Troy was a life-saver. Got to me really fast which was great in 95-degree weather and air-conditioning out on my vehicle. Sat in his nice cool truck while he hooked up and got me home. Very reasonable- half what the competition quoted. Thanks for the great service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
Had a tire fall off from a bad ball joint. They were there super fast and had me loaded and out the way and home in what seemed like the blink of an eye. Great guy and service , would definitely use again , thank you!!
Wasn’t towed by this place but saw them driving and they’re driving like idiots- making a sudden turn in front of us into the middle lane, no blinker, taking half of another lane like they were going to move over to the right then veering back into their original lane they should’ve stayed in anyway. Not towing anything so can’t even blame it on that.
-Edit, no road hazards in the way, we could see that clearly before the pulled out in front of us, and yes the driving does reflect a business whose entire premise revolves around driving to and from places picking up vehicles which might get damaged from reckless driving. Also attacking an account name is really funny like that devalues the criticism at all.
I had a flat tire on I45 south this morning. I waited 2 hours for road side assistant but they never came. Then I call SOUTH WRECKER SERVICE. Them came in 10 minutes. Thank you TROY for helping your an angel!!!!

Another victim of this dump. Poor towing practices. If you have the displeasure of dealing with this company, I feel for you. They have unethical contracts with apartment complex to pray on its residents. Do rounds in the middle of the night without request and tow residents cars.
Management is horrible and whoever is at the front desk has no manners or education to deal with the public.

John was amazing! He helped make a stressful situation go flawlessly. I had to call and have my car towed last week and john kept me up to date on everything. I was able to leave my car with the keys inside so I could get home and clock into work. He called to let me know he had picked up my car and then called again as he was dropping it off at the dealership. Hands down the best experience I've ever had with a wrecker service! Billy towed my granddaughter’s car from her apartment complex and put a hole in the side of her oil pan!!!! You can’t talk to anyone it’s all through email and they don’t respond so I guess I will have to take further action
The blonde middle-aged lady behind the window made light of my seven year battle for sobriety by telling me that everything will be better after I have a few margaritas. I made mention to her that I've been sober for seven years, I do not touch alcohol, and would appreciate it if she stopped. She proceeded to not do that by continuing to comment about consuming alcohol, going so far as to say "it's marg o'clock somewhere", and "I was sober...for five minutes" and then laughed in the faces of my wife and I.
What was supposed to be an easy and simple process of getting my car back turned into one of the worst interactions I've ever had the displeasure of experiencing. She was rude, flippant, apathetic, and completely unprofessional. Shameful.
My car was towed from an apartment complex. They are changing $349 if you pay cash and charge a higher fee if you pay credit card. The rude lady that answered the phone said they would have someone there within a hour. She was late because a wreck happened in front of her, I guess she couldn’t drive around it? I have never experienced such a rude company that over charges and lies like this one. After everything that has happened I didn’t get the car because the notary didn’t have something write. Just another way to make more money on storage fees.
John did a great job. My moving company delivered my classic car in a container which was 5 feet off the ground! Who does that? John figured out how to get it out onto his flatbed. Then the brakes didn’t work and he helped me quickly find a shop to fix it. All in time for me to catch a flight to my daughter’s wedding.
I had to pick up my car there today, and the woman I spoke with on the phone earlier failed to let me know that it wasn’t a place with staff on site during business hours, and we’d have to call ahead and give them an hour notice to avoid standing in the heat waiting. I could’ve easily given an hour notice as I had called them to ask about the fee about 2 hours before I arrived. At least put a fan out there if y’all aren’t gonna notify people about that detail of your business. I was told to have my ID and insurance cards emailed to them yet they failed to tell me to call in advance. I’m not even mad about my car being towed, obviously, but I as well as any other person, don’t have the free time to wait an hour in this weather on someone to arrive to give me my car back. Medical conditions and Texas heat don’t mix very well, I’d love to have just been aware of that fact so I could’ve avoided this problem. It was an easy transaction otherwise.
This place is so rude. I received a call from my mother that her car was towed from her apartment complex because she was in a handicap parking. My mother has a handicap sticker. They would not do anything about it and still made her pay. I offered to pay for it and they refused to take a card over the phone and said I needed to be present. I live out of town so there was no way for me to be there.
The woman in the office is probably one of the most unprofessional, rude, and worst customer service people I have ever met.
I understand that it must not be easy to work in a company that towed cars, because people can arrive with an unfriendly attitude, but that was not our case and still, she started shouting, without letting us speak, and closed the window while we asked her information about our car.
She realized they made a mistake taking our car, and instead of fixing it, she just made it worse.
The worst ever! I guess there warning is a sign at their location. We just moved here to the woodlands and this company towed my car when there were no spots available handicapped and all. Then they charge all these fees like the 50 mail out fee? Seriously I can’t keep it there for mor then a day you guys charge too much! Oh and here’s the kicker there hours so got towed at 5:08 am and she told me if I hit the 24 hour mark it would be 349 plus the 50 mail out charge and an extra 22.39 and I was planing on picking it up to avoid the extra charges but you can’t because they are closed from 12am(really 10:45pm you know who you are)- 8am so I had to pay anyway. Like after a hurricane nobody has extra money to hand out especially damn nearly 395.51.
Joe and Quik tow are good people just like the rest of us strive to be! Not that getting towed would ever be a good experience but after talking to them about how the laws work and what they legally can and can’t do… laws are laws and everyone needs to follow the rules. If you ever need a literally QUICK tow call them they are the best and are the most ethical towing company I have ever encountered. :))
This place is trash we have been waiting for over 2 hrs and there’s no one here at the location. It shows is open 24hrs but when you get here there’s no one on site , I spoke to a lady on the phone letting her know I was on my way she said she was sending a dispatcher. I called the phone number multiple times and there’s no answer the city needs to come and inspect this place because all they doing is robbing people’s time just to get in their pockets in time of need .pure greed is shameful .
Scott came out with Gary and they were perfect gentlemen. Got my car loaded and delivered in record timing. Both had perfect customer service. Will definitely call them again!
Unscrupulous business with horrible business practices. I’m the aftermath of Hurricane Beryl when many people were without power. They towed my family members car as they were staying in my home. When we called about getting the car back they stated that were without power as well and could only take cash payments. ( how are you towing without a way to get your payment? ). Contacted the company, and they lied about what time the car was picked up. Staff at the office were heartless, and would not listen to reason. Charged over $300 for for taking my car for less than 2 hours.
