I had an awful experience with K&S Towing in Pflugerville. I accidentally left my wallet at home, which was literally where my car was being towed to, and instead of handling the situation professionally, the woman on the phone and one of the workers made me feel like I was trying to scam them out of payment for the extra miles over my insurance coverage.
It was only a few additional miles, and I repeatedly explained that I fully intended to pay once I got home and had access to my wallet. The attitude and disrespect I received were completely unnecessary. Customer service was rude, unprofessional, and honestly embarrassing for a company that’s supposed to help people during stressful situations.
Being straight on the side of the road while 18 wheelers are passing and there are no street lights at all is extremely scary and stressful when your car won’t turn on and the customer service is garbage. They don’t even say hello. They just asked about payment. I hope my insurance never connect me with them again.

K&S towing was able to get my car to start after trying multiple battery options, and then we didn’t have to get my car towed to the shop. They were very quick and got there at the time estimated. Thank you!!
My car got a flat with no spare and needed a tow back to my house. My insurance arranged a tow. Daniel, the driver, is the BEST! he was so careful with my car and SO KIND! He let me and my friend hop in the truck and gave us a ride back to my house since it was the middle of the night and we were stuck on the road. The woman on the phone was also very patient and helpful!!
My trike clutch cable broke and ended our ride. Put a claim in through my insurance and got immediate response.
The driver showed up, not speaking English but we communicated with hand gestures. He loaded up my trike, secured it and got us home.
He had Bryan Adam's on his radio!
Our driver is from Cuba and after unloading my trike he wanted a selfie to send his family in Cuba. My wife and didn't hesitate to take a photo with him.

Communication is poor but my huge issue is the driver who towed my car parked it at the wrong house next to mine & parked it the wrong way on the street
Ended up over night with a violation sticker on my car from rrpd. Maybe the drivers need to double check address & park cars facing correctly on the all streets. Had to have someone else come move my car.
Great service and great folks. The circumstances when a tow truck is needed can be emotional for a lot of people. Usually the bad reviews are unreserved. There are a few bad towing companies out there, k&s isn't one of them.
We got prompt, courteous service in spite of the fact that it was Friday afternoon. Our driver was very professional and personable. He went out of his way to help us. Office staff has also been friendly and helpful.

One of the best expiriences I've ever had dealing with a tow truck company! The staff was really nice and they went all out in helping us and making a bad situation seem not so bad!
