My husband locked his keys in his car. I called around for about an hour trying to find a company that had a reasonable rate. Tommy's had the best by far and was very timely! Definitely recommend!
When they towed my truck here the driver didn't leave me his card. I had to find out where my truck was being towed to through the police report. People that I dealt with at their shop are very courteous. Overall I like the service they had provided.

I don’t think I’ve ever had a decent experience with a impound lot, But this place was quick fast and nice and also not as expensive as I’ve seen in the past with other lots.

Picked up my SUV that was towed and noticed that the headlights were left on and now the light bulbs are out! Couldn't go into work because I get off when it is dark. So I had to go and purchase new bulbs. Already spent almost $300 to get my car out of town and then had to spend $45 more on headlights. When I called to mention what had happened Sean got smart with me and said we take pictures and your headlights were not shinning and your break lighta were low. We don't fix your car we just tow it. I said I understood just wanted them to be aware to not leave lights on because they were working and also the break lights either work or don't work lol

Our truck was in their shop for over two months for a simple fix after they had said it would only be two weeks. Once we finally got out not even 10 days later out transmission went out which on their invoice had said that they had took out our transmission fluid and put new transmission fluid in, so when it went out we checked the fluid and it was bone dry they never put it back in our truck now that we have called them and confronted them about it they just say we don't care take us to court about it. I wouldn't use this shop they will just make it worse this shop is worthless and needs to be put out of business!!!
I broke down 5 miles from my house with my son so I called a few different tow services and the first 2 quoted me outrageous prices and 1 of them was going to take 2 hours to get to me and being that I’m a single mom I had to consider price/time so Tommy’s Wrecker Service was my 3rd and last call I had to make cause Chris gave me the best price and it only took him 20min to get to me :) Hopefully I won’t need anymore towing services anytime soon but if I do, Tommy’s will be my go to company.
The best service I have ever received. Tommys staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely use this company again. I also had to use there wrecker service and the response was time was awesome. This is definitely the company to use highly recommended.
Worst bodyshop in conroe. Never would I ever recommend anyone to use them. The owner is a racist and he tries to solve his problems with violence. The receptionist is snarky and no one seems to have a clue that this is the 21st century and not the wild west. I would rate this 0 stars if that were an option.
Can only speak of my own experience. My son broke down on a bad part of I-45. Tommy's wrecker happened to be cruising by & towed the car, my son & his friends to a mall; parking lot just to get them off off the highway. He ran a quick diagnostic & felt the car & in conversation w/me needed to go to the closest Chevy dealer. Since we are AAA members I asked if he was a AAA provider & said he was not. He understood if I wanted to wait for AAA. I decided to let Tommy's wrecker tow the car (and my son & his friends ) to the Chevy dealer in Conroe, Tx. The wrecker driver then drove my son & his friends to a local pizza place to wait for my wife to drive from Houston to pick them up. I was stuck @ work. I am incredibly grateful to Tommy's wrecker driver who went above & beyond to help my son & his buddies.
I CALLED AND ASKED FOR PRICE AND AVAILABILITY FOR A WRECKER TO PICK UP AT MY HOME AND TRANSPORT IT TO A BMW AUTO REPAIR LOCATION.. AFTER A HOUR AND A HALF, I GAVE UP AND WENT TO WORK. THE CAR WAS MY WIFE'S "GO TO LUNCH WITH THE GIRLS, TOP DOWN, LET YOUR HAIR BLOW IN THE BREEZE SPORTY CAR, AND NOT A MAIN MEANS OF TRANSPORTATION CAR. BUT STILL, A PHONE CALL TO SAY, WE'RE RUNNING LATE, WE HAD TROUBLE AND CAN'T TOW YOUR CAR TODAY OR WE JUST DON'T CARE, WOULD HAVE BEEN GOOD AND WOULD HAVE SHOWED THEY WERE RUNNING A BUSINESS WITH SOME CONCERN OF OTHER PEOPLE'S TIME. THEY WILL BE TAKEN OFF MY CHRISTMAS CARD LIST THIS YEAR. i CALLED BACK AFTER A COUPLE HOURS AND WAS ADVISED THEY THOUGHT SOMEONE WAS ON THE WAY.. AFTER A FEW MINUTES, AFTER I HUNG UP WITH TOMMY'S WRECKER SERVICE, I RECEIVED THE FIRST PHONE CALL "FROM" TOMMY'S WRECKER SERVICE ASKING IF I NEEDED A WRECKER. JUST GLAD IT WASN'T MY ONLY MEANS OF TRANSPORT.
So so grateful for this company for coming out in the middle of the night after calling several other wrecker services in the area! 10/10 thank you so much!

Tommys is terrible it took 5 weeks to replace two doors and a fender not to mention the gentleman working the phone has a fowl language problem after I told him to stop cussing he continued
