Owner says they offer military discounts for veterans, however he wasn’t able to apply it towards our service since we were “ already in their systems”. He couldn’t explain the reason for us being in their systems and why he couldn’t readjust it to be able to apply our military discount…. Total BS!
Friendly and responded within 25 minutes even with it being 9 pm Friday. Even gave my wife and son a ride to his office to wait for a ride back home since we were from out of town. Couldn’t have asked for better service.
These guys are the best. Got stuck not too far from them and they were out to help me very quickly. They gave me a very fair price, better than anyone else in the area. The owners were the so kind, easy to chat with and truly helpful. Power washed our vehicle afterwards as it was fully covered in mud. Fully recommend their service if you find yourself in tough situation.
The guy that was driving the tow truck threatened to beat up my female roommate and told her that “not everyone can call daddy and use daddy’s money to get what we want” when trying to tow my roommates car out of her assigned covered apartment parking spot… I understand heated arguments can get nasty and vulgar language gets thrown around a lot in arguments like that but as a person representing a business turning around and threatening a college aged girl just because she told you that you can’t take her car because she pays for the parking spot isn’t at all professional. In no way was she aggressive towards the man driving the tow truck and the comments this man made to my roommate absolutely floored me…
When the man threatened my roommate, he had a woman with him in the truck and said and I quote “I don’t need to lose my contract over you beating this b****’s ass” to the woman in his front seat. Keep in mind this was a grown man threatening a 21 year old female college student.
As for the “daddy’s money” comment he made. Personally, I speak for all my roommates when I say we’ve all worked out butts off for the things we have. So yeah, you’re right. Not everyone can use “daddy’s money” to get the things we want. I take great offense to the fact that your staff can sit there and berate someone just because of some preconceived narrative.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Parents, if your daughter needs her car towed PLEASE call any other towing service. I cannot believe this man had the audacity to bring another woman along so that he could threaten my female roommate. Sick and unbelievable.
Was stranded on the side of the road for hours with my kids looking for a tow company when I found a local company in Idalou. After talking with wildcat towing they were there within 20 minutes. I will continue to use this wonderful company for future needs if you are in need of a tow contact wildcat towing for great customer service with a reasonable price
I just had a wreck and flipped my car 3x's!! That being said, these guys were there within 10 minutes! This is the killer part, these guys were in the barber chair and got up dropped their appointment and rushed to my aid!! Afterwards, offered me a ride, bought me lunch while I waited for my Dad to come all the way from Dalhart, Texas!! Best towing company I ever dealt with!! Steve, Isaiah, and Austin are stand up guys!!! Give these guys call if u need a tow!!

Broke down some 100+ miles from them and these guys picked me up and took me to where I had to go, absolutely amazing service and very professional. Honestly saved the day and were very generous and dropped me off and offered extra help without me asking them. Definitely give these guys a call for best service and the best price!
My daughter's car broke down and I contacted my insurance. Vehicle had to be towed, we contacted Idalou Wildcat Towing. They were courteous and professional. The driver came out quickly and towed our car to our mechanic. Highly recommend them, and I will use them in the future.
Probably the best towing experience I’ve had! He had my truck ready in a few minutes and we got to where I needed to be safely and he also looked like he knew what he was doing so that made everything better! The cost was cheaper than any other towing company’s so that topped everything off. Thank you Steve !
When I was driving though Texas I suddenly had a blowout and I didn’t have any idea where to go and who to call because I wasn’t from here. I looked up the closest towing company and “Idalou Wildcats Towing” was the absolute best decision I could of made. Steve was the most helpful and honest man I have met when it comes to this kind of business. Definitely the man to call when you’re in a bind. 5 star quality
Absolutely amazing. We could not have asked for anything more. They were a breath of fresh air after a long day and went above and beyond any expections to insure that we were not only comfortable while we were there but safe on the drive home. This place is a family run business. They know you work hard for what you have. They have competitive prices and they are down to Earth people willing to help as if you were good friends. They helped me out when I had my wreck and met me at there office even when they were busy. Even helped us load my truck onto the trailer. Made sure we were strapped down and ready to go. They still believe in what a hand shake means. If you need help with your vehicle give these people a call. Helping the little man out is just another way of keeping hope alive.
If you want amazing fast service. This is the towing company to call. I called at 12:30 in the morning he gave me a amazing rate to tow my 3/4 ton truck 200 miles round trip! He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Took us to a hotel at 430 in the morning!! Then came back and got us at 1030 that morning! Such amazing top notch service from a towing company like I've never had before! So if you want to be treated fair and have amazing service call wildcat towing!!
