Had business to do with this place as a third party field agent inspecting a vehicle they had impounded at their lot. It took several calls to get through to manager, scheduled an appointment to meet at location and manager was late. Notified manager that I would need an invoice with all fees incurred by their facility so they could get reimbursed but 4 days have passed and I still have not received any documents. Was rtold iut would be emailed so I made sure they had 2 good email accounts but nothing to date. In their defense, manager has a very good attitude and was very helpful and courteous when it came to doing the actual vehicle inspection. The problem is they have very bad communication methodologies. I'd say there is almost NO follow up communication after an initial visit.
Despite the junk and total disorder that is very visible, I went to do my state inspection at Cantu. The garage was open. There was no one there. I called the phone numbers multiple times and no one answered. I left and went across the street for better service.
I was searching for a towing company near Eagle Pass, TX and came across Cantu Service Center. They were very friendly and helpful and on time with the pickup and delivery. Thank you so much for your help.
