From Houston, Got car towed in Refugio. Called from Police station. Guy who answered asked for Title. I put deputy on phone. Quickly changed his mind...Go figure.
I had a great experience with Allan's Towing Service. My truck had broken down, and they provided excellent service at a very reasonable price. They towed my truck safely and professionally. Most towing companies are not this reliable, but Allan Towing is truly the best. I will definitely recommend to use their service if your truck broker down nearby victoria TX,

Very unsafe driving! Almost plowed me down as they ridiculously sped through the Circle K driveway just to cut out in front of incoming traffic at the roadway causing an oncoming truck to slam on his brakes. No concern for anyone’s safety!
So grateful y’all could help us out. We had been on the phone with AAA for three hours trying to get a tow and then we called y’all. ☎️
The guy who helped us let me use his iPhone charger and had a friendly, chill vibe. ☀️

I had the unfortunate event of my battery going dead at the Guadalajara Restaurant. Well I thought I was in luck cause one of Allan’s wrecker pulls in right next to me. I asked the guy if he could give me a jump and immediately he said No. He asked me how do I know that a jump will help me. I told him I’m a Diesel mechanic and I know that’s all I need. That my voltage on my truck was just shy of 12 volts. After confirming what I told him he then said yea he could jump start it for $150.00 the whole 3 minutes that it took him to hook up the jumper cables to my truck he was complaining and whining of how he hated to do jump starts. I highly regret giving these people my business. How are you going to complain and act so unprofessionally for a service you just did under 3 minutes for $150. If this happens to anyone out there would NOT recommend these people AT ALL!
Fast dispatch and excellent service from a very young man who was the grandson of the owner. There was a callout fee, a fuel surcharge and also a credit card fee charged but the service was quick and they had no issues hauling my vehicle 66 miles from north of Refugio to Southside CC.
La peor experiencia de mi vida!! En menos de media milla, desde E Jeter st hasta truck stop Travel Center Refugio, está gente fue capaz de cobrarme la catastrófica cifra de 1716 dólares!!! . Solo se aprovechan de la circunstancias de los camioneros para abusar desmedidamente. Si pudiera darle - 5 star fuera divino. LADRONES!! Hace 1 hora puse mi opinión y la eliminaron, espero que no eliminen esta!!.
Joel was our driver/tower and I can’t express enough how much I would recommend him. He shows up when he says he’s going to show up,. Very friendly helpful and attentive to what you need done. Went above and beyond trying to help us.
