I highly recommend using this company for towing. The guy over the phone asked what I needed and helped me right away. The wait was about 30 minutes which wasn’t a problem. The guy he sent out name was John. He was very polite , very respectful & responsible. He came made sure my car was good and took it to the destination I needed with no hesitation!

AMAZING!! Ryan and his team were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about moving motorcycles. I thought the task was going to be impossible to do thanks to the bike not having keys & being in a storage unit but these guys made it look EFFORTLESS!

Sam was a life saver. I’ve never need it to use a tow truck before but I’m glad MSC Towing was able to help me so fast after calling them. Sam, was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. He got our truck and tractor out of the mud in no time. In case I ever need a tow truck ever again I know who to call. I highly recommend Sam.

I recently had to call MSC Towing when I had a flat tire and needed my spare put on before getting a new one. The experience was fantastic!
Paul, the technician who came to help, was very friendly and helpful. He arrived quickly and was able to put my spare tire on in no time. He even took the time to check the tire to find the leak.
Additionally, I have to mention Patrick. This review is well overdue, but he helped us out a while back by towing our car to a local shop. He was incredibly kind and resourceful, and he really went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I can't thank him enough for his help.

My transmission failed and I desperately needed assistance. It was late in the evening and the transmission shop I use was two blocks away but closed and I also needed to get home which was in the neighborhood but 5 miles away. The tow driver …I believe her name is Megan offered not only to drop my car off at the shop but also to give me a ride to my home. This saved me a tremendous amount money and inconvenience and I am sincerely grateful for her compassion This is the kind of service provider that is God’s gift to our community

This review is LONG overdue. On January 29th 2023, I was driving my boyfriends truck anddddd accidentally got it stuck over the culvert (drainage tunnel under the driveway). The truck was stuck on the concrete.. If I would have backed up or gone forward anymore it would have scraped the rear shaft. SOOO we called a tow.. and said over the phone before that we need a tow with a lift. the guy ( NOT MSC) that came out brought a flat bed, he also clearly had no idea what he was doing or talking about.. so we called another tow and BOOM MSC came out! Kathy sent us Megan and Weldon who were AMAZING. They came out around 7:30pm on a sunday night .. Megan's shift was technically over but she knew we needed the help bad.. I got the truck stuck realllll good because around 8:30 they had to call for some extra hands and that is when Kathy and Daryl came out and wow it was amazing to see all of them working together so well and trying multiple different attempts without damaging the truck.. they were able to get the car unstuck around 10:00pm ! I don't know what we would have done without this team. Thank you guys SO much. I will never forget your great kindness and all the efforts you did to help us! I will be reaching out for any future towing needs !!
My car was damaged when I ran over something in the road. Broke axle and three flat tires. Blocking one lane of a two lane road. Megan was quick to respond to my emergency and even stayed with me until my Uber driver picked me up to take me home. It was after 9:30 pm and everything was dark and closed. I can’t thank her enough for her kindness in my time of need.
Driver was delayed d/t a problem on previous call. However, I was notified by office and also received call from driver. The driver, Maggie was great. She had the right truck needed for my tow, she was friendly and made the experience easy during a stressful time. She deserves a raise!
They towed my truck in perfectly fine, driving conditions, not even my balance was off! When I picked it up, it was undrivable! I could only get up to 40 mph before the whole truck would start shaking like the tires were as bout to fall off!
