Before buying a car with Lindsey, please be aware of a very unprofessional experience during my purchase process.
I provided all required paperwork and clearly explained everything needed to complete the deal. Instead of reviewing or attempting to verify the documents, they were immediately dismissed as “not legitimate,” without any effort to confirm their validity, even though verification was offered multiple times.
I then involved a third-party company, who confirmed the documents were valid and reached out directly. After speaking with Lindsey, they said she was hard to communicate with, dismissive, and came across as very unprofessional.
Despite driving about an hour after an agreement had already been made, the deal was changed at the last minute and ultimately shut down without further discussion, even though I was still willing to proceed and address a 2015 Toyota safety recall on the vehicle without issue on my own.
Overall, the experience felt like a bait-and-switch situation and was extremely frustrating given the time and effort involved.
I was very disappointed in her behavior, the way she spoke to me, and the decision to refuse the sale after everything had already been agreed on.
