Very honest company. We requested a tow and he was able to show us why the car wasn’t starting. They could have just towed the car for the money if the wanted. 10 stars if possible.
Trace Womack was very helpful when coming to tow my car after a accident he came to me after talking to the police and immediately got to work, talking nicely giving me useful information, calm and collected, he was quick with getting the car off the road and answered all the questions I had in a nice manner, off of his tone he seemed approachable for any questions I had and answered them without a problem and gave me extra information about my question made me feel like I knew him for a while, that’s what I liked the most, the next day in the morning he dropped off the car at a body shop I chose just like he said he would since it happened late at night, I will definitely save his number and call him for any towing service I need he’s a very good person, highly recommend Trace Womack for any towing service!!!
Drew will be my go-to and only recommended tow service from now on! He was fast, sharp with the thinking on how to get me off the freeway, hooked it up so quick, and was very reasonably priced! Got a flat on the freeway again! This time in my car that required a flatbed. They got to me in 15 minutes or less and had me secured quickly! Very helpful love the service! Here's another 5 stars
** There was a girl who broke down right in front of me.. who knows how long she'd been there with her flashers on. Drew, we saved lives that night. I broke down in the right spot and called the right man again. I'm so happy to hear you assisted that young lady. There was no way her dad could've safely changed her tire on the hov shoulder. Trace was quick to the scene and helped my family. He worked with the fire department and drove my wife and daughter to the fire station to allow us to get all of our belongings out of the vehicle to save us a trip. Great service highly recommend

Windcrest Wreckers truly saved the day. They were our heroes for sure! Just before 10:00 p.m., my truck had randomly died on me. Everything around us was closed and no one was really around to help. I really just didn't know what to do. It's now around 10:45 pm and I remember I had Windcrest Wreckers in my phone from a prior time when they were amazing, so I wanted to make sure I tried getting them again. I called and without hesitation, he said he would be there shortly and he wasn't kidding! He came within 5 minutes! He jumped my battery and checked out my truck to make sure everything was good and that I would be able to get home safely! They were so helpful and had amazing customer service! After a long day at work I went to a gas station to fill up my car, and ended up locking my keys in my car! After calling around to other places, it seemed like no one was available, until we called Windcrest Wrecker. Within 15 minutes Trace was onsite, and just another 5 minutes until he was able to get my doors unlocked. He did a fantastic job, and was very kind, professional, and generous. I was on the side of 45 at 5 pm traffic overheating. I watched multiple tow trucks pass me up, but thank goodness for windcrest they stopped and got me to my destination safely. I will definitely use this service again!!!!!
Drew and Brendan responded to my urgent call for service very quickly. I had gotten a large piece of construction equipment stuck and needed major help. Upon arrival they were very professional and quick to assess the situation. They had me out and operational within minutes. I have since saved their number, I will be calling them for any future needs. I highly recommend!
Drew was able to get my car and bring it to my house so that it wouldn't have to sit in parking lot overnight. He was very polite and able to answer questions on phone. He didn't make me feel like it was a bother.

I was on the shoulder of 45 and one of the drivers, Chris, stopped and checked on me. I had a wrecker that was supposed to come get me but they kept delaying. I called Chris and he came back out and was able to help get me off the road. He went above and beyond and was very helpful. Highly recommend!
No only did Windcrest Wrecker show up faster than expected but charged me less than I expected. Nobody likes being stranded but my ride home was another 30 minutes longer than I was originally told. Drew wouldn’t leave me on the side of the road in the dark, he waited for my ride to show up. Thanks for everything!!!
