Great service from Keith he also went ahead and showed me how my truck in neutral when the shifter is stuck. He was also very careful with the truck making sure not to damage it. Overall great work would definitely use their service again.

Keith was amazing! It was extremely hot outside and my car was doing everything but what I needed it to do. But he came and he had a great attitude loaded my car on the tow and he even sent me a picture of it being delivered to the dealership. This will be my go to company and Keith will be my go to guy

My car broke down — the one I just got — and Mikey was assigned to tow me. He was incredibly kind and helpful. I had been waiting outside in the heat, and when I got in the truck, he turned up the AC and pointed the vent toward me to help me cool off. It was such a thoughtful gesture. I needed to have my car towed to a local service center. My roadside service didn’t provide my full address but Mikey and the company was able to get the information and get to me in a timely manner. The driver, Mikey, was nice and helpful. He sent me texts regarding arrival times and even sent a picture of my vehicle safely at the repair center. I would definitely use them again!

Mikey with Muggle Towing was amazing. We had a vehicle miss the turn on our driveway and was balancing over a culvert. Mikey kept in contact with us informing us of his ETA often. He checked the vehicle thoroughly and was able to maneuver it safely off the culvert and onto the driveway. All of this while alongside a 70 mph 2 lane highway. I would highly recommend this company and definitely Mikey!
