We were very extremely happy with Hatch's. I was with a buddy doing trail maintenance work on the Trail Between The Lakes in the Sabine National Forest. We got one of our trucks stuck on a forest road. Dustin came out and was efficient, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. We know who will we call next time we get stuck, though we also know to be more careful :).
We were locked out of the truck at the boat ramp after a long day of fishing. The guy showed up and boom, we were in. The price was right and we were very happy.
My van broke down this morning at 2 am, we got the pleasure of Jimmy coming to our rescue to tow ithe car and me all the way to Houston Tx. He was so very kind, so pleasant throughout the trip as I had to ride with him all the way.
Was very surprised when he actually bought me a breakfast sandwich, never seen such a kind gesture by anyone.
I must say I’d give him 10 stars I’d use this company anytime. Thank you for doing such a amazing job!!

Mr. Jimmy was amazing! Clear communication and quick resolve with my tow. Contracted through AAA but if you’re ever in dire need I would recommend contacting Hatch’s directly. Not only did I have the best tow truck driver I could ask for, but he came to my rescue twice! Charlie makes you feel comfortable and will answer any and all questions you throw at him! Will definitely be calling Mr. Charlie for my next tow!!
We are down here on storm work for the Hurricane and was parked in the lot of his business and he came screaming and cussing us. He wasn't nice at all. HE Could of asked nicely but he didn't we are here to help get the power back on from this storm. I WOULDN'T DO ANY KIND OF BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN AT ALL.
