Ok after being told 700 for my 1989 chevy 2500 4x4 only issue with it was transmission and no battery and yes I did have title in hand the driver come out and gave me a 200 doller check so I was shorted 500 dollers for everyone junking your cars plz don't do business with this company as they will promise one thing a do a nother remember a man is only as good as his word and this place shown me their not about their word. Plz call other places this is not a good business

Honest review things were roughish, but when it came to correcting the incident, I have to say wow one of the best customer service moments I have had! The store manager called me personally and promptly. He listened even when I did cut in. Very calm and understanding, You can definitely tell he is trying to turn around the reputation. He went in on a Saturday when he was off work. Then he personally came and made things right. I would say it's a pretty busy place, and sometimes it may not get handled as quickly as mine hiccup did. That's to be expected. It's a good suzed business and may be handled in a different manner i.e. over the phone, off to the side, or in the office buy after my interaction. If there is a legitimate problem, im pretty positive a common ground can be found to sort it out. I didn't expect him to go so far out of his way to make an impact on one customer. Quite frankly, I'm impressed, and I look forward to getting parts I need as they trickle in, as well as keeping my eye on the rejuvenated lot. I did like the prices online. After my aunt had called and found the place for me, I was already mapping out and filing future repairs for the many injuries on several of my vehicles. He definitely takes pride in his work and takes his job seriously! Thank you again, Paul!

To the people that looked at this car you dodged a bullet. I purchased this car today and it broke down halfway home now I’m waiting on tow king to pick it up and take it to my house. Never buy a car from the Junkyard it’s in the name JUNK!!! Now I either gotta fix it or sale it back to them for less than I paid for it almost 4000 wasted😡they don’t need to sale cars and I’m sure I’m not the only one messed over by one of their cars. There was an suv a BMW x3 it was a bad vehicle too and no good after I passed on it I should have just left and looked else where. They really should stop trying to sale these cars taking people money when they don’t know anything about them. But I will talk to a lawyer to see if there is anything they can do cause that’s so wrong. Or at least let me trade it back for another one about the same price that actually going to get me where I need to go.

Excellent phone customer service, Jamie! If it weren't for you, I would have picked the wrong part. These folks are here to help and they know their cars, I. E., they know what is inventoried and which part is available. Unfortunately, we weren't able to find the part I needed, but it is good to know there is a place we can go for parts that isn't in the business of ripping off their customers. You guys are the best!

This place is really up front and honest, fair prices and honest answers. They will give you an out the door price without a problem. Nice employees, and a great business!

This business doesn't stand by their quotes, and I don't mean a couple of hundred in either direction. We're talking between 50% and 60% difference. It's happened twice now and the first vehicle I thought maybe my son didn't give them all the correct info on the vehicle. When they arrived, they wanted to give less than half the quote. I chalked it up to a miscommunication. So a few weeks later my husband calls on a completely separate vehicle and was thorough going over the vehicle information. They agree on a price, get the truck ready to go, and an appointment made for the sale and tow. They arrived the following morning only to do the exact same thing, honoring half the quote. I'm not sure that it matters in regards to their pitiful business ethics and poor customer service, but these were not even "junk" vehicles. I would definitely suggest only dealing with this place if it's your absolute last option AND note whatever price you agree on with them, you're only getting half or less. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Drove from Dallas, TX to go look at a car. After checking it out, and talking with the sales people, we agreed on a price. They REALLY hooked me up with a great price. The process was quick and simple. They took care of everything. Everybody there was very friendly and cool. Easy to talk to. I was surprised, but it was a good surprise. Would definitely recommend checking out their cars for sale if you're on a budget and want a good running vehicle. Edit: After reading a review about the issue of them not allowing test drives, that really seemed sus to me as well. They at least let you move the vehicle back and forth. Well, to clear any doubts about that, the vehicle I purchased was driven back to DFW with no major problems. These cars may have miles on them, so an oil change, or alignment, or minor things may be needed. Nothing too crazy.

I bought a car two days ago. They told me that the only thing wrong with it is, there’s 12 sensors that are messed up. That’s it. Turns out they sold me a car that has no brake pad on the rear passenger side to the point where I had to buy a brake rotor, brake pads, and a brake caliper. Also cylinder 6 spark plug and ignition coil I had to buy. And there is also 6 sensors that are messed up. How ridiculous to lie and willingly sell a call that could’ve ended my life. How dangerous is that? The brakes could’ve went out and I could’ve died. That’s how serious this is. How can you sleep at night knowing you do this to customers. I knew I wasn’t buying a brand new car but are you serious.

Back in my younger days when I used to frequent scrapyards. Quiet often for parts they were never done the way this one is Done all the cars are setting up on rims, You can open the doors on the car. Walk all the way around the car. Crawl under the car. All was complete freedom. The yard is made of gravel, so there's no muddy spots. A true paradise for automotive parts Hunters. I was truly impressed will definitely be visiting them again in the future. And prices are reasonably cheap. Cars there do not look like they need to be in the junkyard. They are in that good condition.

This is a recycle center that is the fastest growing in the area with great customer service, competitive prices and updated inventory systems. Try them and you will be happier than you think.

We found the parts we needed. Well we were gonna buy all them but your cashier had a piss poor attitude and argued with us about the price even though we showed him the part in hand and it listed on your website. He was very abrasive and stated it's a highly sought after part so he stated it increases a total of 140 dollar increase. Ridiculous your cashier is disrespectful and arrogant person. Further more I won't be back because my vehicle tire size is hard to find so he gonna up the price on that. What a joke. Won't be back to your location.

It’s been a long time since I’ve stopped by to see what’s available , so I will stop by today and see if I can get a good deal for my 2014 F150 wheels and tires that are in Great shape.

Great place to get parts at a very low place. Friendly staff and very helpful. The strut that's straight is the one that I got from BYOT.

These guys were all so kind and did the most to help me out!! Two of them individually took me around the lot on a golf cart to try and find one measly 16” rim. This is the place to go for car parts! 👏🏼👏🏼

Don't believe them when they say they'll give you the best price for your vehicle. Got told on the phone based off my info that my estimate would be at least around $600. Guy came to my house and had a very hostile attitude from the start. I mentioned I was friends with a guy he'd bought a car from and he immediately got more agitated because my friend, in the guy's words, was "uncooperative." Ended up telling me my car wasn't worth more than $250 and wouldn't let me get a word in edgewise when I tried to point out his math was incorrect.

My gf and I had been trying to find a way to get our two year old some presents and pay some bills for the holidays. Thankfully, Eric, came out and worked his magic! We had a Toyota matrix parked between two cars and in a really small parking lot and he managed to do some ABSOLUTE MAGIC to finagle that thing out. Also took our sonata and definitely helped us out for the holidays. This man is a true testament to humanity. I wish more people in the work force had the type of compassion and empathy he has. The higher ups should model all employees after him.

My personal Zen place. I always find what I need at great prices. Even for old cars. The service is top notch and the place is well organized, so it's easy to find the cars you're looking for. Inventory can be checked online.

Absolutely unscrupulous business tactics. Avoid this place 100%. Here's a thought: If your vehicle is worth $2000 and this place offers you $300 for it, just donate it to the Humane Society and get a receipt for $2,000 and then you could write that off your taxes and get back five or six hundred dollars. Here's another thought: Just let it go to auction so at least this horrible almost criminally run place, won't get your car for peanuts. They will have to compete with other bidders and the price will be higher for them regardless. If you do business with this badly run and mismanaged outfit, I guarantee you will be sorry.
