My experience at Lipscomb GMC, Buick, Chevy has been great since day one. I was traveling from Oklahoma and thought to stop by and spoke with the most wonderful salesperson Miriam R. I got info on some cars I was interested in and stay in contact with Miriam. I convinced my partner to proceed with this dealership since Miriam provided great service and was very trustworthy in my eyes. I reached back out to her and helped us a get a new SUV (2025 Buick Encore GXZ Preferred), it was brand-spanking new, and it accommodated the needs for me and my partner. I'd also like to give a shoutout Ken, Darrel, and Sonny R for their great service.

Dylan was amazing to work with. I have purchased a number of vehicles in my life and I would say that this has been my best and smoothest experience I’ve had. No pressure from him and was very responsive when I had questions. Sonny even called me to go over the finance options and was very informative and helped me make a decision on which direction I should go. When I buy another vehicle, I will be calling Dylan.
Fantastic purchasing experience. Friendly, down-to-earth people. They won’t negotiate with you much on price but I feel like it is still a fair value. Stress and pressure free.
My 78-year-old next-door neighbor is a Vietnam Veteran and longtime customer of Lipscomb. He has purchased several vehicles from Lipscomb. Recently he went into this dealership to inquire about trading in his GMC SUV and purchasing a new Chevy truck. The dealership, as I understood it, had always been fair-dealing with him and his wife and had even offered small benefits such as minor rebates as a "Thank You" for his service.
Well, Lipscomb told him when he last went in that, not only would they not offer any kind of military appreciation benefit, but they would not accept his Lipscomb-purchased SUV in fair condition as part of a trade. So, he ended up going to Kory Hooks Ford where they honored his service and took his SUV.
It will be a cold day in Hell before I ever give Lipscomb my business or recommend them to friends or family, and I will make sure everyone in this county knows what they did to this precious family.
Fantastic experience buying a truck here. With all the games played by the DFW area dealers, it was worth the drive to simply buy a truck at Lipscomb. They had the truck I was interested in ready to go when I arrived. They got right to work on getting the deal done despite me arriving a little close to closing time on a Saturday. They knew I drove 2 hours to get there and they were very respectful of that. Miriam was great, and took her time getting us all set up with all the web enabled stuff that goes along with a new car these days. Highly recommended, no games, straight deal, fair prices, staff is great! Go see em!
It was a great sales experience. Jason and Sonny did an excellent job in finding the right vehicle for me and answering all my questions quickly. When the vehicle delivered, they had everything ready to go. Whole buying process through finance was less than an hour. Will buy from Lipscomb again.
Dylan was very professional. Answered all my questions and was low pressure. I had a an offer on my trade in and did a test drive in under an hour. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is due to the lack of inventory of used trucks.

This dealership is about an hour away from my home. I was set on buying a 2022 Buick Encore GX Select and inventory was low in the DFW area. I found exactly what I wanted there via an ad I found on AutoTrader on 2/14/2022. I called and was connected with Dave. Once I arrived, my entire experience with Dave was excellent. I didn't get exactly what I wanted with my trade-in, but with the poor experience I received at the previous two dealerships prior to Lipscomb, it didn't matter. I was sold on Dave's customer service alone. He didn't have to 'sell' anything and didn't treat me like the dealership was doing me a favor like the previous place I went to. I've never owned a Buick in my entire adult life. Between Dave's customer service and all of the upgraded options I have in my Encore GX in the below $28,000 price point; I can see myself as a long term customer from here on out. Thanks Dave!

Went to see what kind of trade in deal I could get on my 2014 Sierra, ended up leaving with a 2019 Sierra slt. If you go, ask for Randy Harris. He asked what I was looking for and exceeded my expectation. I got a good deal on my trade in and the new truck. Randy was very informative, friendly and answered every question I had.
