Cool concept but live music venue it misses the mark. If you want to listen to live music in the background while you eat, drink, or chat with friends, this is a good spot. If you want to see a concert, it's almost awkward. You basically sit at a picnic table and watch feeling very disconnected from the performer and band. When I was there, the stage area was roped off and the chair hight palm tree blocked my view perfectly.
None of the food places were open but one so I can't tell you how the food was. And the food that was there. It was very limited. There was like 20 people tops there. It could be a really good venue, but I wouldn't know
Fun outdoor space to relax and enjoy a drink. Nice views from the upper 2nd and 3rd floor areas. Live bands on most weekends. Decent food available most of the time at the 3 or 4 food courts within the property.
We did not eat but there were so many options. Also the people we were with were eating the Pizza and bbq and said it was very good.
The people that were working there were very polite.
There are maybe 6 windows and everyone had a different food option Mexican, Cajun, BBQ, Chinese, Pizza and a coffee shop.
They had large TVs on the walls Two large bars and thre levels of open seating. While we were there the establishment was supporting the Christmas golf cart parade!
Weekend bands.
They will close down January and February. I understand that buisness does slow down in the winter.

I had very high hopes for this place. During the off season, there’s really no reason not to get it right. I ordered a Piña Colada with a floater, strong, but it melted super fast in a plastic cup. There are several food trailers with a nice variety of options, but the taco I ordered was cold even though it wasn’t busy. The pineapple salsa on the nachos wasn’t for me. Overall, the setup has potential, but the execution missed the mark.
Good food, great atmosphere. We were there for late lunch the teriyaki chicken and orange chicken were good. The chicken nachos were really good, enjoyed the pineapple chunks. College football on the big screen while we were there. Would like to return for live music.
The food at Bayou Bistro was terrible. The red beans and rice had to be dehydrated and soaked in water. The gumbo was a weird fishy taste. Nothing like gumbo. The cheeseburger we had to send back, it was super sweet and had a weird taste. All around terrible food. Service was eh. Do yourself a favor and Pick another place.
This is a great place to hang out with family or friends. They had a band playing at the time we went. They were great. Many options for food. It has 3 levels and each one with an age range. I highly recommend this place.
What a Rip, the $11 pizza slice was super thin and tasteless, the seafood place 2 adults and one child $70 They charge like it’s fins but the food quality is bar food at best. Actually I’ve eaten Bar food that tasted better. I ordered the shrimp basket, the fries were warm with a soggy texture and the fried shrimp was as tuff as beef jerky, what a horrible experience, save your money.
This was the best thing that they could’ve put in Port A! As someone who vacations here very often, this is my now fav place to eat. A variety of foods to choose from, dog friendly (my pups appreciate this), great atmosphere, and relaxing. Yes some prices can be a little high but I mean it’s Port Aransas…
Several restaurants to choose from on the bottom floor, we had lunch and ordered buckets of beer. We enjoyed some live music from the second floor balcony. Enjoyed the cool breeze and view.

The atmosphere is good all outside, the food, on the other hand, is not so good. Got a pizza for $70 plus tax, and tip was $88, which was supposed to be extra large but was like a $10 Little Caesars. We won't be getting that again.
This place is so cool. Live music, outdoor games, like cornhole, two viewing decks. Several different types of food vendors, several bars. The frozen margaritas & Pina coladas were excellent. This type of venue was needed for a long time, & does not disappoint. $5 cover charge, but an enjoyable atmosphere.
Fun atmosphere. I liked the vibe. I personally don't drink and very much enjoyed the first floor atmosphere. Fun music and delicious food. I tried two tacos from Taco Vibes. The Ocean Avenue and the Buff Chicken. They were delicious. Ocean Avenue was particularly amazing. The food was a little pricey but the atmosphere made up for it. I would go again.

2nd time coming here in the past year and I have to say they don’t disappoint. Their blood Mary’s and Pina coladas are amazing and you can’t beat the view. The bands are always good but the two things I didn’t like this time were they were charging a cover fee starting around 6 and we had been there since 4:30 and they were trying to make us by a bracelet if we were going to get anymore drinks. I think that’s Kind of ridiculous since we were already inside, if that’s the case they need to have someone sitting there 24/7 to ensure everyone is being charged the cover fee upon entering. The second thing is we wanted to get a large pizza and it was $86 for pepperoni which is absolutely insane. Other than that sip yard is great and definitely a go to for a fun night and good drinks.
Excellent food options. We had orange chicken and the crawfish pies and both were great! Super cool venue with live music. The dueling pianos were a lot of fun. We met one of the owners in the elevator. Very nice guy. Highly recommend this place. We'll definitely be back
A killer spot with stunning views and top-notch beers on tap. For just five bucks, I got live music, a cold brew, and front-row seats to the best sunset in Port Aransas. Worth every penny.
Headed there on a Sunday and it was really nice. Sundays are a slower day so no wait for food or drinks and everyone there was very cordial. I ordered from Wok On and got their version of nachos which uses wonton chips as the base. It was delicious and filling! I’m looking forward to my next visit
My drink was the frozen pina colada with their Kraken rum as a floater. Strong but delicious!
Great atmosphere and drinks! The food service is very unpredictable, they show up when they want, hardly ever there. You’re better off eating before you show up. No accountability for the food vendors.
Really nice outdoor atmosphere that captures the Port Aransas Vibe. Pet friendly must be on leash. The 3rd floor deck is amazing in the evenings. Children are not allowed on the 2nd floor due to the bar, and they are also not allowed on the 3rd floor after 6 pm due to the bar. The Pepperoni pizza was delicious. Not all the food places had all the food advertised, so that is why they get a 4 star. Service really does not apply because it's really self-serve - like a food court in a mall. Overall, it's really nice, and we will be going back again !

I wish there were more places like this down here. Yall definitely set the example. Literally everything about this place was beyond awesome. We will definitely be back again! So glad we found this spot! Finding gluten free options can be a challenge, it was nice finding (delicious) GF pizza and tacos on corn tortillas. The design with multiple food types makes it easy for groups to all have what they want. Also there’s a full bar! This is the perfect hang out spot at the beach. The bathrooms are so clean and well air conditioned.
Maybe because it is so new but I would avoid this place if at all possible.. we went with a party of four and had to wait in so many different lines just to try and place an order. Most of the food concepts were out of most of the items on the menu… pizza place has a really young cashier (like < 12 years old.). Then after you place your order you wait quite some for your food.. including a gentleman at the pizza window who is beyond rude. He alone is reason to never come here again. For my wife and I for two pieces of plain cheese pizza and two chx tacos and two beers > $55 and waited. / stood in line a combined total of 45 minutes. Had to wait 20 minutes for a glass of water….
Nice place but the concept needs to be revisited. I can’t imagine how bad it must be here with a busy Port A week. Couple we were with walked in with us 45 min ago still have no drinks or food. No thanks.. the wait list at Virginia’s or Trout Street is a much better deal.
Very cool spot to have a drink after the beach! Live music and big patio area. All the food choices were phenomenal. We will be returning next time we are on the island!
