Just when I thought honest mechanics were a thing of the past, I found out about Prestige Auto Services. I had a problem with the AC in my 2013 Dodge caravan and took it to them to get it checked out. They quickly diagnosed the issue and gave me an estimate, no charge.
I brought my van back the following week, and it was ready the same day! They even gave me a quote for some other minor issues that I was aware of but were not of immediate concern. No pressure, just bring it back when you're ready.
They are courteous and professional; I was truly impressed with the level of service I received.

They even took me home and picked me up once my car was done.It was quick, efficient and great to see a group of workers that get along and having fun with each other. We took our F-250 truck in early morning on a Friday due to the radiator leaking. They were able to give us a ball park for pricing and was able to get the truck fixed by the end of the day. They stand by their warranty and the service was great. Will keep these guys in mind for future services/ oil changes. Thank you guys so much!

This place is amazing! The owners are great people that have helped my husband multiple times and have been such a help to us! They understand life and we are both so thankful for their help! If you want wonderful service you need to come here they are amazing and so is their staff!
An actual honest mechanic! Reasonable prices and they don't try to sell you work you don't actually need. They stand behind their warranties. I had issues after 6 months when parts failed. They replaced them with no trouble. I've had other mechanics weasel out of their warranty agreement or put me off. But Prestige was quick to make repairs and get me back on the road.
I definitely found my mechanic! I liked Collin as soon as I met him. My bullshit detectors did NOT go off, and he’s very intelligent AND knowledgeable. I have already had him replace a solenoid on my high pressure fuel rail (or whatever the correct verbiage is for it) for my car, he did it in the time he said he would, charged me exactly what he said he would, and now it not only runs GREAT, I get about 7-8 more miles to the gallon. He’s also replaced a headlight assembly on my mom’s car, and a few oil changes for my family and me. I plan on using him from now on as my mechanic. I HIGHLY recommend him!
Colin and his employees are great. They kind and courteous. He has worked on all of our vehicles and my family. He is honest. His prices can’t be beat, and is done in a timely manner. We will continue to use and refer friends and family to Colin at Prestige auto service.
I paid over 7 thousand and waited 8 MONTHS for what was promised 6 week. And for the vehicle to not even turn on. Also can’t forget the dent we found near the hood that was again, promised to get fixed. Complete waste of time. It’s ridiculous and should be unacceptable but yet they are all about “good customer service and satisfaction” I can’t say it loud enough. RUN. Skip the headache, skip prestige and find another shop!!! Don’t get screwed over like me!
Collin and his employees are amazing. I asked him a simple question about my ac in my truck and he told me to pull up so we can check it. He recharged my ac and told me what was actually wrong with it. Very friendly service. I highly recommend them for your auto needs.
Someone in my community recommended this company in my FB Community group. I was sold on the 100% 5 star reviews. I went to have my oil changed, and I ended up also changing my brakes. All I have to say is this company's customer service, honesty, and pricing was exceptional. I couldnt ask for anything more or better from this local business. Definitely surpassed their 5 star rating! Decided to try this shop out based on their reviews when my "service transmission" notification was on (another mechanic wasnt able to diagnose). They had me back on the road within an hour and completely fixed the issues. Absolutely impressed and would highly recommend. Happy to have found an amazing local, knowledgeable and honest mechanic I know I can't trust with any future needs. Highly recommend!
I thought I was a mechanic and decided to charge the air conditioner on my car, I ended up overcharging it and making it not work at all! I called prestige and they agreed to see me right away. I pulled up at the shop and filled out paperwork, and they got to work immediately! Fixed my problem and had me on the road within 20 minutes! Unbelievably fast, friendly, no-nonsense excellent Auto Care! Pretty sure my air conditioner blows even colder than it did and I took it in!
Went in and had my ac diagnosed at Prestige Auto Service. Got a free diagnosis and quote within 30 minutes. Work was completed within an hour and added an oil change last minute will definitely be back for future work. Collin & his team of guys are great!! I have had my old Toyota in for everything from breaks, power steering pump replacement and recently a rebuilt transmission. My wheel bearing gave out while driving to Livingston. I use my truck for work so I can’t afford to be out of service too long. Luckily I got a tow and they highly recommended Prestige Auto in Splendora, so I called them and spoke with Mr. Collin and he understood my need and was able to get me in FAST. They got the bearing ordered and I was back out on the road that afternoon. As a local guide and someone that appreciates family owned businesses, this place is fantastic, reasonable, caring, and straight shooting no BS, they got me what I needed and didn’t try to sell me on things I didn’t need. I needed an oil pan gasket leak fixed. The owner was able to give me a reasonable quote and was able to fix my car the next day. He was very nice as he drove me home after I dropped off my car and then offered to come pick me up when my car was ready.
His crew members were also all very nice. Now I know who to go to for my car's needs.
Honest crew,Values customers got our truck in and out quick and was straight up and honest about what was the best route. Went over and beyond and got us transmission swapped in a day. Will be coming back for a engine overhaul next.

He even offered to have my vehicle towed if I needed it. I arrived on my own and he immediately checked my car. He was very friendly, fast and efficient.
