I had a great experience at this mechanic shop. The staff was professional, honest, and explained everything clearly before doing the work. They finished the repair and my vehicle is running great now. It’s hard to find trustworthy mechanics these days, but these guys definitely earned my business. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and great customer service.
Took my truck cause overhearing while running over 60 mph after new radiator and what everelse they did charge me 1400 and return truck doing the same thing like they didn't do anything to it and bad service
Very friendly and welcoming staff. The service was amazing and they finished work on my car in 1 day. I appreciate that they also intentionally tried to explain to me what was wrong and layman terms.

NOT EVEN 1 STAR Will never take another vehicle here again took my truck here and what was only supposed to be a quick job turned into a 2 month wait while they held my truck at ransom basically for 1900 dollars and when we first took it there they had no sense of urgency and acted as if they didn't care we paid for a part only to be told it was something else so we fixed that then was told oh yeah you need a new alternator I finally got my vehicle back and now the abs mod doesn't work and it has a burning plastic smell coming from under the hood I will save y'all the headache unless you like walking everywhere don't go her

They preformed great work to fix the engine mounts and struts on our 2015 Ford Flex!

Took my car up there two weeks ago with small electrical issues. Paid $150 for diagnostics and a new bulb, thinking they fixed it. It died two days later while I was driving, and I took it back on the promise that I wouldn’t be charged again for diagnostics. I took it back, they had it for ANOTHER FULL WEEK and then on the day they gave it back, it went from me needing to pay $22 for a relay to “we just replaced your alternator, it was bad.” I just had that alternator replaced under warranty, I was not told about it being bad OR them putting it in. That is ROBBERY. I asked them to take it out because they didn’t even INFORM me of the issue, just outright charged me $800 for work I didn’t know of or approve. My car is working for now but I swear if it stops anytime soon, my next step is looking for an attorney.
Great people and a fantastic shop. Some of the best people and mechanics you will ever meet. The service is number 1. There are never any hidden fees. They are honest, upfront, and provide excellent service. I highly recommend them.
I took my 2022 Jeep Wagoneer to this shop for an oil change, and they didn’t tighten the oil filter properly. As a result, I was driving around with a loose filter, which could have blown my engine! When I brought it to the owner’s attention, Rodney, he apologized and promised me a free oil change next time. When that time came, I made an appointment, but they couldn’t even squeeze me in. I gave them the opportunity to correct things and make it right, but they didn’t.
On top of that, I also took my 2016 Jeep Compass in to get the brakes fixed. I had to take it back multiple times because they didn’t get it right, and I’m still having the same problem. Given their inability to properly fix my vehicles and their failure to honor scheduled appointments, I cannot recommend this shop. They do not take care of vehicles as they claim, and their customer service is lacking. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.
Far most best place to help someone in need as me, thank god for progressive insurance for there choosing them in my towing package, Rodney was very kind and helping me fix my jeep couldn’t ask for anymore than them in providing me service and back on the road especially on Sunday
Had problems with my car over heating and with my water pump, this place had excellent customer service! They fixed my car and made everything brand new. 100% recommend going here if you need to fix your vehicle!
Jamie and Rodney are amazing. They have been so helpful and curtious. They have made me feel important every time I've been in their shop. I've been to every other mechanic in Ingleside and hands down this place is the best. They do what it takes to get the job done right and I will be using them for all my mechanic needs from now on.
