The worst experience I’ve ever had dealing with anyone in my life. You can pretty much expect to be randomly ghosted at some point during the process of trying to sell or buy from them if they decide they don’t want to deal (even if they said they are interested during your last contact with them), but you can never follow on your request because their contact number is a personal cell with no voicemail set up. I would give negative stars if only it were an option.
If I could leave 0 stars I would, I've waited for over an hour since business hours posted are 8:30am- 6pm. I drove from 2 hours away only to not have my calls answered. Terrible customer service, never coming back and will definitely let everyone in the auto industry know not to come here and waste their time.
One Star is high, 3 weeks ago more or less, I bougth a differential for a Toyota 4runner, I travel from San Antonio to Dallas to pick up, he give me a price by phone ($300) but when I arrived he change de price for ($400) what can I do I travel for the part, when I return to San Antonio and check inside of differential, Big surprise, the guy sold me a wrong part (outside look same but inside is the gear are different) he toll me that the parts was removed from a car with the spec that I ask. Days after call him back to try to resolve and he no recognize that I bougth, no answer call and block me.
I have to wait for him more than 1 hour, when I arrived.
Poor customer service.
Tried stopping by looking for some parts and there was no one at the desk. Tried calling multiple times and just got sent to voicemail and it wasn't even possible to leave a message cause their inbox was full. The entire place was deserted, waited around to see if anyone would show up and the only I got was waste of time.
I have not used their service but want to comment on the kindness they showed me... I got a flat tire and pulled over across the street from these awesome gentlemen. Started working to change the tire and show my 13 yr old son how to do it and two guys came out to help and then another. It was so nice to have the help. I'm capable of doing it but when tire companies install tires they often over tighten the lug nuts with the air tools making it difficult to loosen them manually. I'm very grateful for the aid these men provided. My son and I had just driven across the country and the help after a grueling move was heaven sent. I originally posted this review on the next door business (I-35 Parts) and want to make sure credit is given to the right people who helped me.
Even after the 3rd hour drive here I still can’t seem to get a part from this place. I’ve left my business card, even got to where supposedly they were going to deliver the part... nothing. They make sure to have their parts updated on car-part tho... all 3 times we visited we were ready to pull our own part and everything, Tools and all but somehow we leave empty handed every time. This place is a joke. Hands down worst junk yard in dfw. Oh and btw, Both those posted numbers are disconnected...
It was the most horrible experience ever.. first I waited in the pouring rain for over an hour then when he finally got there he had the wrong light then he found it and it turned out to be broken..and then he had the wrong year for my tail lights..30 40 minutes later he comes back and tells me that the shop next door will give it to me for $25 at his price so I repeated back what he said and he confirmed then when I got over there they said that it was $45 I said fine whatever at that point I just wanted my light and to leave..so he said 2001 right? Nope! The dude told him the wrong yr AGAIN. So I wasted 2 hours of my life a whole bunch of gas in the middle of a storm..and left with no tail light! I'd give 0 stars if it was an option.
Peter has proven to be unreliable, unprofessional, and untrustworthy.
He will provide ETA on work he is doing, but will seldom meet his own deadlines.
He will give you the runaround if he doesn't want to talk to you. As another user said, he had to be called from a different number in order to actually speak to him - otherwise he would not answer.
He's aggressive and will talk down to and even yell at women.
Dealing with him has been an immensely trying endeavor, I would greatly discourage anyone from ever using Exit 30 Imports or Peter's services.
Very bad service and no response when you call them. They have charged the card immediately after placing the order, but never shipped even after 15-16 days. When called, no answer. I certainly dont recommend this place for anyone. Such a bad service.

Was going to buy a used car but kept getting the runaround. Was given a date when the car would be ready but they kept changing it until after three weeks I gave up , got my deposit back and bought a vehicle elsewhere. It's also very unorganized and filthy there. No air conditioning in the filthy office and owner amd employees wearing SANDALS to work! Unprofessional!
The owner ,,Peter, doesn't have the part he will look and see who does . Great prices great service. I have traded here for 17 years with nothing bad to report
Do not buy from exit 30 imports. I bought a motor that Peter said was a good working motor. When it was received we looked at it and it was the dirtiest motor we had ever seen. The mechanic put the motor in and it had a knocking sound. I now owe the mechanic 750$. I am currently disputing the charge for the motor because it was not what Peter said. Peter said he would refund me the money but almost 2 weeks have gone by and I have seen no refund. I try calling peter to ask him where the refund is and he doesnt answer my calls anymore. If you want to throw money down the toilet do business with Exit 30 imports
This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with a company! They sent me a bad engine! First of all when I first paid for it I couldn't contact him at all I was blasting their phone for two days and they didn't answer but when I called from a different number they finally answered. THEN the company that they had deliver my engine lost it! They had no idea were it was. So after waiting 2 weeks for my engine it was a piece of carp! Thank God I paid threw pay pal cause I had to dispute it! I tried going threw him and he just gave me attitude then hung up on me. When filing a dispute with PayPal they give the seller 10 days to respond. He did not respond. Which says a lot about the company. And I got my refund thanks to paypal. I don't normally ever write review but I am so infuriated at how unprofessional a company can be!!!!!!
It was a great experience doing business with these guys. I just bought an engine block for my '91 Honda Civic. The original 1.5 liter I was looking at had some significant rust damage, so they ended up selling me a compatible 1.6 liter for the same price. Service was great, and they gave me plenty of good advice for my rebuild project. Definitely worth the drive out from Fort Worth. I hope they stay in business, because it's hard to find quality service like this.
