They were able to get a truck out for a tow on short notice early in the morning. The driver was friendly, polite, and got the car loaded quickly, and was patient and helpful when we arrived at the service shop.
Couldn't be happier. Joey himself went out of his way at an incredibly busy time to help my elderly mom with a dead battery. I had to set up the service from out of town and it was super easy. Great folks, and great, reasonably priced service!
If I could give zero stars I would. Once my car broke down and I needed to get it towed and I call Joey Ross because their well known and have amazing reviews. When I called and was explaining to whomever answered the phone what was going on they hung up on me. Typically I like to give more than once chance so I called back thinking "Oh it was an accident." And the SAME THING happened. Ended up using Hopkins and will never use anyone else. If you want a good towing experience don't use these people!
Amazing! We broke down on Father's Day Sunday trying to get my kiddo to camp, didn't know who to call or what to do. Did a google search and took a chance. I am so glad we did. They not only answered, they worked with us and got us off the side of the road. I definitely recommend them!
Great service! They were on the site within 30 mins, picked up six of us and set us up to a reliable mechanic in town to fix the van on the same day to get us back on the road.
They showed up about an hour after I called when my car broke down. Very professional and able to get loaded and got the car to the repair shop quickly. I will definitely call again if I need a tow truck.
When you receive a panicked call from your 19 year old college student who has broken down on the side of the road at almost midnight on a Friday night and you are 2.5 hours away...these are the folks to call. They came out, assessed the situation, called us back to let us know exactly what was going on then took the truck back to their secure lot until we could schedule repairs on Monday. It's a relief to know that there are companies like this that we can trust with our child and his vehicle. Definitely recommend Joey Ross Towing for any towing needs in and around Nacogdoches! Called to try and get a rate for a tow, the man on the phone was extremely rude even though I was nothing but polite to him, like he was done for the night and didn't want anything to do(even though they claim to be 24 hrs), called back to confirm I wanted the tow and got hung up on. Took my business to R&M. They answered immediately and were extremely polite and quick to get to me. And their rate ended up being cheaper. So if you're looking for ugly mannered people with over priced towing, go Joey Ross. Otherwise take your business somewhere that it's wanted.
