Blew my motor on the way to an offroad event. Explained that I needed a wide flatbed due to the size of the truck. They were able to pick it up and deliver it home without any issues.

My tire literally Exploded with 2 toddlers in tow they were here within 25 minutes to get us back up and going best towing service I've ever had

1 of the honest business you can find out here. Talked to Mr Paul in the middle of the night about our problem with the trailer. He told me straight what he can do and what he can’t do and will cost more instead just wait few more hours until the sun up (if we want to wait). Can’t thank him enough trying to find solutions toward our problem. Definitely not one of those business just try make a quick $$. Recommended !!!

This is an amazing towing/ road side assistance! I had locked my keys in my jeep. We called them and immediately they showed up! What a blessing. The owner of the company came was very generous and wonderful. After about 30 minutes I was ready to go home! He did an amazing job I would recommend this company to anyone! Thank you. God Bless.

I’m Good Friday, one of the most closest family holidays. I had a tire blow out on my trailer. Hauling 2 cars and boom… tire blows. Last afternoon around 4:30pm these amazing people came out and assured me not only with my blown tire but to inform and even fix the axle issue that had cause the blow out. My trailers axle had disengaged from the leaf springs and it was a hotshots truckers worse nightmare due to potential harm not only to those around me but myself with a loaded trailer. I am forever grateful and blessed to have Paul & Shea to come out and help me. Anyone over in the Stanton Midland area part of Texas I can honestly recommend (On my Military core values) would suggest to call American Towing & Roadside for any service needs!!! If you have never experienced an angel come to your aid in the middle of the night, then you have not called American Towing & Roadside. We had the unfortunate experience of having a tire blow out at 2am in the middle of nowhere and we were lucky enough to be serviced by Paul. He came quickly, offered us more than the typical solution that was pocket friendly and entertained us through it all while his people fixed us up. He provided exceptional service and left us driving away feeling glad to have a tire blowout or we would not have had the pleasure of meeting such a kind soul. The service was great. Paul arrived quickly and so did the time to fix the tire. He was vary helpful and prayed for us before he packed up. Paul even offered to lend us his wife’s car in case the tire popped again. He is a good man and definitely kind hearted.

Paul was amazing! We were definitely lucky we lost our tire so close to his shop. He got my truck and trailer off the highway shoulder and to the shop before AAA even found someone to accept the job. He literally saved us from spending the night on the shoulder of I20. Call him IMMEDIATELY if you need help!

We were headed to Tuscon for vacation when our travel trailer blew out a tire near Big Spring Texas. That was as far as we got. The tire caused extensive damage to the interior, slide out, wiring and water lines. It looked like a bomb went off. I was standing there in shock getting ready to change the tire and realized what mess with wires hanging out all over when an Angel appeared out of nowhere! That angel was Paul Chapman. He stopped by our wreck and said he was going to make our life a whole lot better. He was in the process of towing another vehicle back to his shop and said he would be right back and he was true to his word. He came back with all the right tools and equipment to change the tire and directed us to his shop. We had so much damage the tail lights wouldn't work even. He told us where to find a motel and a place to eat and we spent the night in comfort while he focused all their efforts to patch up our trailer so it would be road worthy and safe to tow back home to Missouri. He called that evening to let us know we were ready to go, so we left the next morning and God saw us safely home. If it weren't for this man, I don't know where we would have turned. I'm convinced God sent this Angel to our rescue and we wish many blessings on him and his family for the good work they do to rescue people in trouble like we were.

Passing through Big Spring our Camper blew out a tire. Our drill wouldn't fit the lug nuts of course... we called a few places and were confirmed first by another company (they just happened to be closer to us). American Towing STILL came to us, on the side of the road, at no charge, to gift us a 4 way tire iron and jack, "Just to have on hand in case we have another blowout down the line..." I have never in my life seen such generosity, hands down. If you need tire service in the area, I would sure recommend this company. I will never forget their kindness. We initially contacted this gentleman to help with our tire. He was willing to come once he finished helping someone else. While waiting someone drove up with the type of Jack we needed so I called and canceled. We thought we were ready to go and then our battery was dead. Our good samaritan had left. American happened to drive by and saw our hood was up and recognized our location. He called and came back to help us. Great service!! Highly recommend American’s services.

My daughter ran into a predicament and we needed a tow due to so much tire/wheel damage. He went above and beyond what was asked of his services. He wanted to make sure my daughter’s car was in safe shape for fixing. We were more than a dollar to them. I won’t go into every detail of our experience but I will say I HIGHLY recommend American Towing! He was like Santa of the towing business tonight! He understood the financial stressor this vehicle has put us in and was so compassionate. They will be so blessed for their act of kindness. I’m so grateful and can’t say enough. My husband and I have been customers of AAA for 45 years. Over those years we've had some "okay" service--some "good" service--and even "great" service; that is, in metropolitan areas. But "beware" if you break down in a small town, where, arguably, you need AAA most. We were ostensibly abandoned by AAA in Coahoma, Texas, when our car broke down and left us stranded in the sweltering heat for roughly 6 hours on Day 1 of that fiasco, and 2 hours on Day 2. Enter the angels that own and operate American Towing and 24/7 Roadside Service, Paul and Shay. Out of desperation, because all we got was a lot of talk and no results from AAA, we contacted American Towing directly, and they were there in a heartbeat. The problems were immediately identified; our vehicle was transported to their shop; and work continued until the problems were fixed and the car was drivable--that same day! We can't say enough about this knowledgeable, exceptional couple. They own what they do. They want you satisfied. They really care. They have our undying loyalty...and we wish we lived closer.

I had a tire blow out at 10pm in Big Spring. After spending an hour with our useless car insurance roadside service we were told if we would like to schedule a tire service for in the morning……I called all the truck stops and tire shops. I even called the 24 hr tire service guy. Not one person could or would help. At 12 am I called American Towing and they showed up in 15 minutes. Paul was very professional. It was a difficult tire to change but he did it and had us on the road in an hour. Highly recommend them!!

Paul saved the day! He went above and beyond the call of duty. No one else was able to help; my children and I were stranded on the side of highway after a tire blowout. He came from the next town over because no other place was able to help us. Paul first made sure we were safe before anything. Then he personally picked up our new tire from another vendor which was more than he needed to do. He got us all taken care of. Had we not had his service, we probably would’ve been stuck in a hotel for a few days being that it was five o’clock on a Friday and almost everything was closed for the weekend. I’m glad we found Paul and I highly recommend his services to all!!!

This guy is QUICK! He’s such a genuine and down to earth man. Quick story time: Me and a ton of cars hit the same pot hole that was hidden by water covering the road, I pulled over immediately knowing I had blown a tire just like 4 other cars on the side of the road as well. Luckily someone else had called for help, and as I was getting ready to change my tire he came up to me and offered his help… without him there I would probably still be stranded in the middle of nowhere because my spare was also flat (just my luck)! I offered to pay him for his service, but he said it was at no cost. He really is a good guy who runs an honest business, and I want to thank you again, Paul! Made it safe and sound… needless to say, I will definitely be using them for all of my roadside and towing needs when I’m in the area! Thank you Paul!

I highly recommend using this company! My truck broke down along I20 and found Paul during a google search. It wasnt my first choice but I'm extremely happy it the company I went with. He promptly answered the phone and was polite and professional. While I waited for him to arrive he kept me informed with updates to eta. My truck was towed back to his shop in order to diagnose the issue while my family and I were able to go into town while we waited. Paul kept me informed each step of the way. With the service he offered I was honestly concerned about the bill and was pleasantly surprised when the total was much less than I originally expected. Great service at a very fair cost! I picked up my truck later in the afternoon and thought that was the end of it. Nope. I received a call about 3 hours later from Paul just to check on my family and me. A1 service. I couldn't be happier.

These reviews are about a family that truly cares about people. I spent several days with Paul and Shea. Not only did Paul rescue me from some predators , he helped me work on my truck rain or shine. He is always quick with some encouraging words and unusual patience. Shea made me some excellent home cooking while making me feel at home (not easy being 2500 miles from home, broke and broke down). They also helped to restore my faith in humanity and in Jesus. I'm not sure they made any money off me but they made a friend for life. Love you guys. Thank you for everything.

🙏🙏🙏If it wasn't for my husband contacting Paul and Shea Chapman, my two sons (9 month old and 3 year year old) would be stranded at 2 AM in the morning on the shoulder of a I20. I had literally just hit a pot hole and had to call for assistance from the Midland area for my passenger front tire. About 50 minutes later my driver side tire ended up with a flat. Two flat tires within 40 minutes from one another. Definitely a bad night! Paul was about 5 minutes from my location and I thank the Lord 🙏 for putting Paul that close. He arrived and was able to fix my second flat. He offered to look at my other tire that turn out to be not fixable. He did mention that he may have a used one at his shop. I followed him to his shop and unfortunately he did not have one. Paul went out his way and offer to let us use another vehicle so we would not have to drive on a donut tire and he will have our vehicle fixed. I decided to take my vehicle with the spare on it. Before our departure Paul ask if he and I can pray over us. He address to watch over us and for us to have safe travels. I still had 2 and half hours of travel time. My son's and I made it safely to our location. 20 minutes from arrival time to my destination Paul ended up calling my husband to see if the boys and I made it safely. Paul is very honest and will tell you the cheapest route to go. Definitely, if I run into any trouble like this in the future, around this area, I will not hesitate to call Paul and Shea Chapman. On a Sunday the serpentine belt on our Thor Palazzo coach, 2013 Cummins engine, broke off. This caused the engine to overheat and alarm. We managed to pull off the road at Big Springs Tx, but we were stranded. We called many people and none would help. Then someone from the nearest TA suggested to call American Towing since they were the best and most honest towing company in the area and they were so right. On Monday we talked with Paul, the owner operator, and from the first few moments we exchanged words I knew we had the right person. He listened carefully to my mechanical issues and other concerns and then offered the kindest and most reassuring words to basically tell us that he could offer help and take care of the situation just like we were one of their own family and it turned out to be so very true. He brought us safely to his shop, procured the parts needed which also included a water pump. Everything was installed professionally and had us on our way within a day. During this time he let us stay at his place and made sure we had anything we needed. We met his wife Shea and she made us feel very welcome and at home. Most importantly me and my wife felt very safe throughout our stay. I felt like I was meant to meet these wonderful, honest and hard working people and I feel blessed to have met them. I don’t wish anyone to experience a breakdown in the middle of nowhere, but if you do, I hope you are blessed to meet a wonderful family like Paul and Shea. If you are stranded near Big Springs Texas make sure you call American Towing and Roadside Service. And by the way, the cost of the repairs were very honest and fair. I rated this business 5 stars, but I wish I could give them 10+

We ran out of gas in the middle of nowhere at midnight. American Towing & Roadside Assistance arrived promptly after receiving the call. They brought us enough gas to get us to the next gas station, but that's not all! They followed us to the gas station to ensure we made it safely, only leaving after our vehicle was filled up and they had verified that we did not need anything else. Their customer service and willingness to go above and beyond were amazing. You can't go wrong with them.

My dad blew out a front tire on I -20. He nearly wrecked and was shaken up. American Towing actually saw it, and stopped to check on him. He was very thankful there are still good and honest people left in the world. Thank yall for taking care of my pops.

American Towing & Roadside answered the phone right away (8p on a Friday night) and got out to me faster than I could have hoped. I was stuck on I20 about an hour away from them and on top of that, had myself, my SUV, AND a 17' trailer WITH another vehicle on it. I was certain it would require multiple trips and I was certain they would not be able to get me the 5h trip all the way back to Fort Worth. Not only did they do it, they got to me right away, and did it all in ONE TRIP effortlessly. This was all while being very pleasant, reasonably priced, and extremely customer focused. They were as concerned about getting me home safely and in one trip as I was. Paul was not only great to deal with but also a great traveling companion on the road trip back! I hope to never break down again in the area, but if I do I know who I will call. Can't recommend them more to any of my friends in the area or passing through from DFW to west Texas. Best towing experience EVER.

We highly recommend American Towing & Roadside to anyone in Western Texas. We got a flat tire in a rental car with no spare tire and American Towing was the only company willing to come get us in the middle of the desert at 10pm on a Saturday. Paul drove 2 hours to get us, 1.5 hours to the closest airport (where the rental car company was located), and another 2 hours back to his home. Paul is incredibly dedicated to his job. He was professional, kind, and hard-working. While getting a flat tire might have been an overall bad experience, getting Paul as our tow truck driver was one positive outcome. We talked the whole ride back to Odessa and liked getting to hear about his family and life in Texas. He also went above and beyond by dropping us off at a nearby hotel and calling us the next morning to make sure everything worked out for us.To anyone considering using Paul & Shea's company, you will not be disappointed with the service! Paul and Shea Chapman gave my husband top notch service last night when he was stranded hours away from home. They went above and beyond the call of duty and make an excellent team. American Towing & Recovery was the best part of a bad situation, breaking down on the highway. They were extremely professional and accommodating to me situation. They were thorough and informed me of every action they were taking to get to my location Their ETA was right on the money. They provided me with all the proper documentation need for insurance and work purposes. They put my mind at ease I felt safe and secured during the whole process I would trust the well being of my family to them if the need arises. They also informed me when they arrived at the location and text a picture of my vehicle at the dealership safe and secured. Recently I had the opportunity to meet Paul and Shea roadside along I-10. I had pulled off the road due to an O/D OFF light coming on. I knew something was not right. So I pulled off the road to check it out. Not a couple minutes had gone by and Paul and Shea pull up and ask if I need some help. Like sent from God himself! Paul was able to explain to me what had happened and that after we let the transmission cool down and get some fluid back in it all would be fine. I was towing a pretty heavy load for my Mazda Tribute. So I put one small bottle of fluid in so I could get to the next exit and buy some fluid there. Unfortunately the gas station there did not have transmission fluid. So I called Paul and Shea to ask what they thought I should do. Shea told me to stay put and they would have some brought to me. I am still extremely blessed and appreciative of their kindness and thoughtfulness during this time! The best part was Paul even called me a couple times after to see how things were going! You guys are truly Angels on the road! I would recommend you 1000% of the time. We did make it home! Thanks again for everything!
