This was my first time going to Jesse Britt’s they were super nice everyone there was nice, and they aligned my truck pretty quickly compared to most other shops. I really appreciate the work quality.
I have been taking my vehicle for an alignment to Jesse Britts Automotive for years. They are the best and cheapest in town. I recommend everyone to take your vehicle to them. It is a first come first serve basis so get there super early! Oh yea, on the back of your H‑E‑B receipt there is a discount for Jesse Britts Automotive.
I came across them at the last minute. They are a remarkable team and the staff is extremely cordial. They promptly accommodated me and examined my vehicle. The pricing is also quite competitive, so there is no hidden charges upfront. What you see is what you get.
Place is amazing really great customer service. Told me straight up what problems I was having and what total payment was . Would definitely go check them out if your having issues with your car or truck. Will get you in and out same day
i came in for an oil change and was greeted by chris, who quickly got me all checked in. it wasn’t too long of a wait, i was then shown to my vehicle by the mechanic antonio. antonio was very kind and gave me some suggestions on other parts of the vehicle that could use some TLC!
Heard the advertisement on the radio and had to come see for my self very friendly and gave me the run down without out the sugar coating lies can’t believe it took me so long to come here from a person that haven’t been in Waco long thank God they are here this going to be my long time family 10/100 I would recommend to family and friends
Took my car in on 9/24/25 to get looked at got charged $1,984. They told me someone test drove my car twice before picking up and after I paid and got ready to drive off my car stopped and wouldn’t move I wasn’t even 1 mile away from the building. I spoke with Chris and he kept talking over me! He told me I would have to wait til Monday to speak with the manager. They took my money and my car is not fixed!!!!!!
I’ve been here many times and have had SUPERIOR service at a very fair, even amazing, price. Today, just an oil change at the most readable place in town. Look at my other reviews here for Jesse, as there is one where they stood by their complete integrity and saved me well over $300. I’m a customer for life.
They will rip you off. Went here at a friend's recommending for an ac compressor. I ended up paying 1800 for the compressor and two lines they said we're leaking. When I got my car back it wasn't blowing cold. I took it back they told me it's because it was a big car and that the pressures were exactly where they needed to be. I took it back a third time saying it wasn't working. They then told me all the freon leaked out and that I would need to spend 2500 to get it to work. 1300 on parts 1200 on labor. I ended up buying all the parts myself for less than 400 and got the job done for 500 in labor. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
We drive an hour to get our vehicles serviced at Jesse Britt's. They do great, honest work. They do their best to service everyone with respect and timely. Highly recommend!

This shop is amazing. Honest hard working people. Service is quick and staff is friendly. Best place to go for a alignment especially on trucks with lift kits.
Shout out to these guys for quick service! I dropped my car off for a number of things, and expected it to take a week or more to get everything done. These guys called me back a couple hours later with the answers I needed and a quote for the work. Told me it would be a couple days to get everything done, and then called back the same day to let me know that it was done.
Awesome service, fair prices, and good people!

I went in because my engine light came on. They found out exactly what the problem was. Mike ordered the part he called me the day to inform it was in and asked if I could bring it in . Mike had it ready before lunch. Mike was so Awesome!! He did everything that he said he would with no surprises. I appreciate the honesty and the professional service that I got. I will continue to be customer.

I took my 2009 Honda CRV into for repair and dealt Thomas. Not only was he helpful, he was extremely knowledgeable about Honda vehicles. He walked me through the process and quoted me a fair and reasonable price for work to be done. My car was completed very quickly and I was very satisfied. Two days later, they followed up with me to see if everything was still working fine. I will definitely go back to this place in the future. The staff was professional and courteous and I would definitely recommend!
Great experience overall. Everyone was very friendly and professional. They didn't try to upsell any other services and seemed very honest. They provided shuttle service so I could drop off my car and still make it to work and my car was done by lunchtime. I will be coming back when my car needs service again.
We went to check out the place. It's in a sketchy neighborhood and they don't seem to have secure parking for customers vehicles left outside.
So we took our truck to a different place.
They may be wonderful at their job I just don't know.
I have not been impressed with an Auto Business! In years! I needed a security check on my H3 Hummer. They were perfect and to the point! Honesty! Not even knowing that I come from a racing back ground! I found my buddy! And pricing is so fair! Service is excellent! At plus rating! They have me from now on! And I have Five vehicles!

Jesse Britt’s Automotive did a fantastic job on my niece’s car! They were professional, quick, and kept me informed every step of the way. It’s not easy finding an honest, efficient shop these days, but they exceeded expectations. Highly recommend them for anyone needing reliable auto repair with great customer service.
10/10 experience everytime I come!! Chris in the front is always super friendly as well at Mike! Wouldn’t trust anybody else with my vehicles. They are honest and do not try to over charge, but will do what is needed to have your car running perfect.
My car might be the most important tool I have for my business but she’s getting old. I’ve been bringing her to the folks at Jesse Britt’s for years. Picked her up yesterday after 2 axel replacements and a full front break job and I feel like the car has a new lease on life. They will always be my first choice for big or small repairs on any car in our family.
Was pulling my trailer and lost brakes. Last minute before the holiday weekend, and they got me in to diagnose the issue. New brake booster, and master cylinder replaced without a hitch quickly.. Same Day Service! Love this place great techs, and friendly honest service. Best in Town you will not be disappointed!
They don't even deserve that one star took my truck for an oil leak last month. all I told was to fix where it was coming from, so they told me that it was leaking from the valve covers fixed that and told me no more leaks. Took home the next morning. Oil drops on the driver way, so I took it back, and then they told me that coming from the oil pan, then the main rear seal abut 1,800 dollars over all and they damaged my hood but they took care of that. I took it back yesterday. I know they are trying to say my engine is shoot in, never going back there again
I've been to Jesse Britts for many different issues, and they've done fantastic work every time. They honor their warranties and do their very best to care for customers. The complementary ride service is great, but staying in the waiting room isn't all that bad. The only down side is that you'll have to get there early if you want to be first in line, but that's because they're so good at what they do. Go to Jesse Britts, they're worth it.
If you are looking for a mechanic shop, stop looking. This place has been my go to for years. They are fast, knowledgeable, professional, and goes above and beyond to make sure you are safe on the road. Chris cares deeply about his customers and you can just see it. Michael, the manager is amazing!!! He is light hearted and kind and always there to figure anything out. They also will try their best to keep costs as low as possible. I cannot speak any more highly. 5/5 always!!
Got my oil changed here. I brought my own oil and filter and they gave me a GREAT price to drain and fill my oil and replace my filter. They squeezed me in when they were booked solid because I was about to go on a road trip. Great service! Trustworthy! very friendly workers and a more than welcoming atmosphere.
