They generally have anything I need but they are always the last resort as every time I walk in there the store clerk acts like I just kicked his dog. There was one time a high schooler was working and they were friendly but every full grown adult there I've encountered hates life and projects it outwards.
I take back all the bad things I've said about eagle Auto parts 〽 under the new manager things have turned around for the better the staff is knowledgeable courteous and kind and have yet to not have my part. They have saved me tons of time by having the right part the first time on almost every occasion and you just can't beat their prices if I could give more stars I would
Bunch of rude smart mouth kids running it that have no idea about parts. So rude. It all starts at the top. So after reading all the bad reviews knowing this has been happening for a while. The owner obviously doesn't care about the business or the customer
The guy with the man bun is just sarcastic enough for me to go to Western Auto from now on. No small town charm here. No old guys with auto knowledge. Won't be back. Hate that I hade to give one star to leave a comment.
before you need a battery for your car do your homework and find the correct one before you go Blindly into this store and get one for the car you tell them since I had been jumped that morning I wasn't taking any chances and went to get one on June 8th and the gentleman behind the counter said, this is what the computer says I need for my 2020 Nissan Rogue. Upon install by myself and a neighbor it is taller by 2-3 inches so we had to struggle to attach the cables and the hold down no longer fits so I have to go online and find on that does. Very annoying all that work and still more work. Make sure they know the TYPE of model it is, mine SV which wasn't mentioned before since there are 3 different batteries for Rogues.
Staff behind the counter was very disrespectful and would not give me his name or a corporate number been this way for a while needs to be fired ASAP!!!
Guy behind counter is rude, talks down to every customer, not just to me but everyone that was in the store, horrible customer service. l’m driving to Hillsboro from now on.employee, ERD138 12/12/23, I was talking to another friend of mine, who had the same experience today.
Every time I call for a price, the person(s) answering the phone are rude. No personality at all! Either they hate their job, or customer service manager is non existent. I'd rather order my part from Rock Auto and wait than deal with these folks.
Leaving two stars because they did have one of the parts we needed today. I personally made a run this morning to pick up something pretty simple. I had the item with me so I could make sure I got the exact thing I needed. When I told them what I needed they pointed me in the direction of the part and told me it should be down there. It was a simple part so I got what I needed and left. After digging further into the project we were working on we realized we needed a new tool. We called to make sure they had it in stock before making the 20 minute drive there vs going to a bigger town. We were assured they had plenty and several types to choose from. When we got there the person we talked to on the phone (I believe the manager) pointed and told us "if they had it it would be over there"... they didn't have any options. We specifically called to make sure they had it before going as it was an extra 20 minutes out of our way. We could've just gone directly to a bigger town to begin with. Terrible customer service!
If I could give zero stars I would. This place NEVER have what I’m needing and over priced. The staff offer almost no help and act as if it’s an inconvenience for them if you ask questions. I asked for help and the guy with a water buffalo haircut said “maybe he should have came if he knew what he was looking for” completely unprofessional.
“We don’t have it but we can order it” is what I hear every single time I go in there looking for something! I always stop by because it’s convenient, but regardless I end up having to drive to Hillsboro. The guys up there dress like they’re at basketball practice and don’t go out of their way to help you. Eagle Auto has really gone downhill and I don’t see how anyone finds this place helpful anymore. Easily the least professional parts house around.
They have one employee in there.I think her name is Shirley.She is so handy and just about runs the store herself.Everytine I go in there,shes there working.
Always a friendly staff whenever I visit they have excellent hours and Mustangs are stocked they do not have to order the part for those who have problems late night and on weekends
They have helpful staff but might not have what you need only because they are a small parts store. If they don't have it, they are more then willing to order it for you !!
Very friendly and helpful. Although they didn’t have the weird part I needed, they spent time to look it up for me so I can get it online. Will definitely go back.
Always happy when I shop there.. they help me put lights in they help me try to figure out what's wrong with my car I can't give enough praise auto parts store
My vehicle broke down & thanks 2 employer Cody who went above & beyond his job 2 HELP a hysterical woman get back on the road! Part prices definitely great but he wouldn't let me tip or pay him 4 getting the parts on my car & putting me back on the road! TY Cody!!
They were great as they always are. They had to help my blind brother from the door to the counter, and from the counter back to the door. These are good people.
When I went in there I was really worried about my truck they were able to figure out that it was just the battery they were able to help me get the right battery I really like the people working there they were so helpful and so understanding when I was freaking out will definitely give them my business again
Very helpful and nice folks. Im from out of state and had to get parts to get home. Everyone here was so nice and got me what i needed to get going. Prices were awesome too
