When I say, customer service is top tier, I mean it! Bryan and the crew that keep this store running are some amazing people. My husband and I were traveling through Jefferson on our way to celebrate our Anniversary and had a major car issue that was designed to end our trip. They came through and pulled out all the stops to make sure that we could get our car repaired and still celebrate! We are forever grateful for coming across such a great group of guys who are dedicated to helping people and getting the job done!
Went to Jefferson store with battery issues, and manager was staying close bc of ice in area, and he was great!!! He removed and replaced battery. Would recommend this store to anyone in the area!!! Thx again!!!
Stopped in right before 9pm and needed a quick fix on a headlight for a 3 hour drive home at night and the asst. manager Anthony helped me get back on the road in 10 minutes. Great people and a great store for all your auto parts needs.
If you know what you're doing on your own, you're good. I've never really had good customer service from any oreillys but the "new" jefferson location is by far the worst. Not helpful and dint even try to help me
The prices seem like small town high prices. I purchased a battery. It was $20 more than I would have spent at Walmart, but they tested the old battery. They gave an honest assessment about the life of the battery. Then they helped me install the new battery. Those two factors plus the saved money on gas of driving to the nearest Walmart made the purchase worth the money.
These guy here in Jefferson Tx are absolutely amazing Charles came out when we broke down in January 2024 an helped us get back on the rd by bringing us the part we needed , all the guys an girls that work at this O'Reillys are awesome above an beyond to help you they all deserve 20 stars in my book
I have frequented this location several times. The entire staff is affable and very helpful. The counter persons are computer proficient and knowledgeable. I rely on Brooke when accessorizing the interior of my vehicle. She understands my tastes and provides options that are to my liking. My shopping experience at this store has been extremely gratifying.
The new Jefferson Tx. Store is a great place, tonight I had a Battery go dead and the assistant manager was very helpful, Brooke the counter person was very helpful and helped me out with selling me the new Battery and then taking me back to my Truck witch was only across the road and helped no she installed the battery. Thank you so much for the great customer service.
