The battery on our Subaru went completely dead. Was traveling with family. Got a jump and pulled in to your store. Ric, the assistant manager was on duty. He sold us the replacement, got out his tool set, changed out the battery and had us back on the road in about 20 minutes. Thanks Ric!
Had problems with my battery .Went to this store and a young lady named Hope checked my battery.It was bad she changed it out on and 87 degree day all the while telling jokes and sweating her butt off .great service with a smile. So thanks Hope for making an old man’s day

Miguel and Jaycob helped us diagnose and fix a problem with our battery. Miguel was able to install the battery for us and get us running again. Service was excellent!
Very nice store they always ready to help their customers bought windshield wipers and they installed them free of charge. Came in another day bought brake light and once again they installed very amazing crew

Stopped in to get windshield wipers place is dead the guy at the counter just looks at me don’s not say a word I walk from one end of the store to another obviously looking for something I look at the guy staring into space never offered to assist. Needless to say getting wipers from HEB there everything is better .
Several years back had to.make an emergency stop here for a water hose. I couldn't believe how helpful these guys were to us. They even recommended a good mechanic! I was totally grateful.
