The representative that assisted me was very pleasant and the young man who came to unlock my car was a Godsend. He was super nice and had me back in my car in less than 5 minutes.

My serpentine belt came off on my way home from work and after being told it would be at least 2 hours of being stranded with a nearly dead iPhone I figured I'd wait it out because I've used Isaacs in the past and the experience was great. Guy on the phone was very kind and understanding. This time was even better, Jeff showed up an hour before I expected, worked quickly to get us hooked up, and by the time we got to the mechanic shop, I still had enough battery to coordinate a ride home. A great example of why it's always better to underpromise and overdeliver. I don't know if it could have gone any better. Thank you!

Called Isaacs' Wrecker Service due to dead battery in my car. They sent someone out as soon as possible. He was able to charge the battery and I was able to get on my way. Overall I'm satisfied with their service.

Great experience, I drove my car halfway into a ditch in the dark and got stuck tilted halfway! They responded very fast, the driver was on location in no time and very skillfully got the car out, no scratch. The driver was concerned about me and the kids safety on the dark road and was very reassuring. It was pricey but I paid what I was quoted on the phone and quickly and professionally was helped out of a sticky situation, I appreciate their help.
We got very bad opinion and experiece for this company, there were TOO EXPENSIVE AND DISRECTFUL. Recently my husband had an accident on Texas on June 8, 2025, and we called to this company for towing service. It was too expensive, the first bill was $2667.00 dollar and when we got to pick up our truck we paid 3900 dollars today 06/24. It was lack of respect, the women on Longview location were disrespectful with my driver. She throws two-time driver phone when I tried spoke with her and she was too rude with us and our driver all the time. I have proof for everything, and it is UNFAIR.
I panicked when my car died in the vacuum stall of a local car wash. I was impressed by how he maneuvered the tow truck into such a difficult space and quickly got my vehicle out of the way for other customers. The payment was so easy to make even out in the sun. Friendly and fast! Highly recommend!
Sunday afternoon was an awful time to need a wrecker in Mount Pleasant, Texas!!! My insurance company was zero help so I I called around to every service listed on Google. They were either so far out of town that it wasn’t even reasonable they came up on my search or they expected me to sit on the side of the road until Monday at their convenience.it was ridiculous.
Isaacs was so friendly and apologized that their guy was out of town when I called and promised to help me when he got back in an hour and a half or so…. But gave me competitors to call and see if they could help me any sooner. How cool is that???
Anyway, got no help from the competitors either.
Their driver called me to let me know he was headed back to town and would come straight to get me. He arrived almost exactly at the time he estimated!
He was SO polite and professional. And he took really good care of my truck. He did an awesome job.
He was friendly and helpful and got me to repair shop and unloaded. Even offered to take me to a place to stay but I had already arranged an Uber.

The driver was so helpful and stayed with us while we inched down the road 2 miles to the tire service with our camper that had 2 blowout tires. It was a Sunday and I sure appreciated his taking care of us and making sure we were safe!!! Thank y’all!!!
Thank you. On April 21 we were on our way home from Mississippi to Arizona. A truck with an unsecured load pulled on the highway and lost load right in front of me. Our insurance could not find a tow company to come out. The officer on the seen gave me Isaacs card. Their driver was quick and offered us a ride to the hotel. This was living every traveler’s nightmare. The driver was courteous and knew the body shop we were going to and that helps to hear he had information about it. Thank you for being a light on a dark night.

I’m beyond grateful for Isaac’s Wrecker Service. I had no clue where I was or what to do, and they showed up fast, were super helpful, and didn’t try to overcharge me. You could tell it wasn’t just about the money for them—they really cared. The driver went above and beyond by recommending a reliable auto body shop nearby, which helped a lot since I’m not from the area. He even waited at the hotel with me until I was able to check in and gave me a ride there without any hesitation. That kind of service is rare these days. Compared to most towing companies, these guys do way more than their fair share. Highly recommend.

Contacted this company when my reckless teen slid off a country road and they sent Jason Vickers. He arrived quite fast and had him winched out and bandaged up in no time. Mr. Vickers even took the time to make sure my teens ride was safe to continue down the road before releasing him back into the wild. That puts a mom’s heart to ease. Thanks Isaacs Wreckers Service.
Michael Williams is a top notch driver! Left his dentist appointment with a numb face and picked my truck and 2 trailers up in 15 degree weather! Arrived in a timely manner and got back to the facility very safely. Not to mention the facility was 2 hours away! Awesome job and great experience!! I highly recommend Isaacs Wrecker Services. Troy got on scene quickly and was very efficient in his work. He took time to ensure our motor home was placed securely on his truck and made sure to not do any damage to our RV. The only downside was he got on scene without the proper set of bars to haul our RV properly so had to go back to the shop and get them. While this took some time, I rather he did that instead of “making things work.” Professional and friendly, Troy is an expert in this field and knew exactly what he was doing. We couldn’t have asked for better service.
Driver of the rotator did an amazing job. We had a unique situation and they responded accordingly! After having trailer issues, days of delays and a rough start to a week…..my load had to be moved to my husbands trailer. These guys did awesome!
