My service was the mchearson strut replacement n wheel alignment. The expert knowledge n professional service were outstanding n they provided detail of how n why parts were needing replacement. All was done with excellent customer service n if anything to nitpick was the dust left on the floor mats but other than that I highly recommend them!

Very friendly service, dropped my truck off for oil change. They had it done in a very timely manner, and let me know about a leak I have and gave a very reasonable quote on the repair. They addressed me by my first name and made me feel welcome and very professional.

Daniel and the entire team worked hard to repair our truck. What happened. Grad Heater replacement to save from spending $20-30K for a new engine. Replaced the Grid Heater with the Banks Power. Under normal circumstances simple job. Ours was not. The oil cover had been removed by a dealership to perform a CCV Filter. Replacement was done incorrect. The overtightening of the ALL six bolts was found to have stripped out. Requirement of purchasing this $800+FedEx Overnight delivery was needed. As there was no part in Texas or should I say. Available to be sold to us. This part is on back order. Luckily our favorite dealership had one. So it was shipped and replaced. Why do I include this? Because Daniel did not think the part would be received before COB Friday. Rather the job would be finished he thought the following week. When the part arrived at 1030AM that allowed for the truck to be finished tested and returned to working order. Y When your truck or car decides to go to sleep. The guys at Johnson County Automotive have always provided amazing service. I know every time I bring my truck to them it will be fixed right the first time. Doesn’t mater if it’s a oil change or a complete front end rebuild. Compared to these brandname dealerships service centers. You bring your vehicle in multiple times and it’s never fixed.

Can’t believe the service of this company. There diagnostics is amazing, like a physical for cars or trucks. Detailed with photos and suggestions of work needed now and future wear parts. Gives you a readout and you either accept or deny. No pressure either way. I found my new repair shop for my future needs. Thanks to Daniel and crew

My boyfriend took my truck here right before closing time on Halloween. We had been having issues with the truck starting. In about 5 mins he had the problem figured out. He was knowledgeable in knowing the issues my 2016 Chevy Silverado was known to have and was able to fix the problem quickly. I highly recommend giving them a try.

They diagnosed and repaired the electrical/transmission issue I was having on my 2017 Ford F150. Since its opening, I have been using JCA for my vehicle repair and maintenance. They have maintained our 2005 Chevy Van over the last four years PERFECTLY. Additionally, our other vehicles are routinely seen and serviced. I find the staff helpful, personable and knowledgeable.

Everyone was honest and friendly. Brought my truck in for an emission test but will definitely be back if I need anything else worked on.

I shopped prices around town. Very competitive pricing. The reason I did decide to use these guys is attributed to Daniel. Daniel was very professional from the start. He sent me a very detailed labor proposal, allowing me to choose what services I wanted at the time. When I called back to inquire about time lines for repairs, daniel remembered my name and told me service could be done easily the next day. I could go on and on about the experience. Highly recommended. We've been using Johnson County Automotive since last summer after moving to town from out of state. They've been great to work with, offering fair, competitive pricing; short-notice appointments; quick turnaround; great communication; and professional service. It's been a pleasure to deal with them after experiences we had with some other private shops in our previous state, which had driven us to only use dealers for our auto service needs there.

Very nice and trustworthy people. Definitely the best mechanic shop I've been to yet. I came in one night because I had a blown fuse, turns out I had multiple blown fuses, however the front desk guy fixed them all with no complaints. I really appreciate the premium customer service they offer.

Customer service is exceptional. Greeted with a beautiful smile. They checked my truck from top to bottom. They gave me a ride home because the filter they needed wasn't in. The next day they delivered my truck to my house. You cant get this type of service no where. The workers are amazing. I feel valued when I bring my vehicles to this location.

The team is great! They served my vehicle it needed quite a few things and they were very communicative during the process and given the amount of work they have I think the amount of time it took was perfect. This is a great business, reliable and honest. I hate to have to have my car fixed but when I do it's going to be done here.

Our service advisor was Noah! He was great. Very straightforward and very helpful. Bought a vehicle from a used car dealership in Kennedale that they unfortunately did not disclose the many problems it has. Noah said do not put anymore money into that vehicle and so we are not. Johnson County Automotive is very honest and if you're on the fence about using them to take care of your vehicle, just do it!

Great clear communication with Daniel. He told me that when they would text me updates about my car, they check everything, and it was a great list of things. You don’t have to get all of them done, they are just advising you of things that will eventually need replacing. I checked off the things I wanted done, signed it, and send it back to him. He even found that one of my parts was still under warranty, and that I could take it to the dealership. Honest work, and clear communication is what I look for in repair shops, especially in this day and era. They had car my car done within 2 days and told me that I could get it when it was most convenient to me. Will definitely be coming back to utilize them in the future.

Nate and the rest of the guys at Johnson County Automotive are simply excellent at their work. I made an appointment for certain work to be done, was sent a detailed estimate for the work and the cost of the work, which was completely precise, as was the work that was done. Afterward, I received a detailed receipt of the work done that day with a complete explanation of exactly what was done. I couldn't be happier with these guys! I live in Godley and used to go to a place in Cleburne, but this is just around the corner and the work is actually better. I will not ever be taking my Dodge Charger anywhere else.
