I was just on the phone with I’m guess is the owner I’m asking this rude and disrespectful man about my car and he tells me “I’ve already spoken to you about this car several times” mind you this is my first time speaking to him second he wouldn’t give me the direction or confirm where the car was and proceeded to hang up. I’ve never dealt with someone so miserable and rude. Save yourself the trouble and don’t go to these disgusting people.
I had a tire blowout in a really bad spot and was honestly stressed out about how long roadside assistance would take. A kind gentleman named Colby stopped to check on us and went above and beyond to make sure we were safe and taken care of. He helped get us to Firestone quickly and made what could have been a terrible day so much easier. People like him truly make a difference. Thank you, Colby!
Tried to steal our vehicle and sell it to their salvage yard like it wasn’t owned by the bank. Guy that answers the phone has a nice giggle like a school almost. Anyways had to call Conroe PD sad sad sad
Mr miller himself came out to recover a stuck jeep for us. 100% most courteous and knowledgeable tow truck operator I have ever dealt with. I would definitely recommend him.
I had the pleasure of meeting Charlee at the Conroe location today as well as Trisha, at the new location in Huntsville,Tx. Both ladies were polite, professional and helpful.
Everyone in this towing company are about is useless as a pork chop at a bar mitzvah dinner. My car was towed here after it was wrecked last Monday. The wreck was not my fault so insurance is covering everything but Miller towing decides to start billing me for all the storage fees. No one answers the phone I've had 4 tow trucks sent from State farm try to pick up my car but have failed to. All this towing company will do to you is collect storage fees on you and make it hard/impossible for you to get your vehicle. What's up Miller towing why weren't the tow truck drivers able to get my car? Y'all never call back or answer! I'm still waiting on a call back! What a joke company
There are plenty of other towing companies that are way better. Please choose anyone other than this one. It's sad I have to make the post. Update 09-11-24. Miller towing has responded to my post on here but has yet to call me back on the phone to try to settle things. I have the pictures of the tow truck companies trying to get my car. I do believe you are the lier Mr. Miller don't call customers out.
I've been in a wheelchair for 37 years, moved to Maryland about a year ago. My wife is in the military and we were stationed at Glen Haven Apt complex. These people stole my wheelchair, handicap only SUV, with a big RED Wheelchair sign on the back and a IN DATE place card on the rear view mirror. Basically these criminals drive around parking lots with a derective to "bring home the money".. Qoute from somebody who works there... If your car isn't locked, God help you, because your place card will disappear along with your car!! When I went to retrieve my handicap SUV from Miller Towing Co, they refused to give me any paperwork at all... which I have recorded proof!! , other then the receipt for my credit card (extortion) receipt. These people (Miller Towing) are very well known to law inforcement and thier PREDITORY behavior.

Took advantage of a carrier who had a very serious accident because they saw an opportunity. The post office already had their company enroute but the driver saw the opportunity and took it. He was very unprofessional. Now the company is price gouging because they see what they “think” is a money pit with the post office. Shameful. Avoid this company at all costs and DO NOT let them take advantage of you on the side of the highway and rush you through a pick up just to charge you $400+. TELL THEM NO!
Absolutely the worst towing and storage lot to deal with. Even though we had the keys and our vehicle would start and run they made us hire another wrecker service to remove our own vehicle from their lot. The other wrecker service told them what they were doing was illegal and all Charlie Miller the owner would do is cuss and yell and kept trying to make excuses to not release the vehicle. the office worker was the same way and would get mad that she stalled so long she had to work past 4 pm because she gave out the wrong information. The vehicle wasnt stored at the location that was put on the certified letter. Will also be filing complaints with tdlr and the county for their actions.
My truck broke down yesterday called Miller Towing and a nice gentleman by the name of Dakota came to help. Was very knowledgeable and very sweet. I would recommend this company to anyone, especially Dakota. Very sweet young man
Got my truck towed yesterday by Dakota. He went above and beyond to help me get my truck out of the back yard and to the shop. He did everything he could to not tear up my yard being that it was a muddy mess outside which is greatly appreciated. My husband and I will be using him again anytime we need a tow! Absolutely appreciated everything he did for us!
I was recently broke down on the road with a flat. It was dark and it was hard to see to change the tire. I called Miller Towing and they sent out Dakota. He went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family. Thank you for help

Was visiting family in town when the family had a wreck. Called around to a few companies to try and get someone to tow our suv with no luck. Called Miller’s and they were very friendly. Dakota was there fast and was very knowledgeable and professional. They took care of everything and had 0 issues. 10 of of 10 would recommend. Thanks Miller’s and Dakota. Called multiple other companies yesterday to help me get my car picked up. I kept getting the run around. When I called Miller towing, from the start they were awesome. Within 20 minutes they had a guy there loading my car. Amazing customer service

I was stranded at the park and ride in Conroe with a dead battery. It wasn’t just dead; it was dead dead! It was starting to get dark and i didn’t know anyone in the area who could help. I saw a nice big tow truck drive by so i flagged him down. I asked if he could help and he said yes. It took awhile but the car finally started. I tried to give him my credit card for payment and he refused. Tow drivers sometimes get a bad rap, but not this one. His name is Dakota. I don’t think he realized how much he helped me because my closest friend was over an hour away. I’d still be sitting there!!

One of the worst experiences i have had with a towing company. Don’t know who the man is that answers the dispatch phone but he doesn’t need to have a job if he doesn’t want to do his job. Answering the phone with “That’s not my problem” and telling me “someone lied to you”and then hanging up in a customers face before they can even ask a question. Lazy. I also have had to contact Conroe PD, and they let me know that this is not a new occurrence and that they continually have problems with this company. Congrats on being the laziest tow company in conroe! You didn’t even earn 1 star.
Vehicle was towed here due to an accident (not my fault not that it should matter anyways) went by tried to pick it up Friday night they were closed no big deal went back Saturday was told they were closed I can pick it up on Monday yes I was being charged for by the day and had to pay for Saturday and Sunday that I was denied access. The problem with this is I was informed that I could pick it up on Saturday (by Conroe police) as they accept vehicles 24 hours a day they are to release vehicles 24 hours a day not only is it a tdlr requirement they were in direct violation of Conroe PD rotation rules. Yes all of this was verified I actually had to get Conroe PD involved to get my vehicle released to me on SUNDAY... Whoever is answering the dispatch calls was very rude told me it was not his problem he was not going to deal with me he would deal with me on Monday and hung up on me. Keep in mind I have been nothing but respectful no hollering, cussing, rude comments or nothing of the nature! Wrecker driver who showed up to release the car was extremely nice (thank you sir) unfortunately was not who I was able to deal with during any of the multiple calls I had to make to get my car back. Oh and cash only exact change but whatever
Cash payment plus a paper copy of insurance is required here. Their card system was down and they have no way to print your insurance card for their records. After 5 and on weekends there is no one there so you must call and they will arrive within the hour by appointment only. The lady who help me was very nice.
Here is a list of what this company did wrong:
-Made us wait outside almost an hour (during business hours)
-Threw and dragged my motorcycle (you can see it on the dirt) they claimed my foot rest did not work, or that they actually used it and the bike might have fallen over (lies)
-Cussed and gave attitude over the phone since the beginning. That is when I got defensive.
-I got out of the hospital the previous day. I fell off my bike on the highway at 60 mph. Road rash all over my body, and were not even willing to help move my bike.
-“you are not allowed to bring a truck inside my lot to remove your bike from it so figure it out”, we did. Even though my shifter was gone I started messing with my bike to place it on neutral and rolled it out. They were just staring at us. They do this so you pay them even more to tow it outside, or to your house.
Overall? Awful human beings. They don’t consider someone’s situation and are not professional at all.
These people will just try to drain your money. I remember very clearly the lady was trying to charge about 50 dollars more than what the Texas TDLR limit on vehicle, storage fees, etc was. (I have proof) then when I mention it, she gets mad obviously since she was caught. We get there and saying that they charged us even less. Not a single sorry came from my mouth as there’s nothing to be sorry for this company.
Hope they go out of business.
This review is in regards to the recovery of a vehicle that got towed to Millers Storage facility on East Davis in Conroe Tx.
The Lady when we called was quite rude and also claimed she would meet us there in 30 min from that moment.. we’re still waiting outside the gate 1 hr and 15 min’ later with no one here yet
And of course no call to let us know why.
I’m actually beginning to think we may not get it tonight. It’s 11:30 pm and I’d really like to be home now.
Worst company ever! This was my friend’s experience with this company.
Me- what happened were they rude to you?
Her- “They tried be rude until Conroe PD showed up. I was helping this old military veteran man that could barely walk try to get his truck and he showed them his ID and had the keys to the truck but they wanted to see his insurance or registration which was inside the truck that was towed. They wouldn’t let him inside to get it because they needed that as proof he owned the vehicle. I finally just helped him call USAA so they could email it to them. Then I left and he called me back saying they were calling the police on him because he only had a debit card and there credit card machine was “broken” and he didn’t have cash but they wouldn’t take him to get it. (The bank is like 3 buildings down) I went back and picked him up and took him to the bank and brought him back. It was just a mess and all unnecessary!”
wonderful unlike the Montgomery county Police. Who had my care Impounded. At least my money went to y'all and not those idiots. Thank you Miller Towing for handling my car with care. Montgomery county police a big thank you for housing me over night for free. Y'all wasted tax payers money profiling vehicles.
We have a fertilizer business and have used Miller Towing many times, to tow our big rigs and our private vehicles. They are prompt, have an excellent staff, and we are very pleased with their work. Derrick even fixed our vehicle then called us to let us know that it was fixed, because he in good conscience couldn't charge us a six hundred dollar tow fee for a simple fix! They are men of integrity and that is hard to find in this day and time.
I couldn’t be more happy with the service I was provided. I was hit in a car accident and the other drivers were found at fault and given a citation but I was a female, alone and scared in the rain. The group in the other vehicle were yelling at me through the window cause So I refused to get out of mine. The police arrived, called Miller and Derrick showed up crazy fast! Then proceeded to help me in his truck, held my purse, offered me amazing advice on how to save myself money instead of most places who would have taken my money because I didn’t know the ins and outs of the accident process! I would recommend calling them FIRST! I’d give them 10 stars if I could!
Let me add: This was the truth and their was no misunderstanding. Everything was very clear. Including the lack of great customer service. No further edits will be added, this says a lot already.
My boyfriend was involved in a wreck this morning and was towed to this lot. The tow driver never mentioned any pricing to him or anything of that nature. The police officer did tell him that their was no storage fee as long as we got the truck out today.
Fast forward to arrival at the lot. We get there and call them to let them know we have arrived. We had a car hauler trailer hooked up to my truck ready to load. The driver opens the gate and lets us in and we back up to the truck. My boyfriend then proceeds to go into the office where their is a sign stating that they accept card and cash. Unaware of how much this would cost we just were going to charge it to the card. Upon finding out how much he goes to pay and was told they do not take card only cash AND they want to charge him a one day storage fee after he was told it was free for the first day.
As my boyfriend is on the phone trying to figure things out the tow driver proceeds to follow my boyfriend around while on the phone. Minor but whatever.
By the time he's off the phone, the owner we believe, is on speaker with his employee telling my boyfriend, "Either you get the truck or you don't either way I do not care but you need to figure something out because I can't have that guy just standing around". Rude and poor customer service when its his own fault for not taking card, we would've been on our way if he had.
I am beginning to get very frustrated at this point because this was not our first rodeo with towing companies and generally all are very nice people, these people just want as much money as they can suck out of you. I got fed up with them acting like this and did proceed in a stern voice to tell them it was their own fault this was taking so long and they had no signs anywhere of pricing and they could've taken card.
The owner, were assuming, then shows up and proceeds to tell us that he was given pricing on a yellow paper from the cop. He was persistent only to be proven wrong when we whipped the paper out. He had nothing to say at this point.
We finally had gotten the money and ready for this nightmare to end and then get told "Oh no you can't drive your truck onto the trailer here or change the tire, it'll be $180 for us to hook up and tow you out" THE EXIT WAS TWO FEET AWAY EXCUSE ME?!?!?
My boyfriend then drives his totaled vehicle out of the lot and loaded it at the neighboring business.
DO NOT GO HERE! THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY AND ARE VERY RUDE!
Our 40' RV broke down in Conroe TX on Sunday evening about 20 miles from our house. We called the FMCA roadside program. They contacted two other towing services who said they could tow a bus but could not. We finally asked them to call Miller Towing and got a estimate of 2 hours wait time. 115 minutes later Charlie Miller pulled up with his HUGE towing vehicle. Charlie was very professional and thorough. He was knowledgeable about RV buses and how to tow them. He answered all of my questions and even offered some advice about things he saw on the RV. He turned a real problem for us into a manageable experience. Around midnight he towed us to an RV maintenance facility about 18 miles away. Charlie, thank you for coming to our rescue. It was a pleasure meeting and talking to you.
