Thay had the part that I needed in stock instead of having to wait for next day delivery. Everyone else had next day. By default, I went here. Price was comparable, but slightly more expensive.

Frank was extremely helpful and went above and beyond by installing my wiper blades for me. He was friendly, professional, and made the whole experience quick and easy. Great customer service—I really appreciated the extra help!

Shocked to see positive reviews from this place. Was treated the worst. Employee was free then a phone call came in which then took priority over me. Once I asked for the item and showed him what I wanted he scoffed at me. I was happy to give my $500 to auto zone down the street when they treated me with respect

Went in to get a 2009 Ford Escape Rear Hatch actuator and was told they didn't have one in stock. I could wait 5-6 hrs while they got one from Dallas or go to another location. While in there I heard them tell this to several other customers. CHECK BEFORE YOU GO!

Great place to buy anything for your vehicle and they even make up hoses. They are always very polite and very informative and they will always go out of their way, to get you the right parts you need and if you need help installing anything, they always seem very helpful. I highly recommend them

I sincerely appreciate the gentleman that helped me get and change my brake light bulb. However, I didn't appreciate the man that walked by me and said "hi blue. " to which when I replied "hi" he commented to his colleague "if only she knew" Great customer service

I don't usually shop at auto parts stores to often, but I needed a battery for my Nissan Pathfinder and stopped in. I asked about the free install and they lady told me, "we can't install your battery because it is a very difficult install." I asked her what's difficult about it and she said because of the "auto start/stop" feature. I told her my car doesn't even have auto start/stop and that reason doesn't even make sense. She then told me that because the car has "push button" start, they can't install the battery. It was clear to me at this point that the lady was going to come up with any excuse she could to keep from installing the battery. It would have been much easier for her (or someone else) to do it so I would not waste the 20 minutes drive home just to change it myself and come another 20 minutes back to exchange the core. And guess what? I've included pictures of me changing the battery and the times. It took me 15 minutes to get my tools and exchange the battery. Nothing "difficult" about the job at all and no special skills needed. You can be sure that if I do need to go back to an auto parts store, it will not be an O'Reillys ever again. ******UPDATE 07-31-2024:****** O'Reillys responded saying they would like to address this "training" issue. This is not a "training" issue, this is a discipline issue. How do you train somebody not to lie to their customers and not to be lazy? That has nothing to do with training. That's a character trait. That's not something the company can train you on. That's a discipline issue. Responding to me by blanketing the problem with a "training" issue is all the more reason I will not go back to O'Reilly's.

My friend and I came up to O’Reillys tonight shortly before they closed because my car wouldn’t start and I wanted to get my battery tested to figure out the issue. We originally went to AutoZone and were immediately greeted with an attitude and were told to go “bat our pretty eyelashes” at the people at O’Reillys because it was a battery purchased at their store (which I didn’t even know). When we walked in, we were super kindly greeted by Chris. She was so extremely nice and helpful. I had no idea what to even do or ask because I don’t know a thing about cars. She had one of her associates Drew attempt to test my battery while she looked up my warranty. Drew was super quick about testing it and attempting to figure out what was wrong. We came to the conclusion that I needed a new battery so Chris took care of the warranty for me and got me a brand new one, all in less than 10 minutes. I will now only come to O’Reillys because of the amazing customer service I received from both Chris and Drew And to top it off, drew even helped me carry my new battery out to my car. Thank you guys for being so helpful especially so close to closing time

If you want any information from them you better talk to them like they are a 6 yr old child . Called and asked if they can resurface my rotors they said yes, I asked how much, they said $30 a rotor, I asked how long it would take, they said, depending on the size about an hour to two hours. Ok I’m on my way , they said we’ll see you when you get here . I drive all the way over there walk inside with my rotors and they tell me they can’t do it today because the guy is not here!!!!??? That would’ve been some helpful information over the phone before I drove all the way over there. won’t be coming back to this location. I’m also going to be calling corporate and making a formal complaint . Took two hours out of my day because you had to wait until I got to the store to tell me your cant resurface my rotors today because the guy is not here .

Dropped off a battery asked if I need a ticket or paperwork employee said no, its not needed. I returned to get my battery, they could not find it. Spoke to the Manager who basically accused me of trying to run a fast one. I repeated I have not asked you for anything but my battery, no replacement or refund. That was very rude of the Manager, he also stated ppl come in claiming this all the time. Well that sounds like maybe they are losing multiple batteries with no accountability to me. He is very short tempered and his customer service sucks. He said on multiple occasions he will speak to the employee and promised a call back. Callback was never received. We asked that he check the cameras, he claims there are no cameras???If there is no resolution by today, I will be reporting this to Corporate because we should never be treated that way.

I ran by this location after work. My car was showing signs of my battery dying, so I figured stop and get it checked. My car died right when I got there. They did not have my battery in stock but Gary checked another location, and had one of his guys run to get it for me, and they installed it right when he got back. Great customer service, and very friendly. I really appreciate service like this in times of need.

Being a single woman my car is the only transportation I couldn’t sleep because something had drained my battery 2 nights before I finally got a jump googled my problem got up early Sunday morning and went to Oreillys and was greeted by a new employee Lisa and the store Manager Gary I’m so grateful that he was there I explained my situation he was more than happy to take a look and find the problem showed my how to do the replacement without making me feel like a dumb woman. Lisa was very helpful assisting me with the parts. These 2 are a good team thank you so much OReillys for hiring great people

This location seems to be getting a lot of 5 start reviews lately, and I'm going to add another. I had a great experience with Ed. It all started with a snafu regarding some parts I had ordered to be delivered to the store. I called up last week to check their status and spoke to Ed. He realized that the order was messed up (long story). The problem wasn't Ed's fault, but he took ownership of the problem immediately and made sure it was made right. At one point he told me he'd have to call me back in 10 minutes so that he could look into something. I thought that was going to be the last time I heard from him, but *surprise* he actually called me back like he said! I had to come into the store to get the refund (their system needed my physical credit card), and it was going to be a few days before I could come in. Lo and behold, the day we agreed I was to come in, I had a phone call to remind me, and Ed was expecting me when I walked in later. I hope O'Reilly recognizes Ed for having outstanding customer service! He's the kind of employee that really makes folks want to come back to their store!

I ordered a jug of oil online that was listed as in-stock and ready for pick up in 1 hour. 3 hours later, no call or email, so I dropped by the store to see if it was ready. Their system said they have one but they did not and would need to order it, but I could still get it the same day. No big deal... things happen. 3 days later, still no call. So I follow up, and it was never ordered, and they still don't have it, and no promise to get it today after calling at 10AM. No offer for any sort of discount, or at LEAST a promise to make it a priority for today.... Just "well... someone dropped the ball, sorry". How is an online order that is supposed to be fulfilled within one hour just sitting in your queue for 3 days??? I don't have time to call twice a day over what should be the easiest thing to buy here.

Super friendly staff ideal primarily with Nick and Jeffrey I've known Jeffrey for years as I have an auto repair shop in the area. Sometimes the lines at the retail counter can get quite busy but they move as quickly as they can and take their time with each customer to make sure they have what they need which is fair enough

Went in for a check engine light. Left with a new battery at no cost. Man behind the counter came out and took the old one and put the new battery in. Warranty was purchased. In 2018. I honestly argued saying that I bought the battery from another store. He took the time to research and see if there was a warranty bought with the battery at the battery was indeed bought at the O'Reilly store very very nice very very helpful and ready to take that extra minute just in case you might have forgotten a warranty purchase made a hundred years ago.

This location and team are amazing!!! Huge shoutout to Valentin the manager , Stan and the other gentleman who was working. All three of you helped me and went out of your way to make sure I got exactly I needed. Thank you so much. Highly recommend over Autozone. It won’t let me write a new review so I’m adding to this one, once again I was blown away by the service of Valentin. He is the general manager and when I say he goes out of his way to help you, I mean it. He is absolutely amazing! :)

Stan Bennett was very nice n very helpful with the extras I needed! Check fluids n change my windshield wipers in the 100 degree heat that’s what it felt like !!!! Change my battery I was shocked that he done it! Cause in my area the associate didn’t offer! So this location is going to be my neighborhood stop for anything I need ! I will definitely request for Stan Bennett! It’s nice to see people still nice during this pandemic time !!!! Keep up the good work!!!! Being a female Clerks usually railroad you but here tell you what you exactly need n get it done n give assistance!!!! I’m very pleased!!!! Keep up the good work!!!!!!!
