The man that works the front counter is very rude should not be working in customer service. He also blatantly said that if he doesn't like someone he won't do returns for them and if he does like you he will do returns past the date allowable. This was my first time in and will never be back.

Truck would not start. Took battery to get it checked. They tested it, battery was bad, sold me a new one. Great service.

Super helpful staff. Very professional. Willing to help or ask someone who might be able to help. Truly helped me where I would have been. SOL (Solidly out of Luck) otherwise. Five stars. Highly recommended.

I prefer the O'Reilly Auto Parts store in Kingsland over the other auto parts stores. I actually drive by one auto parts store to get to O'Reilly. The sales staff is knowledgeable about the items offered for sale. Even if I don't know the actual part I need, a brief explanation about the part is enough for the employee helping me to know what part I'm looking for. I'm not mechanically inclined.

I visited O’Reilly Auto Parts recently and was very impressed. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable — they helped me identify the right part for my car, walked me through installation tips, and even offered to install a bulb and wiper blade free of charge. The store was clean, well stocked, and well organized. They honored a warranty claim smoothly when one of the parts turned out defective. Overall, a great experience.

I’ve been looking everywhere to get an O ring for my boat with no luck. Within seconds of asking for help, the guys started trying out multiple fixes. They found the part! Very happy I came here

Wish I could give them 5 stars. Went into this O'Reillys with my dad about 8:30 AM to pick up parts. Won't go back again. Was in there a good 30 minutes. Had only one girl working the front helping multiple people. Was very helpful. Had to sit there and listen and watch a guy with long beard, pacing in the back,saying all kinds of devil type warship comments and very derogatory statements against God. Honestly sounded like a poker party in the back. Then He decided to stop ranting and raving and decided to come up to the front to be "helpful" and from the very beginning, even with his demeanor was extremely degrading, rude and sarcastic to a lady that just needed a little help with her car. Acted like he was too bothered By her existence and had better things to do. Watched a family walk out after hearing his comments from the back. And listen to this lady jumble all over her words, trying to speak to him and walked out Looking like she was going to cry. My dad and I went out and helped her And eventually, so did the lady that works there. I didn't get his name, but my dad said his name is Brad.

Brad is his name works in the back. Sometimes works in the front. Got a beard Gray and color one of the most rudest and unprofessional people that I have met in my life anywhere. This guy does not deserve to have a job in a small town like the O'reilly's. In Kingsland Texas, this guy has got some personal vendetta against myself. He says. I'm a shady person called me out in front of a group of customers while at the counter. To pay for a product that I had ordered through another mechanics. Shop refused to sell me the product. Because he told me that he had just called the owner of the mechanic shop that I was using as an account and told me that the owner. He didn't ask me to leave after.He said he wasn't going to argue with me.When I very calmly, ask what he had against me.That was so personal. That's when he told me that. He has a problem with me because he believes I am so shady... He Said I was not allowed to use the account which I had just gotten off the phone with the owner and said it was no problem. I no longer.I'm going to be shopping at the o'reilly's in kingsland texas. This guy deserves to be written up and/or fired on the spotthis guy's a joke. And shouldn't be allowed anywhere near. Customer service ever again.

Rudest service around. Matt, the guy with a mullet behind the counter, was exceptionally unprofessional and extremely disrespectful. He told a woman at the counter that asked for help to find the right oil "Go get it yourself, this isn't a restaurant." I would rather toss my cash into a burning dumpster than to spend it in this store.

I wanted to thank Zach for assisting me with my mother's car. He went beyond the call of duty. I really appreciate him taking his time to figure out the issues with my back head lights. Thanks so much O'Reilly's for having great workers that go beyond what's needed. All the workers including the front people also.

Had the battery I needed. Had to wait too long while 2 young clerks chatted with a young woman. Finally an older man stopped doing what looked like janitor work and helped me.

Great service here. Where other shops were unhelpful, Daniel had a quick solution to my issue with trailer wheels for under $10. Hard to find people this honest and helpful.

The employees are very kind and helpful. Myself not being very mechanically inclined but learning, as well being educated on sales criteria job functions. I was helped professionally and humbly. After speaking with the employee on my situation and helping me diagnose my car issue, he genuinely educated me on facts and not just on sales pitches, which is sorry to say "not very common these days" . Normally I would be approached to engage in conversation with what I'm inquiring/searching for, then I would be proceeded with constant sales marketing pitches to get me to buy pretty much anything in the store to bust their sales up. Which I completely understand (I personally have over 15 yrs in sales I know the routine) but sometimes there are people who go into a store not really understanding/educated on what they are needing and are limited on funds so being pitched for items you really don't need and the information being told is bleak and uncertain for the lack of knowledge on the employees own part, is a bit annoying and exhausting from time to time. I didn't receive that here which was a breath of fresh air and deeply appreciative. Humble integrity is a rare commodity and can go a long way. Thank you O'Reilly's in Kingsland, Tx and thank you to the gentleman who helped me for an hour and I didn't make 1 purchase but left satisfied with knowledge and answers. (will edit/post the employees name shortly) I will most definitely be back for all my automotive shopping needs. Keep up the AMAZING WORK ??

As a woman I don't have as much interest in learning how to fix or maintain my vehicles, especially since my Dad was the mechanic of the family but he's passed so I had to be resourceful and try to figure out why my car was displaying these symbols and what they even meant. On my journey I found the people at O'Reilly's and I'm happy I did! I would have done some irreparable damage if not for the personal attention and care I received. Sure the prices won't be like Rock Auto but who wants to deal with the shipping costs and it doesn't replace a real person, their help and knowledge. I will be back in for sure!!

Not many places in Kingsland to get auto parts but O’Reillys is nice and convenient. The staff is helpful and always asks if you need any help.

Had to replace car battery. The gentleman that waited on me was great, he was helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable. Went above and beyond when he installed battery. Been dealing with this location for many years and always had a great experience.

We had to stop in to get 0w-16 oil for our car as well as an oil filter. The cashier was nice and very helpful! We found everything we needed in a matter of less than 5 minutes!

Always so helpful. Another place had installed an incorrect sized battery on my vehicle. Nathan figured it out, replaced with correct size and also helped with wiper blade replacement. Excellent customer service, you can't go wrong with this location.

The staff there was very helpful and professional I just needed to get pricing of the parts for my vehicle when I got there and they were somewhat knowledgeable of what I needed their prices are sometimes competitive depending on the part you need and my particular situation it was a matter of which auto place was closer compared to the cost of the part that I need it and the time frame that I needed it for so other than that it was good

Employees extremely helpful. If they don't have what you need they'll order it...and in most cases fast delivery time at store but I don't believe they can ship your order to your residence. Not sure though on that so check with them.

This past Saturday 7/14/2018 I had the worst experience I have ever had at any O'Reilly's store and for that matter ANY retail store! Brad A. (because he would not give me his last name) the supposed store Assistant Manager is the absolute rudest, unprofessional, disrespectful, to name a small few that could go on and on....person I have ever had the un-pleasurable experience in meeting. I would not recommend visiting this store for your parts needs. They are not the only store in in Kingsland and a 15 minute drive to Marble Falls is well worth it to avoid this store and Brad A. I could elaborate on this experience and plan to do so with the highest level employee within O'Reilly's Corporate office. Again, My suggestion...STAY FAR AWAY from this store unless you like to be treated like dirt!
