The absolute best! Hands down, the service was great. We had broken down and needed to get our van to a shop. Showed up and gave our van a look to determine what might have gone wrong with it. If it only needed a jump, he was good for that too. I would have paid handsomely for even going that extra mile. On the way to the shop, conversation was good and put our tension at ease because we were in good hands.
I highly recommend the service and keeping the number handy should I ever need his services again. Thank you for helping out.

Horrible service, Not professional at all. I have a new 2021 Veloster n and had a blow out on my tire. These people were sent out to tow my car thinking that they will do a great job. they didn't drop the bed all the way. Also they decided to drive the vehicle fast up the ramp crushing my bumper pinning my car and spinning my wheels. All they said was "it happens". then put in reverse then fixed the bed and now they don't want to take ownership for there mistake... I'm upset and this shows how bad of a company it is. No explanation on what they were going to do no policy given to me. They never took pictures of my vehicle or nothing and now I'm stuck with a damaged car.
I had a unique situation where I am in Dallas and the vehicle was with Lonestar Towing in Natalia and I needed to get pictures of the vehicle damage. I called the location and Alec answered and was extremely pleasant and helpful. He knew the exact car I was calling about and before I could say anything else he asked how the occupants were as he knew they were injured. Extremely thoughtful! I asked if I could send someone over to take photos and he offered to take them and send to me but was on a run and would not be until later in the day or tomorrow (not an issue for me). Less than 10 min later I had the pictures as he had his sister take them for me. I am extremely impressed by not only Alec's willingness to help me, and doing so extremely quickly but also by his compassion in making sure everyone was OK.
I called in a panic, crying & overloaded emotional wreck. Alec was calm was able to get my location and showed up when he said he would! He is an absolute Rockstar! Not only did he get us out of the mud but stayed to make sure we got out of the area safely.
