Omar came to my rescue when I got stuck on a cement parking brick that was crooked in the HEB parking lot. He gave me an estimated time and was spot on. He jumped out of his tow truck, quickly assessed, lifted my car and took care of the problem. He also removed the parking block away from others so no one else would get stuck and those things are HEAVY! He check my undercarriage and made sure I was good to drive. Thank you, Omar!!! My truck broke down on the way to work. I called S.O.S towing. They gave a fair estimate and arrived quickly. I couldn’t stay with the vehicle until they arrived, but I gave instructions on where to bring it and who to hand it off to (dealership). They did a great job and would use them again if the need arises.
Our car stalled on a one way road at 12:30 at night, their service truck was out there within 25 minutes and offered an amazing price for the situation. On top of teaching us a trick for when our shift gets stuck, these guys are a 10/10.
