I went into the Alvarado location mistaking it for Auto Zone due to the similar design and color. I went to give Diane my number to purchase a item. She informed me that I wasn't in Auto Zone but she was willing to help me if she could. When I provided her with the item information, she didn't have it in stock but called down to another location auto parts store and got me the item instantly and cheaper then her quote. I definitely will recommend this location to anyone. Just ask for Diane.
Friendly staff helped me out with looking for a part I needed and helped me out with looking for a solution/ bandaid to fix the problem temporarily until I could find the part I need
I had a 7:30 appointment but I got there when they opened staff was awesome & very polite they made me very welcomed my oil & fuel filter service was fast price was reasonable thank you so much you guys are the best keep up the good work I will tell my friend & family how great you guys are ..😃
Called about an alternator and they said it would be there late in the afternoon. I call them back 6 hours later and they said it was now coming from Decatur and it would be in the next day. Not very good customer service when you have a vehicle down and you wait 6 hours for a part that is not even going to show up.
Service here is really good they have just about everything in stock or they can order it. One good example of that was his last nice little freeze we had down here everybody else was out of anything you need it to keep your stuff thawed out in your vehicles antifreeze any gel windshield cleaner. it was a little late to find out when I was there it was right after the freeze got rid of thought they had it all their selves in stock everything never ran out of stock. The thing they need to do is to put a marquee sign out front of that place so everybody will know they're there, cuz they are tucked in a hidden corner hidden by the car wash.
Eagle auto parts has been exelant with me , (2) items I take to them with life time warranty and with no problem, exchange the items and not a cent charge to me.Go eagle go ! You have my business and highest respect. Eagle # 1 !!!
The are the best maybe not the cheapest but who want the low bid if its the worst bid. Free replacement parts are not worth a darn if you spend more time replacing parts than driving your vehicle.
They had the part I needed. I went to AutoZone and Oriellys first and they didn't have what I needed. The person behind the counter knew exactly what I was looking for. The other 2 stores kept asking for year and model. Nice to see someone that don't need a computer.
I've dealt with this location as a manager at a repair shop and as an individual customer for years and have always been pleased. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and parts are reasonably priced. Look forward to continuing to be a customer.
These guys are super helpful. Their prices are comparable to other auto parts stores. The big plus for me was their willingness to help and they offer a discount to military veterans!! Way to go guys. Keep up the good work!
They always greet with a smile and when you ask for something in the store that take you to it not tell you where it is and expect you to find it on your own
