This is one of the most unprofessional places, I had an issue with my truck and called out to them, they sent me some guy named “Bobby” and claimed he had been doing mechanical repairs for years, he did not in fact fix the issue on spot, I as I trusted he did I paid him once I tried to fire up the truck and put in gear it did not move! Called him back and didn’t answer called Rosados for assistance and all they said my clutch was completely out…how if he never even took it off!! Anyways I lost my money and time with these people, be aware if doing business with them

they charged us $1600 . were unable to make a repair that would get us to the next location , with out having to call them back multiple times . Very Expensive for the service received

I checked on pricing for a tow and they were polite and very nice. They also had the best prices out of all the other tow trucks I called.

Unfortunately not 24/7. Transmission went out and tried to call for tow/repair around midnight and it rang twice before voicemail. Tried calling back like 30 minutes later and the phone was off.

I was shut down on the side of the road for about 20 hours! They came, hauled my motorhome into their shop, late Sunday afternoon. Monday, an hour after work started, I was on the road! Thanks Jose, I will never forget this!

He responded to a roadside call for a semi trailer axle. Dramatized the repairs needed. And said I’d be down for about 10 days while he got parts & did repairs. He thought he was going to milk the cow. I made other calls for repairs job finished in several hours. Axel doctor 5hrs Loves 5hrs…. He refused to release my trailer from his yard after towing was paid for for several hours. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this company. Small town with big crooks . Go elsewhere for help . It’s a hell no for me & this company, thumbs down Today is 9/27/23

We were on a road trip from central Alabama to El Paso, Texas, in an older model car. We had the car checked out pretrip, but the mechanic was not thorough with the brake inspection. By the time we reached Sweetwater, Texas, we were in a bind. The good people at Rosado’s were wonderful! They were honest and reasonable. They had us back on the road quickly, and they were totally transparent, showing us what the issue was and explaining the repair. We were blessed to have work done at Rosado’s! We would recommend them to EVERYONE!

There are no words to express how amazing this company is. We were on our way out for a family vacation. Our vehicle has always ran smooth and had no previous issues. We were about 35 minutes out of Sweetwater when our car began to drive different and warning lights started to appear on our dashboard. Our car came to a stall and we were so confused as to what was going on. My father was able to get in touch with this company and had us call them for help. They were able to tow us back to Sweetwater. The daughter of the owner came to pick up my husband and I and our three kids in her personal car as well. She was so kind and personable. They also had pizza for our family when we arrived at the shop. Perfect timing as it was lunch and we're were hungry. They diagnosed and repaired our vehicle the same day and had us back on the road in a few hours. I'm so grateful our car problems didn't ruin our time with our family. I pray this company continues to thrive so they may be a blessing to others as they were for our family. Thank you again Rosados!!!

Very unprofessional!!! They are only good for shaming people and getting no job done. Tried to pick up 2 cars from them to transport to the customer and the only thing we received was a lot of time and money loss. If you want to spend your money and time for nothing this is the perfect place.

Called this morning and talked to the on call driver. He proceeded to cuss me out when I stated things I was told by the company yesterday. I maintained a calm and collected attitude while he lost his mind. When I requested his name he then said some more hurtful things and hung up. No respect was given when I was only requesting something I was told the day before. If there was an issue he should have just told me instead of using the F word and acting like an extremely unprofessional person. Also, they have my car… I was trying to make a payment and he hung up on me. Long story short, go with ANYONE else!

I think they did a great job we had a flat tire on the side of the road and the guy that was there was going to lunch and he left his lunch to the site so he could help us out I think that was very nice and I recommend anybody to go and fix their tires there thank you

One of the few places in Sweetwater that does front end alignments. I dropped it off on short notice, and because I had no one that could pick me up, I waited in the waiting room for it to be finished. It only took 90 minutes so that was OK. Problem was, they identified several parts that affect the alignment (tie rod ends) that were worn out and needed to be replaced. Instead of letting me know, they went ahead and did the alignment, and told me after they had finished. If they had told me, I would have asked them to order the parts, and rescheduled the repair/alignment and paid for it when it was finished. Now I'll have to pay for the alignment twice ($125) plus the installation/parts fee.

We were driving thru Sweetwater (neat little place!) in an older motor home, with 2 dogs and 4 cats, on a terribly hot day, and our a/c went out. I called everywhere in town and several places in Abilene, and no one could help us. It was near 6pm when I called Rosado’s, and they said I could bring it in in the morning when they opened. They couldn’t get a part they needed (old rig), but they tried to repair (weld) the broken line. Unfortunately, it was irreparable, but they worked all day on it and let us stay in our motor home and run the generator for the roof air to keep our critters cool. They’d have easily been able to fix it had they been able to get the part. They went far above and beyond to get us back on the road, and they did give us advice that kept us cool for the trip to stay with family as we wait for another mechanic to get the part (1 1/2 weeks estimated time of arrival). Even tho’ they couldn’t get the part, they saved the day. I just can’t thank them enough.

After the accident, we did not know where our truck and trailer. the dispatcher was frankly rude and did not know about truck location. after 24 hours we found out where it was. The price is set at $ 4500. And in order to pay, I had to look for them, there was no one in the office. There are no taxi in the city and you can't get anywhere on foot. The insurance company has been trying to talk to them for more than 2 weeks, there is no answer not by e-mail and they do not call back. P.S. Our insurance 2 weeks trying to talk with Rosados. They didn't answer by phone or email. And this is a complete lie from them constant

Rosado's quickly saved my family and I off of the side of the road. David, our tow truck professional, was incredible- he deserves a raise! Rosado team checked motel availability, dropped us off at the motel, came back to get the truck, and then installed a new water pump and a belt in record time for a good price.

This place is awesome. I want Jose to be my dad. I travel alone and stopped in Sweetwater for the night and noticed my motorhome check engine light was on and my engine was shaking the whole unit. Called 2 truck stops who said they wouldn't help me because I was an RV. Rosado's saved me. Jose was so kind and went out of his way to explain to me what was going on, what he thought the problem was and why, and genuinely seemed concerned for my safety since I was 3 hours from the closest person I knew with a malfunctioning vehicle. Not once did I feel like I was being talked down to or like he just wanted me out of his hair. Resolved the issue and didn't charge me thousands of dollars for diagnostics. Genuine and helpful people and business, and they gave me peace of mind which is priceless. Best shop I've ever been to hands down (and I travel the county!)

Live in or near Sweetwater, TX? Need to get your vehicle inspected without being asked to wear a mask like so many tool tyranny-complying 27 IQ sheep-filled tv-trusting businesses do without their having researched the human virome? Then this is the place for you. I have had two of my vehicles inspected at Rosado's Wrecker Service and if I ever need a tow - man, these are the guys I will be calling for sure. Fastest inspections I've ever seen, but you have to take into consideration that Nolan is a non-emissions testing county. All Texas counties should be just like that.

Had a few issues on the road and called ahead and was told there is no wait, I showed up and they immediately got to work looking over the truck, came to me with a few other things that I knew about and a couple I'd honestly never even thought about. Not only did I learn something, but I was taken care of same day and back on the road by the afternoon. Even having to wait for parts from Abeline, it didn't take nearly as long as other places I've gone to. They charged me only for the hours that they had worked on the tractor, not the entire time the tractor was sitting in the bay like most shops do. These guys are honest hard working people and I will definitely be using their services in the future if need be and I'm in the area. HIGHLY RECCOMENDED

Great customer service given by Jose on Memorial Day. One phone call and he meet us at the shop to help get the bearings off my boat trailer that I was not able to. He was patient and very professional and got the job done. Thank you for getting me back on the road.

My husband work's here and and loves his job. Jose has been kind and generous not to just my husband but my family as well. I love how his business is family operated and I admire the Christian morals he lives by.

Really nice people. Towed my truck there and payed them the fee. They let me leave it there overnight so I could get parts to get it running, and they didn't charge me dime.

I had to be towed just outside of Sweetwater and they picked me up pretty quickly. They took me in right away and got me out quickly so I could finish my road trip! Great service!

WoW to say the least, this Co may not have the latest and fanciest equipment and that's okay, they have the key element to safely perform their duties, "patience" very detailed, very amicable people who put safety and communication @ 1st priority, and I must say very time efficient as well from Dispatch to completion. Why a 5 please read... My late at night tow for my wrecked car was great. The tow truck driver was very personable (it was a pretty long tow). The tow truck was a very nice piece of equipment, operated properly and safe. I can't say enough good things about the tow. The next day I called the owner as instructed. The owner might have been having a bad morning, not into the whole customer service thing. Maybe he didn't like the way I sounded on the phone. I am just not sure what went wrong with that part of this business transaction. I really want to give a 5 star for the tow truck driver, 5 star for the equipment, 5 star for the price and 1 star for the boss. However it might be my fault for expecting for to much or maybe he is not a morning person. I would highly recommend them though. Maybe the owner is really a nice guy I just missed it.

Rosado's Wrecker is a very friendly family owned business with fair prices. They have saved me when my tires were slashed, my ignition went out, and when I had transmission problems. Each time they came out quickly and at the promised time. I appreciate them always helping me out.

Got stranded 4 hours from home outside of SW and called the first company (Pickrell?) that came up on my phone which was in and out of service. Guy said all his trucks were out of town and wouldn't recommend anyone else. When cell service came back on, I got a hold of Rosado and they had a truck out in under 30 minutes. They had to bring another truck to pick me and my kids up and got us out of there before a tornado landed not too far away. Excellent service and affordable, to boot!

Towing was good. Left drivers licence and corrected Texas address plus phone number and work business card. Truck was left on the lot too long and tow company sent letter to the wrong address in Pennsylvania . The truck broke down on I 20 on the way to have its title and restrictions changed to Texas. That was explained to the driver when he picked up the towed the truck. The company stated that they had to send it to the registration address even though they had a invoice with my current contact the info. I acknowledge owl edge that the truck showed have been picked up but I was dealing with a medical condition dition and it slipped my mind. End result they sold the truck for profit. Don't leave anything on their lot period
