Great parts house in my opinion. Every location i go to the staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

This place is the best and Robert is amazing, I came in with my engine lights going haywire and he took care of everything; he was so patient and polite. Very knowledgeable!

Needed a part for my vehicle and they had it. Great people work behind the counter.

Any female that work at this O'Reilly's is unprofessional. Calling the customer honey over and over and over again is so unprofessional. This is an auto store not a hooters or a strip club. Molly and Haley are going to end up causing problems that the store don't want. Educate your employees on what is appropriate in that work environment

Most knowledgeable associates in this area. Best customer service. Quality parts that are affordable. They have a great supply chain, so you can get parts that need to be ordered faster . The only auto parts store I go to.

My son in law went in yesterday to see if the rotors could be turned. The employee who does it was going to leave in thirty minutes. We thought he wouldn't want to since it was close to him leaving for the day. To our surprise, he agreed to do it without hesitation. We thank you for your service.

The men and ladies at O'Reilly's are always helpful and go out of their way to make sure you get the right part at the right price.

Robert is very knowledgeable and super helpful. But if Robert isnt there dont expect good things. I was looked over twice over customers that came in after me...... it used to be a good store....... sad

In my opinion its the best oreillys in the area ask for clint he will do anything in his power to help you not much of a selection of tools if ure in a bind other than that great place

Jr the manager was extremely helpful. He found us the correct bulb for my headlight and helped guide us how to install it. Great customer service!

Very helpful people. In faxt the young lady working their helped with replacing my battery and she along with the rest of the staff are quite knowledgeable and help you get what's best for to and your needs.

The Bridge City location has very informative and friendly employees. I stopped there to get my check engine light tested, It was fast and free and the employee was very informative over possible problems and solutions.

I stopped at O'reilly to grab a few quarts of transmission fluid,. As always the store was nice and clean with very friendly and helpful staff

This store is the worst possible place to order or pick up any parts because not only do the people at the counter not have A single clue about auto parts but they also cannot for the life of them order anything correctly ... surprisingly the kirbyville,tx location can get the order right every single time no matter who is working when I call or show up on person

Very knowledgeable crew some have been around for years. Store is well stocked.

I was able to get,what I needed promptly and get going which is really helpful when you're trying to finish car repairs.

Good enough store. They have most parts in stock, which is nice for a small town. Like most parts stores these days, they attendants try to help but don't know much about cars/engines.

Staff shooting the breeze in the back while my self and another customer waited on service. Prices are already higher than walmart and online. Prompt service is the few things places like this can offer.

O'Reilly's in Bridge City has some very knowledgeable and helpful people one of my favorite if not the favorite auto parts store I go to

Love this place!! Been going there since it's been open. People here know their parts an there like family.

Signs on the aisles were misleading. But store is organized so just walk down the aisle until you see something similar and it will be around there.
