Exceptional service received by the owner via phone communication with me and coordinating the service. The owner ( Chad, I think?) and the tow driver Marvin were both very kind, courteous and professional. Without a doubt they will be my go-to for any needs in the future!!

I was passing by Coriscana going into Dallas from Houston when unfortunately smoke started coming out of my hood (My Coolant got disconnected). Had to pull over and Unfortunately I didnt have towing as part of my insurance so asked some friends in Texas if they can recommend me anyone and had, Chris, a buddy of mine recommend me Transport Elevated since they were close to me (not sure how he knows everyone but guess he does). I am so lucky I was recommended them because it was budget friendly and time friendly. I was able to be assisted in a fast and efficient manner and be towed where I needed to go. Was always skeptical of using independent towing companies but my opinion has changed with Transport Elevated. Thank you for taking care of me and my car!
We were stranded for hours waiting on a tow from Dallas. Chad called me back and asked if we were still stranded they had a tow truck out there within 10 min. These people put the customers first and you can truly tell. I hope i do Not have to call them again but if i do I know We will be taken care of.
I highly recommend this company for their professional job and customer service. They assisted me with my truck when it was broken into. They got me to where I needed to go to fix my window and door.

These guys are very professional, gave me an accurate ETA, and treated my car as if it was their own. Most tow truck drivera just hook it and go but they took the time to make sure they did it right from the start. 15 out of 10 stars. Will definitley call these guys if my car breaks down again.
