store. Amazing employee!!! I highly recommend this location of O’reilly. Thank you Euless O’reilly and thank you Christopher.

After failing to find the zip tie car clips at two different places I thought, well dern it why not try O'Reilly's Auto Parts? Much to my chagrin, I also struck out there as they did not have what I was looking for. But, I am the kind of guy who doesn't give up easily and thought I have one more place to try. This store is clean, well organized and well stocked. O'Reilly's is a great place for auto parts so come and visit, staff are ready to assist you.

Chris was extremely rude and unhelpful with anything asked of him. I’ve always had good experiences with O’Reily customer service but this guy really needs a course on communication. He has the most sour looking face I’ve ever seen on a representative. He refused to charge our battery and said it was bad. We had to do a lot of convincing for him to just jump the car. my old father and I had to go to another store to charge up the battery and they told it was fine it just needed charge.

There is an extremely rude commercial salesperson in this store. If you have to deal with him, may god help you. I have a business and I am buying parts almost everyday. The closest o'rielly to my shop is here, but from now on I will go to the Bedford or Hurst branches.

Stopped here because it was closer than AutoZone. Lady behind the counter was super helpful and went out of her way to find what I needed. There was a dude outside that was clearly on a break but took time to help me check and replace my headlight bulb.

I was treated so well when the assistant manager, Dana, helped me with my headlight exchange. I thought I had thrown away the receipt so she checked through my fiancé's O'Reilly account receipts. Turns out we had a misunderstanding on a summer purchase as my "missing receipt" and was a big headache. Dana even tried to look up this receipt through a different way (total of the purchase because I bought two items). Once I remembered the hard copy receipt was in the back of my car, all was taken care of. She was so forgiving and helped me with my exchange with no problem.

After autozone told me my battery was fine, but it was actually not able to charge and start my car this place tested it twice to verify it was bad. The battery they sold Mr corrected the issue.

Came in here 10 til close on a Friday night… I was stressed and having a very bad day. Dana was amazing, she was pleasant and helpful and she just really changed my attitude and helped the rest of my night be more positive. Thank you Dana, you were the difference in my day.

Car wouldn't start so had to jump it and go into O'Reilly in the morning to get the battery checked out. The assistant manager (I should have gotten his name!) working there in the morning of 16Jul24 was very efficient in getting the old battery diagnosed and replacing it with a new one. Big thanks to him I was on the road again in less than 20 min!

I came in because my car was having trouble starting, Dana helped me out and guided me to purchase a battery corrosion cleaner instead of an entirely new battery. She saved me so much money, I did not believe it will work but she was so confident and sure that I didn’t need a new battery and just to clean up the corrosion. I listened to her, she came outside and helped clean it with me, and sure enough…she was right. The car started like normal, she then helped me clean up my headlights. She was so helpful, she offered to replace a headlight bulb that was out. Always come to see Dana, ask for Dana. I’m sure there are other helpful associates, but nobody is like Dana, she is amazing!!

I went here last minute cause my battery died and I got immediate service! The employee who worked there, Sergio was amazing and helpful. He installed my battery fast and efficiently. Would definitely go again for his great customer service!

I definitely prefer O'Reilly's over AutoZone and seem to get better service as well. Although sometimes the service lacks or there are huge wait times because the other employers are in the back of busy it's still a better business. I've been a customer for over 10 years and keep going back. It's also a closer location to the highway which is always better for travelers that need a quick part. Most employees are very knowledgeable about what they are selling and seem to care and want the best price for you as well.

I have been an O'Reilly customer for.years. their customer service is the difference between auto parts businesses, but this location they just dont want to help me. Came 2 times for a check engine light check, and 1 excuse was: I am by myself cannot do it. The 2nd was: check engine light needs to be on, cannot do it. I aint coming here to buy car parts, that is for sure.

Went into the store today for a battery check and was helped by Kimberly. She was so nice and helpful. I had a loose connection on the battery that was the issue and she tightened it for me and didn't charge an arm and a leg for a new battery like autozone was trying to charge. Will definitely be my go to store now on.

Sept 2023 Got a battery test a few weeks ago and the guy told me the battery was bad. He didn't seem to enjoy working here. Fast forward to today and I got a new battery. Kim (I think that was her name) was very helpful. I brought in my old battery, she confirmed my info, gave me several options, and brought out a new battery for me. She was very nice and informative. I switched out my battery in the parking lot. Good experience overall. 2018 I was looking for engine under cover rivets for a mid-2000s Civic. Unfortunately, they weren't stocked. The guy at the desk said that they don't sell them anymore because it's too old and stopped carrying them. Other than that, the store is nice and has all other auto parts stuff. The employees seem knowledgable and friendly.

Worst service ever, in my history of dealing with O’Reilly’s !!! I was having problems with my battery when I drove in here and told this kid I do not want to turn my car off and he advised me to test the battery I had to turn it off then I buy a battery and try to buy a tool to take off my own battery with because they won’t install it for me and while the other guy is changing out someone else battery outside he can’t find a tool to sell me and he now can not start my car . While this kid is new at what he is doing the guy with the experience (Sergio) stands by and does nothing to help this kid and charges my credit card incorrectly … I now have unnecessary charges on my card and I am stuck in the parking lot and they are not even trying to help… This will most likely be my last visit to this location for sure ! I’m only giving them one star because it requires for me to because they don’t deserve a star at all in my book.

Went to another location earlier in the day and they we're kinda rude and not very helpful. Definitely will be returning to this location for anything else my car may need!

I have to tell you that this particular O'Reilly Auto Parts rocks! I had an emergency situation with my "dead battery" early yesterday morning, and they came to the rescue in a jiffy. When I called another local auto parts store, they were less than friendly and willing to help; however, when I called this store and spoke to Benito, he immediately told me, "Shouldn't be a problem. Hope we can help you out." And did he ever! I was in a time crunch, and Benito got me "back up and on the road" in record time. He was kind, considerate, and he went the extra mile to not only install my battery for me but clean up the terminals as well. He simply couldn't have been any nicer or more helpful. They've earned me as a "return customer," and I want to recommend them to you as well. Thank you, Benito. Thank you, O'Reilly Auto Parts Euless! Keep up the great work!

Absolutely wonderful guys here. Joe helped me with a warranty issue I had on a battery and he went to extremes to help me out and he spent a long time finding the information needed to process my warranty and stood behind the product. They're great guys, they do a good job and they sell good stuff.

I'm blown away by the excellent customer service I received from Brian today. An indicator light on my dash for rear light failure had come on, but when I had someone check the lights they didn't see any out. Puzzled, I came in here after work today asking if any of their diagnostic equipment could detect a bad filament or something else that would trip the sensor. The employee at the desk said no, and I was about to go on my way when Brian flagged me down in the parking lot. He said he'd watched me back out just double check my lights, and it turned out that I had two brake lights out! As I parked and went inside Brian immediately found the right product, and after I bought it he was so kind as to install it! I even troubled him to check my other lights too, and sure enough he spotted a running light out. Back in we go, where he'd already pulled the right product as I was coming in to pay, and he installed that, too! He even checked my front lights to be sure they were working before I left. Whoever is monitoring these reviews, please pass this on to Brian's boss. There are plenty of auto parts retailers out there, but this is truly the kind of above-and-beyond service that inspires loyalty; I hope Brian is recognized and rewarded for his outstanding work. You can bet I'll be back to this location for all my auto part needs in the future!

My experience at O’Reilly today on Euless-Main was great. The customer representative/ parts specialists was very helpful and went to great lengths to help me. I appreciate his kindness! Thanks O’Reilly for such a wonderful employee.
