I had one of the best experiences ever with this Auto Part store. Huge shout out to Lisa for going the extra mile to help me install my battery today. My car still wouldn’t start and she noticed my corroded wires so she had Randy come back and cut them so that part was removed and it worked!!! I’m beyond grateful for the help I received. There are still good people in this world ❤️
I need everyone to know how awesome C&C Auto Parts in Whitney is and why they will keep my business. My grandparents still live out there and getting around to keep things done grows a little harder for grandparents everyday. My sweet grandfather went to see my high school friend Joseph after calling several places last week needing to get his battery on his truck replaced. He had a stroke several years ago and has never regained full use of his hand. He called several places that wouldn’t do it, then he went down to C&C where Joseph not only took the time out to help my grandfather but took the time to talk to him (if you know my grandfather, you know he loves to have a conversation). This is the good that comes out of a small town that’s sometimes overlooked and I am thankful for it. My grandfathers independence is important to him and Joseph helped him maintain that with dignity.
This place saved our day. We were at Thousand Trails Campground with a dead battery to our car. The car was blocking the Motorhome so we called C&C and asked if they had a battery and if they could deliver it. They took the credit card information and delivered the battery immediately. They made the whole frustrating experience as painless as possible and they had such a comforting and positive attitude.
These guys are the place to go in the area for auto parts, as they appear to understand what they are selling and what the parts do, instead of conflict selling you a part with no clue of its function, so your chances are better that you'll be getting the part you need instead of making return trips for the right one.
Watch out at this shop. I had my breaks replaced and told the young man I was going to Colorado and please check my fluid's he didn't and my car overheated and now my car is parked. I was lucky to even make it to Colorado.

If you live in or around Whitney, Tx then this is the parts store to go to. The staff there are the best. They know parts plus the price is reasonable.
These guys have decades of experience in the parts business. They still have all the parts catalogs and know how to use them. Not just some kid punching up keys on a computer. If you need a part not in stock they usually can get them in 1/2 a day. I have had parts request that they spent a hour researching for me trying to find my piece. They really go the extra mile. They also custom make hydraulic hoses in about 10 minutes! Where else can you get that kind of service in a country town. They stock the cheaper house brands as well as major mfg's parts. I use to check the prices with the larger nation wide chain stores and their quotes were always within 1 or 2 percent of the mega chains. Plus I don't have to drive 30 miles to the next bigger town to find the parts I need. This is a locally owned store and you can tell by the friendly service you always receive. I hope they stay around for a long long time!!!
