Norris Towing went above and beyond to help us get our car to a local shop, even went out of his way to bring my husband back to the hotel were staying in. I cannot thank them enough for helping us in this rough time. Definitely use them for all your needs.

I had a real bad crash, a great gentleman named Trentin was the first person to arrive alongside the Fire Department. Even after everyone left and I was waiting for the State Trooper to arrive, he was with me just hangin out and making sure I was alright. Offered me a ride back to town and was more concerned about my well-being than anything else. Real great guy, and if I were to crash near Harper again, I'm calling these guys. Norris Towing is the best place out in Hill Country to have tow you, hands down.
Norris Towing is truly top-tier. My truck was in a rollover accident around 9 PM with an uninsured driver at the wheel from a body shop where it was being transported for repairs. Norris Towing showed up in a timely manner, followed all safety precautions, collected items from my truck and transported back to their storage yard.
Here is the reason why they should be first on your list for services: When I was notified of the crash, Norris Towing worked with me on a personal level, going out of their way to provide pictures and details that were not in the DPS report. They arranged time out of their schedule for me to come out and gather my things and even went as far as providing me expertise and knowledge of how my insurance would probably handle this unique situation. All while explaining steps to take to start and resolve my unique situation, giving me light at the end of the tunnel (Even my Allstate claims specialist had high regards of their professionalism when interacting with Norris Towing.
I cannot explain how grateful I am to their excellent customer service, punctuality, and overall professionalism. Thank you again. Should I ever find myself in any situation that requires their services, Norris Towing will be my first phone call.
I am so thankful for Norris Towing and the over and above help I received from them when I had a flat tire at my house. This is the place you want to call when you need help! He even drove a 40 mile extra round trip to pick up a tire I needed when the spare tire couldn't be used. I am so blessed that the Lord sent Norris Towing to help me...that is a prayer answered!!

I had the unfortunate events that left me stranded off of I10 but the wonderful people at Norris came through! Trentin came to the rescue and was able to get my vehicle going again and I was able to make it back home to see my son in his competition! I’m very thankful for the wonderful service from Norris!
I feel like Odysseus. My daughter and I drove 3 hours to go camping in our pop up trailer. When we got to the park, the top wouldn't raise, even though I tested it on Monday. We drove an hour to a place to see if they could fix it, that could not. We started driving home, and blew a tire on the trailer on 290 near Harper. The jack I have was not able to lift the trailer enough to get the new tire on. How does the trailer manufacturer supply a jack too short to function as a jack FOR THEIR OWN TRAILER? So now I'm waiting, for someone who can possibly jack it up higher so we can change the tire. After calling a few places being told, even though the camper weighs half of a small Honda, and all i needed was a slightly higher jack, or even just a wood block, that nobody could help with campers. I called Norris Towing, and explained our situation, and Cody came right out and got us going for a fair price, though I would gladly have paid for braces for his kids given how desperate I was. If you need towing or roadside service near Fredericksburg, give Norris Towing a call, you won’t be let down.
Mr. Cody was awesome! Took on the job of picking up one of the rentals for the Texas National Guard and delivering in an incredible timeframe to a local dealership for repair. If you need a fast and professional job, look no further. Extremely grateful he was able to respond quickly and very communicative about his ETA to my location and sent me proof of delivery once the job was completed. Very trustworthy!
Quick and timely response. Gave me an estimate on what time he would arrive and arrived on time. He gave me a text to let me know he had left with an updated ETA while giving me the options if I needed to leave my vehicle where it was. Between loading up the car and dropping it off at the garage to fix my car the service was friendly and personable.
I would recommend them to anyone. Arrived at the scene of my accident quickly, and safely towed my car with a sense of urgency. Even saved me some time and money by suggesting I use his tow yard and met me there after hours so I could empty my car. You can tell their customers are top priority.

Amazing experience! He was so kind to us the entire time and had to drive over two hours to get us where we needed to go and was so nice about it! My mom and I were stranded in a really really small town for a few days and he was the only person who agreed to drive that far to come and rescue us. We are so grateful!
Not that I wish anyone the poor luck of requiring tow services... if you happen to need a tow, Norris Towing is fantastic! They are prompt, professional, able, and willing. They arrived to my location without hesitation, loaded my car and secured it properly, then took me to my drop off destination without issue. We were in a bind with our truck and had to get it taken to the dealership. Kody came to our rescue, he is a respectful guy all the way around. He came immediately, checked out the truck to see if it was something he could help with, it wasn’t so he loaded it onto his truck with the utmost care. Kody was very courteous and his response time was fast! He went the extra mile and picked up the keys at my home so i didn’t have to go back out on the highway where my car was picked up! He was timely. He said he would pick up the vehicle at 8:30 am and he was right on time! i would highly recommend him! Excellent service!!
Cody was great! We coordinated his towing of our trailer with another tow company taking the truck. We are now camped at a campground waiting for the truck to be repaired. Cody also told us about the Fredericksburg local wine scene, and sent us a link to a place his wife recommended.

An Uncle broke down on I10 close Mountain Home, TX and I called Norris towing and Cody was straight forward and his commitment of helping with his service, he tow my Uncles truck and trailer to Kerrville, Tx.
He also was very concerned with my uncle situation and even took him to a hotel near by, he is not just a towing company, he is also people company, my uncle have called another towing company which refuse to go unless they were paid first. Cody came out to Doss to tow my Land Rover to the Land Rover dealership in Boerne. He was on time and professional. When I need a tow again (it being a Land Rover) I'll be sure to call these guys again.
After driving 20hrs from California to Texas, one of my truck’s tires gave out. Leaving us stranded in the middle of nowhere I quickly got on the phone with AAA and the only towing companies available at the time could either pick me up next morning and the other was going to charge me a fee per mile and told it would be $200+ and I would have to wait 2hrs before them reaching me. I told AAA to give me a sec to think of the options and right away they called me back saying that there was a towing company by the name of Morris that would gladly tow my truck over 190 miles to my home and would get to me ASAP. Never had I been offered such a great service from a towing company and an awesome person as Cody. Did not matter if i was hundreds of miles away, Cody reassured me that he would get my truck to my house and told me not to worry. He did just that. Now my truck is on limp mode but its home and I can go to sleep comfortably knowing I didn’t leave my truck on the side of the road or had to wait till the next day for the other company to show up. I recommend Norris Towing and I will be using them for any towing needs.5/5 Keep it up, and Cody, Go Dodgers!😅
Norris towing is the hands down best tow service I’ve seen in my life. They have helped me 3 times in the past 6 months and are very quick on arrival, very professional, and also extremely reliable. I could honestly say that if you use them and are disappointed I’ll pay your tow bill.
