Came in to ask about an estimate, woman at desk said "We are only doing estimates with an appointment... so." No offer to make me an appointment, just a look and tone that I seemed to be inconvenient, so I just left, wasn't sure the set tone for customer service was worth my business.
I used these guys since preferred thru my insurance and will never come here again. Poor communication and finally got my vehicle back and still missing parts that they assured me the would get the following week-2 weeks later and nothing. Go else where as they are no longer Collision Kings and for me we’re not worth it!!!
Received instant estimate and repair work was done on time, as promised. They kept me informed during the repair work. I want to mention Ms Shelby Ishmael, who made the process easy and smooth. Their front desk staff is also very supportive.

This branch of crash champions sucks. Maybe other branches are good. The estimators are very rude and unprofessional except for the guy at the counter. They want to impose their wish than your and your insurance while repairing your vehicle which gives the customers 100% dissatisfaction. if anybody wants to go to crash champions for repairs, I highly recommend other branches not this one. I will never ever go to this place to repair my vehicles. They just don't deserve customers.
As whole their service and customer service is very bad especially those damage estimators where you want to fix one damage and they estimate another one and repair different damage. At the end of the day, your vehicle will be the same damaged. It’s pretty sucks. They don’t inform you in the middle of what they’re doing to your vehicle and they will only call you when it’s finished where you will be socked because they did something different than you want. Very bad. Please be aware that they don’t repair the way you want even if it’s already paid. They don’t care about your satisfaction. This is a heads up!!
If I could give a zero star, I would I am dissatisfied. I waited almost a month to get the vehicle back. The trim fell off within two weeks. They put the trim back on. I don’t know how anyone would think that using double-sided sticky tape to put the trim on would It’s falling off again. Why because they use a double sided sticky tape to put the trim back on the vehicle. How anyone would think using double sided sticky tape in West Texas heat and dust would work and stay on Is beyond me.Also the front bumper they put on doesn’t even fit. It’s not even flush and was noticed very quickly by my car dealership service department. Do not take your vehicle here. I am very unhappy and taking my car elsewhere I hope if my insurance company approves so I can get it fixed correctly.
Excellent service, they communicated with us constantly (and kindly), fixed our vehicle up in a timely manner, and on top of it all, when we picked up the car we realized they not only detailed the outside of the vehicle, but the inside too! Super impressed and appreciative.
I recently visited for a hail damage estimate, and I was very impressed with the experience. The customer service was outstanding—especially from the front counter staff, who were friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. They made everything easy and stress-free. I highly recommend this shop for their excellent service and welcoming atmosphere.

Very bad service. Choosing crash champions at Loop 289 was my mistake. Estimator was Patricia and did horrible job. My insurance company already estimated everything and about to send check for the repair cost she just had to fix the damage and get money instead what she did was she cut the repair area to the half and sent the cost of that half area only to adjuster without even informing me and fixed only little area of the damage and get only half of the amount that insurance was about to pay. That was a very dumb idea because on hand she didn’t inform me what was going on until everything is done and the other hand, she lost half of the money that insurance was going to pay and didn’t fix my vehicle. I just want to warn other people that please not to do the same mistake i did and I prefer other not go to these kind of investigative repair shops. They favor insurance companies instead we the customers because they forgot we the customers generate their revenue. Be aware!!

crash champions made a crappy situation an AMAZING customer service and auto repair experience. insurance was a challenge to work with from the start, but crash champions was a pleasure throughout. their professional team, friendly front office, and knowledgeable techs all made the experience a good one. i know who i’ll be calling if i need any automotive work done in the future.
This place is the ONLY place to take your vehicle for body repair!! Erick Medina and his crew pulled off a miracle and got my pickup repaired in an amazing amount of time! They keep you updated on the process and they are very friendly! I would definitely recommend them to everyone I know!
I am giving this five star review because overall I have had very good experiences with Crash Champions! I’ve used them for years since I moved to Lubbock 11 years ago! Never had an issue! My whole family uses Crash Champions and we never have issues!
Until today. And it’s not a problem with Crash Champions itself, it’s a problem with a girl named Harley, who has absolutely zero customer service skills. You would have thought you were talking to a teenager with her utterly shameful unprofessionalism.
I took my car in, the sound on radio was working. I pick it up and there is absolutely no sound. With that information, a normal person would deduce that something happened in between when I dropped it off and when I picked it up. I explained to her over and over again that I didn’t say they broke it, I just thought something came loose and I needed their help figuring it out. It happened under their care after all, does that seem ridiculous or “Karen“ behavior of me to ask?
The rest of the staff have been so sweet I’m just waiting on the manager to call me back so that we can have a further discussion on what Experience I ended up having with Harley. I told her I was going to her boss. She told me to have fun doing that like a bratty child would say. Might as well if that’s what she wants
So im currently waiting on her boss to call me back so i csn talk to an actual adult about thit!

Crash Champions got my large dent in my passenger door fixed right and quick! The process from start to finish was very well explained, completed in a timely manner, and great communication. Trish helped me with my car and would always inform me of any changes from the original plan. She did a great job explaining estimates and the overall process. Everyone at the front desk is very friendly and willing to help. Can’t forget that my car was returned even cleaner than it was when I dropped it off!! Would recommend Crash Champions to anyone!

I bought a used Subaru with a great discount due to the door damage. Wanting to get it fixed, I shopped around body shops in Lubbock for a reasonable price of repair.
Went to Crash Champion, due to a recommendation from a mechanic, and Eric was so helpful in getting me an estimate for the fix. The cost quoted ended up being around $500 less than most body shops I visited. So I trusted my car with them.
I definitely was not disappointed! The fix took a couple of days, as estimated by Eric and it was ready to be picked up Friday afternoon. I didn’t get there until after their working hours, but the staff kept the shop opened until I got there to pick up my car. And the work done was amazing! It was like the damage never even happened! I have a World Rally Blue car, which is a paint that is very hard to match, but they got it spot on!!
Would highly recommend Crash Champions for any car body repairs, especially if you’re paying out of pocket. They have reasonable pricing for excellent work!
The work performed on my car was exemplary. It looks brand new, can't even tell it was ever in an accident. My only complaint is that I was slightly oversold on how long it would take to complete. Was told 2-3 weeks but it ended up taking a bit over a month. But for the quality of the work, I can forgive this. Would definitely recommend these guys.

She was knowledgeable, prompt, kept me updated and went the extra mile to be sure the repairs met their standards. Crash Champions did some work on my car after an insurance claim and they did a great job! Super easy to work with, very communicative, and super friendly. I’m used to my car being dirty and smelly after leaving it in the shop, but Crash Champions not only took care of my car, but washed and detailed it for me before giving it back. It was a great experience and would recommend to anyone!

Definitely recommend crash champions, the front ladies have well communication, & the repair team is awesome, mario also did a great job assisting and communicating during the process. Whole process took a little over a month, but i was kept updated the entire time, I would use them again in the future.
After my son was finally able to CK his pickup out, he noticed things that were broken that hadn't been..smh I think you need to fix his pickup and rent him another pickup in place of his. This son of mine worked his rear off to save and buy his own vehicle just to have it damaged by your staff. I'm going to address this with our insurance.
Crash Champions did an excellent job of repairing my vehicle. My fender looked even better than it did when I bought the Tahoe! Mario and the rest of the staff were very courteous and knowledgeable.
