I hate writing negative reviews but this calls for one. I bought a new 2024 Ford Escape in March of this year. My first thing is I didn't receive a wheel lock when I received the car. When I called it was like pulling teeth for an answer. All I was told is i can go to any Ford dealership to get one. The second thing is I needed my oil changed and called since the website wasnt working, RUDE. The lady who answer was very short. Didnt ask if she could help me schedule one or anything. I called Planet Ford twice and both time there were nice. You could hear in the background that it was busy and yet i didnt feel rushed. I ended up coming to Planet Ford and they are so nice here. Unfortunately, they could not help me with my wheel lock. They still gave me options on what I can do and where to look. I work with people everyday and if you cant answer a phone and have basic customer service maybe you are in the wrong work place.

We were offered great service yesterday from Eli and Augusto. We recently had no luck at another Ford dealer and they ran our credit through so many times and still were not able to get a car. Made an appointment and came here and was able to leave with a new 2025 Ford Ranger for my husband. They made it so simple and were we not there all day. Thank you guys again for helping us get into our new car

1. Had to spend 2 hours with a clay bar prior to applying wax. Assuming its just from the truck sitting on lot for a few months but when paying over $60k for a brand new vehicle, it should be detailed properly before delivery. 2. Although, the salesman did well considering he is very young, he was over 30 minutes late picking me up, and had to be corrected by me after placing a Texas tag. It was supposed to be an Out of State Temp tag. 3. Inside the dealership, the music was being played very loud and, saying it nicely, is not enjoyable for all listeners. If I were to say it not so nicely, I would say it was very loud ghetto music. I honestly don't understand how anyone could have worked in that environment and payed proper attention to their work or communicated near the main desk without shouting. It's a 3 star, instead of 2, cause the salesman was very nice and I could tell he was trying. Plus, he was very professional and honest while negotiating. I have never felt like a dealership did not care to make a deal less. We are all used to walking into a dealer and them not wanting you to leave but this was the opposite. From the time I walked in to the time I left I felt like the high volume they do locally and from out of state(stated by them) caused them to not care for the business. Aside from that, the interest rate offered by them was offensive and during negotiations we had come to an agreement on trade in value. Once I brought my own realistic interest rate from USAA to the table the value of my trade in suddenly dropped by $4,000. On top of that be aware that they have dealer add on pricing they do not advertise online but will be added to the deal. I understand everyone has dealer add on's but to not show them online is nothing more than a ploy to get you there to then try and sneak them into the deal. I suggest going to Sam Pack Ford in Carrolton and dealing with those guys. They made selling a car feel like a good experience, and not a burden to them.

Very disappointed in the "Family Program" they threw into the quote last min. It's a $3000 add-on (paint touch up, pre-paying for a key fob if you lose one in the first year) that's totally not worth the price of being part of their family. They say it can't be removed, but they called me 3 days later asking me to reconsider without the fee. Careful with discounts from online or rebates, those also disappeared for a little while. I'll never return as a shopper, and it was super easy to find another dealer with better prices and no add-on fees. Pity they simply didn't take me more serious on the first attempt. Total waste of time.

I had the most amazing miracles getting my car last week on Friday. I highly recommend Cara and Raul they helped me secure a car that was even better than the one I was going to settle for. They both were very honest and gave great advice on the vehicle they showed me. I am just so grateful being to drive off the lot with a 2018 ford edge sport utility. The down payment was within my budget and they were able to work with my income as a server. Cara and Raul were definitely great salesmen. Definitely ask for them!!! You won’t be disappointed!!.

I just bought a car online through Clay Cooley Ford, and it was hands-down the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had! They made it personal and stress-free. Went to get a car and honestly I thought I would leave empty handed, seeing as I had been rejected by 5 finance companies already. But Alex and his team in the used car department went out of their way to get me accepted and into my major upgrade. They were very polite and accommodating. From the moment we walked in until the moment we left, the whole team made the experience smooth and stress-free. Our salesman Jacob was patient, professional, and really helped us get the deal done, and the manager, was also great to work with, and even the finance guy (the new guy—I forgot his name) made everything simple and clear. What really stood out is that even after we left, they’ve still been helpful—sending pictures, details, and making sure we’re happy with the car. She was super attentive and patient with me and my family! She helped me through every step of the purchase, always answering our questions and guiding us to the best choice. The service from all departments was super helpful and quick! Buying my car there was the best decision I ever made!

My experience at clay cooley new sales dept had both positive and negative aspects. The sales team, especially Teresa, was excellent. She provided outstanding communication and was very accommodating when the initial Bronco I test drove had steering issues. They offered to fix it or, to my benefit, honored the same price for a new one that was in transit and had a couple of upgrades. However, the finance department was a significant point of concern. Despite my good credit score (780+), they initially quoted a high interest rate of 9.34% and incorrectly stated I couldn't refinance for 90 days. While they did lower the rate to 7.84% after I mentioned refinancing, I was able to secure a much better rate(below 6% for 72 mos) with Texans Credit Union just two weeks later. Overall, I'd recommend working with Teresa and her team for a positive sales experience, but be sure to thoroughly review financing options and know that you DON'T have to wait 90 days to refinance.

This was actually to some extent my second car buying experience with Clay Cooley, as some years ago me and my then fiancee walk on to a Clay Cooley lot not really knowing what we wanted, but very quickly spied a car that I had always wanted to own. It was a Chevrolet Malibu. It wasn't long after we then walked away proud owners of "my dream car" after what I recall being a very pleasant and hassle free experience, which gave us many years of literal care free of unexpected issues. I've purchased several cars from then until now and honestly they were all pleasant experiences, except maybe one or two. But,after recently finding myself in need of another car and approaching several other dealerships who turned me away for one reason or another, except for a couple that tried to push something on me I didn't want(all unpleasant experiences), I crossed paths with Clay Cooley again through an advertisement, but continued to press others, even though nothing was working out. I finally came to my senses and remembered I seen a couple of cars on Clay Cooley Ford's lot I really liked through Car Guru and remembered I had come to see Clay before and left a happy camper. I expressed an interest and received calls from a couple of Clay Cooley Ford representatives, before receiving a call from Alex. We made an appointment for me to "COME SEE CLAY" again. From the moment I stepped onto the store lot and was greeted by Alex who not only received my hand, as I extended it but came near a offered a brotherly embrace that made me feel like a long lost family member, who they had been waiting for and hoping to see again, to him introducing me to Isabella, who stepped in and continued to not only keep that feeling flowing, but heightened it with her every action, even when having to push through several challenges presented by my not so perfect situation in several areas, to Alex making sure all was well as he passed while assisting others, although he had no reason for concern though, Isabella was taking care and took care of business and continued to do so as I worked my way through finance, signed on the dotted line and her and Alex tagged my literal dream car again on a Clay Cooley lot. I have been a JEEP fan for years, but never owned one. I saw the 80th Anniversary Jeep Latitude Lux at their store and realized and opportunity to experience not only another very pleasant and satisfying experience ending with me riding away in a car I had always admired, but never thought I would own, but feeling as I said goodbye to Isabella and Alex and Clay Cooley Ford that this was the most rewarding, satisfying and happiest car buying experience I ever had, only to be topped the next time, possibly, that I "COME SEE CLAY "!!! #ISABELLA#ALEX#DANNY#MYSUPERTEAMATCLAYCOOLEYFORD

I had a great experience with Clay Cooley Ford! Teresa Lovo assisted me with the trade in of my Ford maverick and into my new Bronco. The entire process was smooth and hassle-free. All the paperwork was handled online, which made everything super convenient. I drove 500 miles to pick up my Bronco, and it was clean, fueled up, and ready to roll. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. Deals like this are worth every mile—I’d do it again in a heartbeat! Left the dealership and drove straight to the beach !

My salesman, Kevin was great, although a little forgetful. The paint guy missed many spots, and took longer than promised, and the finance guy was really scummy, lying about rates and trying to pressure me into buying extended warranties, but I was able to block his lies and scams every time. I'd be fine buying a car here again and I'd definitely ask for Kevin. You should too. Service is super expensive here.

Super happy with my buying experience at Clay Cooley Ford in Arlington. Jared Taylor pulled out all the stops and made my purchase incredibly easy. The process and purchase were completely transparent with no hidden costs, hard sell, or bait and switch. One of the best dealer experiences I’ve had. Jared had all the paperwork completed and ready for me when I arrived. I was at the dealership for less than an hour and off the lot with my new Super Duty. Highly recommended.

I have been talking to people via email online and by text to accrue a new vehicle via trade-in. Tameka helped me through the entire process and thankfully I’ve done this before picked out what I wanted to give her a test drive and took the baby home and have been Very happy thus far. If I remain in the Arlington area, I will definitely be purchasing from this dealership again for their organization skills for their eagerness to help… they have great inventory, what I wanted was in stock, color and all.

We purposely drove 5 hours to this dealership because of the incredible deals and the no nonsense service. Unfortunately, our expectations of an honest dealer were not found. We requested a V6 engine and were promised that the Bronco was a V6. Mysteriously, the sticker tag was not on the window. After our purchase we came to find out that it was not a V6. When I called the manager he said they would get this fixed, but never called back. I then made a second call and I was promised free oil change and service for 36,000 miles because of the mishap. I was told by Kevin the email will be sent. The contract was never sent. So here we are two weeks later with an over promised and undelivered vehicle. Not the best experience… I would not recommend this dealership. Updated: I removed a star due to the fact that the owner commented on my review wanting to resolve the issue and like they asked I emailed with the requested information and never heard back from them. I’m really not surprised anymore.

Went in after looking at many, many dealerships for months before going to Clay Cooley. Was always told the same thing you have no credit so your payments are $800+. Told our salesman Shawn "Cowboy", this up front and he told us not to worry. We had no intention of driving off the lot that day with a new (to us) vehicle. But with his efforts and determination to work with us he got us into a vehicle we liked and made the process really smooth and easy, with a payment we were happy with! I will certainly buy from Clay Cooley again. I recommend you do just like their motto says "Shop me 1st, shop me last, either way come to Clay!"

overall, a great car buying experience at Cooley Ford. I flew in from California to buy a Ford Mustang GT convertible at a significant discount compared to California prices. There were some dealer add-on fees, which I was aware of, but still the price was significantly cheaper than here on the west coast making it worth the trip. I work with Emiglio and he made the car buying process very smooth. The only negative thing I can mention is the car financing department did not have the same numbers that we agreed upon but later that was corrected. The best employee working at Ford Cooley is hands down the manager Augusto who is great to work with and made this car buying experience a 5 star one . thanks Cooley Ford!
