Salinas wrecker in Palacios has to be the worse wrecker company I've ever seen. We were in town today and need a wrecker so we call and he said I have to go to Sargent I'll be available in 2 hrs. We did some calling around to find someone else and no lucky. We called him back and said we needed his service he said he will get to us when he gets done with his last call, 2 hrs go by and no call we tried calling him like 3 times no answer. He kinda left us stranded on the road I mean what kind of company doesn't even return a call. DONT USE HIM IF YOU ARE IN A BIND
We used them twice in 2 weeks & both times he picked up our truck right after we called. They're reasonably priced, friendly & have a fast response time. I would definitely recommend to everyone!
Complete lack of respect. Called about needing a tow, they said they would be out in 20 minutes, not only did he never show but he didn’t have the courtesy to call or text that he wasn’t going to make it kept sending my calls to voice mail. Canceled another tow that would take longer to arrive because he said he’d be there quicker Would not recommend him at all, in fact I’ll be making a complaint to the bbb.
I called Mr. Salinas at 4am with a flat tire 5.1 miles away from him. The only thing i needed was a jack because the oem bottle jack broke. Mr. Salinas told me he would be right here and never showed up. Ignored many calls, voicemails, and even text messages. Its been 1 1/2 hours and still hasnt shown up. Definitely NOT A 24 HOUR SERVICE. I personally will not recommend his services to anyone
