Well Nobody wants to have a reason to use a towing service. But If you find yourself in a jam. Speedy's Auto Services is on the ball and makes the process easy. I had called them for help and in minutes I got a call from the driver asking how she could help. "Aiden Marek " Highly recommended, prettiest Wrecker driver I've ever met :) Aiden was professional and companionate with my problem and vehicle. She made the whole experience better than I could imagine. Highly recommend this company.
My wife's vehicle broke down on her at work, I used Speedy's three times over the past two weeks to get to two different shops then back home. Each time they were very quick and efficient and pricing remained similar between the three.
If I could give this place a 0 I would. My son’s car was towed Friday night. The driver gave me a quote of $180 and an additional daily storage fee of $20, as I was not able to pick up the car until Saturday, the next day. When I called to make arrangements to pick up the car, Scotty, “the owner” as he identified himself, then told me it would be $280 to retrieve the car. After informing him of the quote I received, he said the driver doesn’t know the prices, only he knows the cost and if I would’ve called him he could’ve told me. I advised him that his driver seemed pretty confident in the quote he gave, he didn’t inform me that the prices may be different and that I should call to verify, so why would I question him and call to check if his information was accurate. He, “the owner” was very rude and arrogant. I highly recommend using a different company. You will not get good customer service here and they will tack on additional fees unbeknownst to you.
Absolutely horrible service called and tried to schedule an appointment and was told you have to just call and see if someone is around. Some people work jobs .
Just had a speedy wrecker driver fly past me at over 75mph on HW 2854 in a 45mph zone, just to turn ahead of me making me slam on my brakes so he could make a right turn. Incredibly inconsiderate and illegal driving. There is a reason people hate wreckers, and this is a big reason why.
