Honest local business, that not only towed my truck 21 miles for a decent price, after my starter solenoid died, but helped me find a great mechanic that gave me a Veteran discount. Kudos to you guys. YES, I would definitely recommend.
I called Mainframe 24hr Wrecker Service, and their price was reasonable compared with others in the Crosby area. John was a man of his word, and he towed my dad's truck from Crosby to Dayton, TX, approximately 10 miles, for the price we agreed on the phone. My dad said he was a nice, hard-working man. Thanks.

I was in a pretty bad car accident and Mainframe picked up my car from the scene. Insurance ended up totaling my car and the guys at Mainframe made it really easy to schedule a time for me to get my personal belongings out of the car before. The week following my wreck my husband's transmission went out and we needed to get it towed to a transmission shop for repairs. Based on the experience I had just had with Mainframe I decided to give them a call about the truck. In no time we had the everything set up and they picked up the truck the next morning. Very friendly and responsive!
I wanted two cars moved less than 20 miles. It was blind luck that put me on Mainframe's Google Page. And it was some of the hilarious reviews on their page that helped me decide that I had found the right wrecker service.
There is a huge difference between someone who wants cars moved and someone who's cars are being moved against their will. Those unfortunate persons tend to write the more memorable reviews.
The owner, who's name is not Mr. Mainframe, did a great job at a price that was probably fair. And gave me some great background when he dropped off the vehicles. He also made me laugh while my credit card was denied and I had to pay cash. You should probably hire him.

I was locked out of a rental car at 445 in the morning in 30 degree weather.
They were the 3rd place I called hoping to get anyone to pickup that early. Lady answered, took my info and he was there in 20 mins and had the door opened in 5 mins! Quick and professional. Definitely recommend! Thank you Mainframe!
Very pleased with the service. From contact to pickup was approximately 30 minutes. As long as I wore a mask, the driver was OK letting me ride with him.
24hr service ( not ) I was broke down and they couldn't come an pull my vehicle to my house and it was only 8 miles away if you need someone to count on don't call this place

I locked my keys in my car at the donut shop at 6am and my kid's school bell was at 7am. He was there and in my car in just a few minutes and my kid was early to school! Thanks Mainframe!
John Brandt is honest and fair. He's a great problem solver and can get you unstuck, unlocked or towed off when others just give excuses. State Licensed and on call in Liberty county. He's a rule follower: must have license and insurance for pickup bc it's TEXAS law. Works well with Insurance paperwork. Thanks John & Tara!
