This is the worst company ever! I tried to explain something to the lady owner and she was so rude that she hung up on me. She wanted to send a notification to someone who wasn't an owner of my bike that was impounded. She is rude and when I got there to get my bike her daughter was just as rude. Also the place is a mud hole so trying to get my bike off their lot was a nightmare...they live on a dirt road in point so not sure why they got my bike after I was knocked out in a wreck in quinlan but overall this was the worst experience of my life and the owner lady is so disrespectful and rude..no one should ever call this place!!
Fast, friendly, very courteous and professional and reasonably priced! I had a great experience with H&F and I would definitely use them again.
The transmission died in my Excursion and I had to have it towed from my house to the shop. I made one phone call and had everything set up. They arrived at the time they said they would, had my excursion loaded up in no time and got it delivered to the shop with no troubles at all.
The person I talked to in the office was very helpful and the driver that picked up the truck was amazing. Great company and great people working there!

I work out of town quite a bit and my wife had a blowout on her tire. I gave them a call without hesitation. They were there within 30 minutes and got my Wife spare tire changed out in her back on the road!! Great service would highly recommend!!
These guys have towed cars for me, pulled me out of the mud, and unlocked my truck tonight after closing my keys in there at Lake Fork. Fast affordable service. Highly recommend

I am so thankful that people like this still exist. After an unsuccessful 3 hour attempt, my buddies and I failed at getting my car out. My insurance company let me down. Told me they were coming but did not help me. Michelle and her team came through clutch like Michael Jordan in a game 6 NBA finals to win a championship. Customer service was over and beyond from everyone I dealt with. So thankful there are still people who take care of business like that. I highly appreciate you all. Thanks again.
I've used them twice now and they're great. Quick arrival, and even dropped me off at my house(up the road from where my vehicle stopped). Friendly people.
