Had a great experience with this company! Mr. Brian was absolutely great he was super nice and understanding definitely would recommend them to anyone in the area also I’m not from there and he was so nice about getting my vehicle where it needed to go!
Joe was able to do a job for me and a first for him. We had a Gas Compressor that needed to be lifted off a trailer and mounted on stand. Joe was able to help us out with this job. This was also a last minute job that he took the time to come do for me at 5:30pm.
Very pleased with the service. I was told an hour and Joe was there in 45 mins. Loaded me up quickly and very respectful as well. I'll use them again and recommend this company as well.
After being canceled on twice Brian was my life saver! He came in less than the estimated time, I was stuck inside my jobs parking lot and he was able to still get me out. He was very polite and professional, he reassured me he would take good care of me and he sure did! He handled my car with care putting it up and taking it down. He even recommended me to a good shop close by. Will definitely call again if I’m in need of more service.

Knocked a hole in the block jumping a curb (accidentally) so car was eventually totaled. Driver arrived in good time, got the car up and whisked it away. Great service at a very difficult time for us.

These people illegally towed my vehicle when I was shopping in H-E-B. Whenever I called the people for the tow service because it either got towed or was stolen. The lady on the phone told me that they had video of me not going in the store, somehow whenever I was in the store shopping. I will definitely be taking legal action against this company. They should be ashamed of their selves, taking advantage of the community. Once again, my car was legally parked.
Richard was so amazing. He’s not your typical wrecker driver he went above and beyond to help me out when I was in a hard situation. He was very fair with his pricing as well.
South County’s driver, Brian, helped me out of a situation that was not only embarrassing for me, but could have ended up costing me a bit of money had he not been there. My car stalled on 99 at Rayford during evening rush hour. My radiator hose had popped off while I was waiting at the light, less than a mile from my home. I was waiting on AAA and a Constables officer stopped to see what was going on. He very rudely told me if AAA wasn’t going to be there within 9 minutes he was going to allow one of the wrecker drivers waiting nearby tow me instead. My driver was 10 minutes out and the officer would not allow me to wait. Brian offered to tow my vehicle into the parking lot next door so I could wait on AAA instead of allowing the officer to have someone else tow me home. On top of that, he waited for AAA to get there before he left. I didn’t know at the time, but my husband, who had stayed home that day, was in the middle of a diabetic emergency and we ended up spending the next several hours in the ER. Brian saved us money, which definitely made things easier on our family that evening. I will recommend this service to anyone who asks.
My car broke down at 8:30 and they were super quick to respond. We were towing to the dealership but they were closed and they held overnight without storage fees and it’s was a cost friendly tow service. They were also very professional. Would use again if I needed a tow.
I wish I could leave a no star review. We’ve lived in this area for over 15 years and have never had our car towed. We’ve been to multiple concerts at the Pavilion and last Saturday this company targeted concert goers. We did not park in areas with any signs that stated we couldn’t park and we frequent market street. We parked legally yet we were towed illegally because by law there should be signs posted and we did not receive notice of the tow or an opportunity to retrieve my vehicle before it was removed because we were inside the concert. They slapped a sticker on our car of which we saw when they drove the car out of the tow yard. Onstar called us and we told where to find our car. We parked where a parking attendant was and he didn’t say there was no parking. There were no signs about no parking or no concert parking, no cones, and the sad part is they placed a daily fee on top of the towing fee and the cars were on there for an hour or so during the concert. We were all targeted and I’ll make sure to make a complaint to the BBB as well. I am requesting a full refund of all fees paid and compensation for additional expenses resulting from this tow which was our Uber to the tow yard. If we parked illegally I wouldn’t make a complaint, but I know for sure many of us who were towed parked legally.
It was a pleasure to do business with Richard earlier today, he came in about 20 minutes and gave me the cheapest quote I've found for a quick tow, quickest and cheapest service, and very professionally handled, car was delivered expertly and with no anxiety or discomfort. He even gave me a ride to the destination. 10/10 would recommend.
I got stuck in a parking garage and was unable to shift my car into neutral. I didn’t realize how much of a problem this would become when trying to get your car towed! We got ahold of Brian from South County Wrecker service and was immediately like “Yeah, it’s no problem. Don’t worry, I can take care of it. I’ll be right there!” I was having a really tough day, so the warmth he provided and ease of helping me was really meaningful! He figured out how to get my car out of the spot even though the shifting was electronic AND he got my car to the dealer safely without any problems!!!!

Brian saved our day! After another towing company canceled a service we scheduled with them on the last minute. We call this company and they showed up in just a couple minutes. Brian came to the rescue and before towing our car offered to check it first and solved the problem and make our car work again! I had to get my Volkswagen towed and Troy was amazing! He was quick and efficient and incredibly nice! Would definitely recommend working with them and Troy.
Brian came to my rescue, as no one else in the area could tow my suv from inside a parking garage. He was on the scene in minutes, was polite and knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. He towed my suv to the dealership and made sure it was in the correct spot and checked in with a tech. All of this during a thunderstorm, beyond a 5 star rating in my book.
