Best O’Reilly experience!
Pulled in the parking lot 30 minutes before they opened. I knew I needed both batteries for my truck, so I started taking them out. Ron came out and asked if I needed help. I told him not to worry, just to relax and worry about getting the store ready to open. He denied my request and proceeded to grab his tool cart and new batteries that I needed and helped me change them. I got in and out of there before they technically opened. Top notch service. Thanks again Ron!
The service here is amazing. Friendly and very helpful. Very knowledgeable. The manger Jeri Anne is very kind and generous. Her assistant manager Jake has a very good head on his shoulders. Ronald is very savy with the older cars and has an incredible camero. The younger counter person Joshua is very helpful and honest. The night closer Zach is also very knowledgeable and will point you in the right direction if he can not help you. I've been into this store several times and never once have I felt foolish walking in and asking for help. Unlike walking into autozone where it feels like im being judged

Stopped in to have batteries and alternator tested. Staff were friendly and assisted me promptly. All checked out but tech was formally and recommended some options to look into, to fix the issue I have.

March 2025, I had lost my oil fill cap on a 2003 F150 4.6l pick up. After having bought 2 replacement caps from Autozone and also trying to locate the correct part from another Oreillys location, I had almost given up trying to find the correct OEM part for this truck. Stopping at a near by gas station on my way to a family member's home, I pulled in this store location in Godley, TX. I raised the hood, still perturbed over this minor issue that seemed to try to manifest into a bigger issue after still not understanding what the issue's solution was. I proceeded to ask a few customers as they headed inside, still stumped I went inside and waited for all customers to be helped, then discouragly, I asked the first employee, John, if he might be able to help solve my problem. After I explained the whole entire ordeal, we looked once at the truck, then he went to his computer searching throughout the items offered by the stores inventory, I showed John the previous choices tried. We stepped back to the truck, as i tried to find a picture. John, then opened the driver's door and looked at the info sticker as he was telling about how the Auto Industry had released some vehicles mid-year. John, then informed me that this truck was manufactured later in the year, so I needed a fill cap that was intended for a 2004 instead of a 2003. With a big difference between the two caps.
Thank you John, I'll have you know that I stopped back by the store and asked a lady if I could speak to the supervisor, sounding worried she asked " why", so I explained how I had just got out of the hospital as well as every other detail and how he handled the issue I had, and how I even tried asking some of their customers, but John helped me out tremendously and eliminating one of the many chaos I was dealing with simultaneously at once. Thank you, once again John!

I called and spoke to Kam on the phone regarding windshield wipers. Kam knew exactly who I was when I arrived. She said…is that you with the ford ranger? I said you are good. She recommended the Bosch brand. Kam went over and beyond removing and replacing the windshield wipers on my truck. Thank you came. I appreciate your help. I also may check out the car wash it town that you mentioned.
John is always first to help when I walk through the store, he's helped me find many parts I need and saved me a good bit of money. I'm very thankful for his help and good costumer service!
Jake and Tristen went above & beyond to get an old factory battery that recently corroded off and replaced with a new one. They had their work cut out for them, grateful for their hard work.
Go to pick up my battery I ordered they don’t have it. They sent it back today. Eight days later they told me they keep the battery 12 days. They said I can re-order it and wait a couple of more days for it to come in. I just walked out. I won’t be back. delete my email delete my account. I won’t spend another penny at any O’Reillys, you can’t fix stupid they would’ve got a zero star, but that’s not an option
I have never had a bad experience at this location. The store manager is extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and the employees always go the extra mile.
