What clients say about O'Reilly Auto Parts in Littlefield (TX)
I shop here often for my auto parts. I purchased a battery for my 2014 Charger SE and exchanged my used battery. I asked for the cheapest battery. I found a battery listed online at oreillys for $119.00 that would fit my car. We'll when I get there they showed my the list of the cheapest battery they had that fit my car was $245.00 out the door with an exchange. Was this an error? Are these online prices different? The prices are very seldom the same online as they are when you walk into the store. I understand not having it in stock etc....update your data or be consistent with the pricing.
During my recent visit, I was extremely disappointed with the service provided by an employee named Gilberto. He gave off the impression that he was being forced to be there, showing no interest in helping or engaging with customers. His demeanor was unprofessional and unfriendly, and he came across as overall rude, making the entire interaction uncomfortable. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and professionalism, but this experience fell far short of that. I hope this feedback helps improve the level of service provided in the future.
People there have always been friendly except for today. I had everything worked out on the phone for a part. And I sent my wife in there to pick it up the assistant manager was nothing but rude and then kicked her out of the store.
Me and my friend were walking for 30-minutes to buy spray paint for an art project. We were intending to paint a representation of a mural on a poster board. When we walked in, the dude working at the cash register gave my friend a dirty look. I had to use the restroom, so I asked where it is. The man told me to go to the back, so I did that while my friend looked at the spray paint. As I was walking to the restroom I hear the guy tell my friend to “Get Out.” I assumed he was talking to someone else, for my friend was merely looking at spray paint. He proceeded to tell my friend along with me to get out of the store. He told my friend and I that we were not old enough to “steal spray paint.” I was appalled because I did not understand what was going on. I asked what happened and the man gave me a nasty attitude, and told me “You know what she was doing.” Even though I was clearly not able to see what happened, because I was in the back. He then gave my friend and I dirty looks and watched us as we exited the store. I am very dissatisfied for this service. I asked my friend what she was doing, and she acted out how she was looking at the paint. She was just bending over and looking at the different colors. Because she was wondering if they had black paint. The most she touched the paint, was just when she was about to grab it to look at the label better. This is when she was yelled at to get out of the store. We walked home disappointed. As this was the only location in our area to purchase spray paint.
Edit: I should have peed on their floor. I really had to pee because I just chugged 16 fluid ounces of green tea.
Awesome staff if you have issues it’s you not them.
I know it would be nice but they are not born with ESP they need to know year make and model for your parts they are not mechanics or techs PARTS STORE idiots 🙄
Had car problems, assumed it could be the battery therefore went in to the Littlefield location. An employee advised me that the battery was no good and quotes me a price for a new one of $140. I decided to get another opinion. Thankfully, NOTHING was wrong with my battery!! So was it an honest mistake?? I highly doubt it. The employee said he didn't save the print out of the battery's reading, but he assured me it was definitely no good. I'll never step foot in that place again!!!
These people here dont know anything about cars or parts they just look everything up in a computer. And then give you the wrong part when it isnt looked up correctly.
Very inexperienced part people and very lack of mechanical experienced with daily day time uses with computer and parts finding. Will start shopping at other part chains.
I will never return, the workers here followed me around the store like I was going to steal. I've never been so disappointed with O'Reilly's in my life. This location will never have my business
Very nice employees very helpful. They didn't have all of the parts I needed so they called around to find me the parts that they didn't carry. I will definitely be back to this store again
