Reliable fast rescues when you need 'em! This wrecker group is transparent and helpful. I have had opportunities on more than one occasion to use them and they always improve the situation. I definitely recommend!
Guy that towed my vehicle smelled of Marihuana and had a teenager in the truck with him. Don’t give you much information and they give you two different prices to pay. Unprofessional
The older man working here was very disrespectful. I had a near fatal accident and totaled my car, and the dude just wouldn't let me in and had such a bad attitude. I had to call my father to deal with him, and he finally let HIM in, but cussed me out and told me to never come back. Don't worry. I never planned on it. Thanks for forcing my dad to go in and retrieve my items from my destroyed car. My mom told me he was crying the whole time because he had to see how bad the wreck had been and was reminded again of how his daughter could have been killed. My dad is a tough guy, I never see him cry. Thanks for adding on to the stress my veteran father already has on his plate. I don't know the mans name, but I should have asked before he started swearing and yelling at me so I could personally call him out on here. I've been to tow yards before to help get a friend's car, he didnt even have his wallet, and they were sympathetic enough to let us in and get the car and then pay them.

The worst experience I've ever had I had three children in my car and my car was towed into this lot with my house keys inside the vehicle initially calling I was told they would not dispatch anyone out to get my property. I made arrangements to get my car out since he would not allow me to get my property out of the vehicle. Arrange for my vehicle to be towed by AAA the tow truck waited for him to get there he took 20 minutes and the tow truck had to leave not even a minute after the tow truck leaving he pulled up. He made every effort he could to try to keep my vehicle longer days I don't understand how this place is still in business with this customer service
I've used them twice now, once for a dead battery, and once to tow my car to my mechanic. Both times the prices were excellent. They were on time and super helpful. Highly recommend!
A accident happened at the gates of my apartments. I stepped outside and called a family member on MY PHONE, talking about the accident that had destroyed the gate and the accident when one of the employees that were driving the tow truck got out of the truck charging me yelling saying," do not record this! She continued yelling"I said don't record this!" It frightened me. I quickly told her I was on my phone talking about the accident. I asked her why would she come demanding me not to record? She then turned around and walk away towards the truck and said " do not record anything!" I told her I live in the apartments and had every right to take pictures and if I decided to record I could, I was on my phone.
In return she said " yea, and this is a public apartment!" I told her "she didn't make any sense."
I kept talking and ignored her thereafter. Shortly after I saw the cops giving a Sobriety test to a woman. That was in the accident and she didn't pass.
She kept telling me not to record the incident
I was on my phone talking about the accident.she seemed very rude and Confrontational!
I really dislike writing bad things about a company but the was indeed the extreme and I felt it wasn't necessary for her to be extremely rude

We had a 81’ Delorean that needed towed several time and The Woodlands Wrecker Service over delivered every time. Whether it was Wyatt or JJ they took great car of my car. I would recommend this company to anyone.
The wrecker driver who was coming to pick up my car was extremely rude and condescending. I refused to use him. I have never encountered such a thing in a service oriented business. I would not recommend and would give zero stars if that was allowed.
Called these guys for a lockout service. To open my door. He got here in less than 10 minutes and had my door open in 1 minute! Other places wanted 80 to 100 dollars he beat their prices by almost $20
Watch out this people do not trust them get your car out his place asap DO NOT TRUST what they tell you. I ask how much per night they toll me $21
I came back the next day and they charge me ove a $100 per night

My truck battery died tonight in Conroe. I saw a Woodlands Wrecker sitting in the parking lot. My daughter tried to jump it with her car but it was not strong enough to jump my truck. I saw a Woodlands Wrecker sitting in the parking lot. I walked over and asked the gentlemen man for a jump and his response was "I have 80k in police scanners in my truck. I don't jump vehicles" and drove off. Unprofessional and rude.
Guys up there want to follow the “state law” but by law are supposed to release vehicles 24/7 and don’t because they’re probably lazy. Only use the law to their advantage the hypocrisy. There should be a 0 star rating lol
They don’t close at 5. They are ON CALL. YOU CAN PICK UP YOUR VEHICLE 24/7 but they do not disclose this information and will charge you $50 if the vehicle is there over 24 hours.
The experience I had with these people is disgusting. Will never recommend. I worked in customer service. But those people they don't know the meaning of the word being professional. On main in Conroe, TX. They don't deserve any stars.
They are very nice and honest and have very clean trucks and call you back in a timely manner would very much recommend them to anyone who needs a tow truck
My 78 year old Dad called them to come tow his car to a shop.He waited all day and they-kept saying they were on the way .They never showed up and around 5 that evening they told him they would be there first thing in the morning around 8 …They never showed up and wouldn’t answer the phone or return his calls…
