My son car broke down on the side of the highway. It was just me a woman looking crazy in the middle of the night. Willie towed my car, took me to the truck stop so I could get a ride home and took my son car to a local mechanic. I live close to 90 miles away. He saved me so much money by finding a local mechanic for me and kept in touch with me throughout the process. If you need a tow reach out to him. Such a good guy with a heart of gold. I had an issue with my car yesterday, and I needed a tow. I called Mr. Will Hall, and he answered very fast and gave me an estimated time to get to my location, and he got there at the time he said. It was pouring rain when he arrived. He loaded my car quickly and safely. Then proceeded to take me home. He is very friendly and professional. I will recommend him to anyone who needs a tow. Will Hall is one of the most dedicated wreckers out there. It's 1:00am and he left us a lil while ago, he hadn't slept and he still came out to help us. I'd highly recommend this man and his company if you need help getting your keys outta your car or your vehicle towed. We highly appreciate his help and time.

I did not get a tow but I did want to leave a review for the person that I met. Turn the TV off he is the most kindest man ever and so generous. We had a good 20 minute conversation about random things and I must say he is very important knowledgeable and just all around a decent human being. Next time I need a tow when I'm in the area Mr Will Hall will definitely be my go-to guy. Y'all check him out if you got the chance please ?

Mr. Will is a very nice and understandable man, his prices are fair and reasonable. He saw my car stopped by the side of the road while I was on a long trip, and he came and helped me. Mr. Will and Will Hall Towing and Road Service are truly the best in Shepherd, Texas, if not Texas as a whole.
My friends and I needed a tow last week and found Will thru a Google search. We called him, and he was there within just a few minutes and pulled us out of a muddy mess that we got ourselves into. He's super friendly and very fairly priced! Though I hope to never need him again, I would highly recommend him to anyone needing these services!!

We recently got my wife’s SUV stuck on a cow path off-road in Coldspring and Will Hall was the only towing company willing to help us. During a rainstorm when I’m sure he was busy . He couldn’t get his truck to us but he called a local 4x4 to come help us out. He went out of his way to help us even though he wouldn’t make any money off it. Great man, great company. Highly recommend!

Excellent customer service! Happened to be passing through our neighborhood and offered to come back to assist with unlocking our vehicle after noticing my husband trying to get in. Both keys were locked inside and the security feature was enabled but they got it open! We will definitely be using them again if the need arises. Highly recommend!!!

I had a great experience with Will Hall Motor Co. last week. My car broke down on the interstate feeder road and I was blocking traffic. Will was there with in 15 minutes just as promised. He provided a great service at the price that was originally quoted on the phone and he was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend his company.
Called Will yesterday morning after working an overnight shift to see if he could help me move a Ram 1500 from my parents house in Shepherd to one of my friends house’s out in Rye off 146 that afternoon due to my parents moving to Fort Worth today. He said he’d be able to get it done. So around 4 I called to see if he was still available, sure enough he was. He showed up loaded the truck up in under 15 minutes drove it out there and dropped it at my buddies house. Outside of the driving probably only took 30 minutes. Mr. Will is efficient when it comes to work. We also talked for a bit and had a nice conversation. Mr. Will is a stand up guy and gets stuff done fast. So thanks again Mr. Will, will definitely recommend you to anyone in the area.
