Was able to get my car service today and it was uneventful. I was able to drop off my car. Auto Experts was able to drop me off at home and pick me up once my car was done. So convenient and I’m so appreciative.
They really are experts in service and in hospitality. I wish I came here sooner and will definitely be back when in need! The Cane Corso is a sweetheart too!
Auto Experts of Colleyville did an excellent job on my Jeep. Eric was a pleasure to work with. He kept me informed by texting and calling. He answered any questions I had. The concierge service was great, fast, easy and so very convenient! When I picked up my Jeep it had been washed and vacuumed. So happy with the service, and I received a Sophie air freshener! Wonderful experience. I will definitely return.

Auto Experts of Colleyville were a pleasure to work with. I called in with a few issues on my 2018 Infiniti and they addressed them quickly over the phone. I dropped off my car and received text updates on the progress of the diagnosis. After a short discussion on the phone, we decided on the work to be done and it was finished quickly. I was not pressured to perform service I didn't need and they got the job done quickly and professionally. They even washed my car after the service. I will definitely choose Auto Experts of Colleyville over dealership service centers in the future. We need more businesses like Dane and Cathy Bailey have built!
My service advisor, Eric, greeted me and went over the service work in a friendly and professional manner. They updated me with the inspection results and did not pressure me in doing any work that they didn’t think needed to be done at this time. Picked up the car, which was clean and met some of the friendliness people that worked there. Great service!
Great experience! Took it in for a checkup thinking I needed an oil change and new brakes. They checked Carfax and let me know that an oil change was completed a few months ago, which I totally forgot about. They give a comprehensive report on everything they did. Ultimate everything was still good and walked out with zero cost. They even gave me a ride home when I dropped the car off. I would recommend to anyone and will definitely be back for my future car repair needs. Also, they did quote me new tires. They don’t price match but after getting new tires elsewhere it would’ve been better if they did it. Lesson learned. I’ll be back!
Have used Auto Experts for several years and the service is outstanding. The customer experience is equivalent to the service you receive at Sewell and Park Place Lexus for a fraction of the cost. Highly recommend
I visited Auto Experts of Colleyville yesterday for an oil change and a tune-up. At the beginning, I told the lady at the front desk that I also wanted to fix the TPMS sensor light. Everything seemed fine until I declined their recommendation to replace my spark plugs — after that, the attitude changed immediately.
They completed the oil change and tune-up, but they never even checked or addressed the TPMS issue I mentioned from the start. When I asked why the light was still on, they told me I needed another service, plus a $70 diagnostic fee, and that replacing the 4 sensors would cost $600–$700. They never explained why they didn’t check the sensors when they already had my car and were checking the tires.
After leaving, I went to Walmart for a second opinion — diagnosis was FREE, and a new sensor was around $30+. That tells me everything I need to know. Basically $420 for oil change.
The shop looks neat, but the service and transparency were nowhere near what the reviews had led me to expect. I won’t be going back.

Very high-quality work, at a fair price! After I picked up my car, everything seemed to be perfect! Which doesn’t always happen at some shops. And Jerry is a very nice guy to work with. I will be using “Auto Experts”, from now on, to service my Lexus.

The experience here is far superior to the dealer without all the high pressure to add services far beyond the suggested maintenance items from Lexus. People are friendly and professional. Great friendly service with great prices! I took my car in for a tire repair and state inspection. They offered to drive me home while my car was being worked on and then dropped my car off (washed!) once it was ready. We’ll definitely take our cars back to Auto Experts when needed.
About a month ago, my car broke down at a traffic light in Colleyville, and Colleyville Auto Expert came right away, picked it up, and fixed it with no extra charge. They were super friendly, patient, and even let me borrow a car over the holiday weekend. They gave me a ride to pick mine up when it was ready, and their sweet dog Sophie made the whole experience even better and Cookies were the best!! Truly the best service highly recommend!
Only had a state emissions test and a complimentary vehicle inspection done on my first visit but still got treated like royalty. Nothing turned up that I wasn't already aware of. I was also given a shop tour and introduced to some of the staff, including Sophie, the world famous Customer Service Liaison (woof, woof).
Received my quote initially, while I was confirming to go ahead and do my repair my quote went up by 50%. When my quote went up I let them know I needed to take it somewhere for a 2nd opinion and they became very aggressive on why I should get the work done with them and not take it elsewhere. I took my car elsewhere and had the repair done for $300 less than the original quote.
They also charged me over $200 for the initial inspection to find what was wrong with the car, which we were told was complimentary. Maybe it was if we went with them, but i didn't argue at that point, just wanted my car back.
Paid for an inspection that they didn't have to, did a Lyft ride for me to my work once I turned in a rental... Above and beyond what is reasonably expected of a business for a new customer. Car repairs were completed in a timely manner inline with their estimate and kept me in the loop.

Auto Experts is the BEST customer service experience- auto repair service I have encountered. These men and women are the real deal. I had the most random and devastating incident with my car. The mechanics came to home, diagnosed and repaired my car quickly. They provided a loaner car , washed and vacuumed my car. They handle me and the situation with the most care and professionalism. I don’t do normally do reviews, but my visit here was very impressionable. I came in with my car having problems. They gave a thorough and informal analysis. I received a recorded video of what they saw wrong with the car followed with a clip that explains the parts of the car that is to be fixed. This demonstrate perfect transparency. To me that every car owner should get when putting their car in the shop, and I don’t think that’s an outrageous ask. Also, each thing that they pointed out, made sense to why there may have been a problem. As I expected these issues, so there was really no surprise to what they found wrong. So, this place doesn’t feel like they’re trying to gouge out money. I’m only a college student working a part time job, so I cannot afford the work and opted to buy the parts myself and work on it my own. My car was also was also bought on a really cheap deal and couldn’t see myself putting even more money than I already have on it. After informing Jeremy my decision, he then gave me helpful suggestions with explanations on better quality parts to buy. To me this just speaks volumes, as even without paying for additional service he still went out of his way to help me out. Great customer service and good hospitality/environment. Would definitely recommend
When an auto problem occurs you always think the worst. A friend of mine suggested Auto Experts of Colleyville when I noticed a leak inside my 2021 Chevrolet Tahoe. I went in on a Monday afternoon just before closing and knew I was at the right place. I told them what I thought it was and they took it back for diagnostics. The following day before I even finished my cup of coffee, Donny at Auto Experts rang and said my Tahoe was ready for pickup and the issue was a clogged AC duct. Easy fix and no extra charge was needed other than diagnostics fee. They sent a car to pick me up and within 30 minutes I was home with my Tahoe in garage. I can’t say enough how pleasant the entire experience was, from the friendliness of Donny and the entire team to the speediness of the work. Just top notch, will never go to another shop.
